Panda Express

This Panda Express is weird. As one other review stated, the location is pretty small. Customer service is really lacking, and by lacking, I mean borderline rude.
Can’t say I’d actually make an effort to come back to this location.

Panda Express at this location has gone down hill. We were very disappointed. They are very slow. They give small portions compared to all the other Panda Express locations. We hope the local Supervisor pays attention to Windsors productivity and helps them improve with quantity.

Clara was her name, and terrible service was her game.
Came in this afternoon for a quick bite to eat. Ordered as usual with my 4 year old. I always get him two cookies, in which he seems to always forget about and never eats, but eh, he’s 4.
So standing in line to pay, he has his cookies in hand, as well as his fortune cookie. Miss Clara thinks it would be a great idea to reach over the counter, take the cookies from my sons hands and put them back right in front of me. I don’t know what kind of hiring process or policy there is at your business but I think snatching things out of someone child’s hands without asking should be frowned upon. Too add to this frustration, she rings me up, gives me my food, and I leave. Only to find out she didn’t even put my sons kids meal in the bag and I have to drive back. Get there and they explain they didn’t have the chicken for it ready yet. After waiting I finally see her pull the fresh chicken out. The moment had come, I could smell the deliciousness and the grill marks made it almost seem worth the wait. And not to my surprise, Miss Clara starts working back to front so I had to wait until she finished serving her new customers their chicken before beginning to finish my order.
But, at least she smiled the entire time during this. What a Christmas Week Miracle.

Food OK but horrible service. Line is over a half hour wait as employees jiber Jaber with themselves. Employees do not care they can see the line and do nothing to speed it up. Boyfriend called in a order and was asked to spell his name. STEVE… REALLY?

My mother in law have never been here and she was surprise with the speedy service n quality of the food. We had a great time

I would give 0 stars on this location if I could. My daughter wanted the combo while we were out shopping. since this is not one we usually go to, I figured it can’t be worse than others I’ve been to. Oh so wrong! I wasn’t inside to check the food so i thought they had. Well she got burnt Rangoons beyond worse than the other location that burns them. I decided to call rather than drive all the way back. She starts to eat and the string beans aren’t even cooked throughout. So I called and spoke with Karen who was very nice and apologetic and offered to replace with a medium size string bean and new crab. 2 days later we are in Windsor and my daughter wants Panda, so we get to Panda and I explain we are here to pick up items, and the girl instantly has an attitude and wants to know why. I start to explain what happened but as soon as I get to burnt crab she is annoyed and says they would never serve that and by the time I get to the string bean not being cooked she is all snappy and starts going on a rant about they would never serve that either and its always cooked properly and no way we got undercooked beans, and at this point I am still being polite. I asked her may I please get the items and for the second time i explain that my name is on the wall that Karen put it down. She tells me I need to explain what happened all over and in detail. I told her I already did and it was all taken care of by Karen. She is now more annoyed that I won’t reexplain to her, and continues to tell me she needs an account of what happened for her manager. I look at my daughter and all the people who are standing behind me and know i cant be the only one thinking, is this girl serious? I say again please get my name off the wall and you will see its there so we can go and stop holding the line up. She says she needs me to retell her what happened and then what I am suppose to get. So past annoyed at this point that I tell her I am not telling her the story again and i let her know again what I am suppose to get. This time i tell her a large string bean, since she didnt seem to get a medium and crab when i already told her. She asks me if I am sure about that and goes to check the note Karen left. Hallelujah!!! Something she should have done right away and saved me and everyone else the torture. So wondering if the manager doesn’t mind that she holds up a long line and treats customers like that, instead of simply asking a co worker, as long as she gets a documented account. All to replace burnt and undercooked food that customers already paid for. Hopefully her dedication of grilling customer’s will be redirected to cooking food properly.

I’d never been to a Panda Express before, and based on my experience at this one, I won’t be going back. For some reason that wasn’t clear, my 2 entrée meal was considerably more expensive than the price posted. That alone would be a drawback, but one of my entrees was «Beef with Broccoli» only there was no beef! Zero, zip, nada, niente. Crunchy broccoli and not a single morsel of beef. I do not understand the long, long lines at this place. I felt totally ripped off.

I know it’s not real Chinese but I love the food here! I wouldn’t come here for authentic Chinese food that’s for sure. I just come here because it’s fast and soooo good! The orange chicken is my favorite.

Don’t use the online ordering. Your going to end up waiting either way. Long lines all the time. I made an online order which suggested me to pick up at 7:05pm I came at 7:27 pm and they had made a mistake on their part to read the order correctly. One said quantity 2. So we had to wait 15 minutes to wait for our 4^th plate. Other people were waiting as well. They could’ve at least given me a discount.

Getting food for my niece because she loves orange chicken & I had the worst service by the whole staff and Cynthia who clearly hates her job!

Come to this Panda all the time, usually good. However just had the worst customer service ever by Crystal V. Very rude, ask for small glass for water to drink was refused and told I had to purchase a drink, they have never pulled this before. Would advise anyone thinking of going here to think twice.

OMG! Firecracker Chicken Breast is BACK!!!

It’s just your standard corporate Panda Express in southern Windsor. On a Friday night, it seems like this place prints money. Long line at all times.
This PE is much smaller than others I’ve been to, missing an entire segment of food options. This particular place didn’t have Eggplant & Tofu, my fav.

Each time I come here, whatever it is I want to order, is always out and I have to wait 5 extra minutes for it to cook. Not sure why they don’t keep their trays full at all times.

Good cheap food, for lunch or dinner. Great for when you don’t want a big meal, but when you do i suggest going somewhere else. Its good for a snack or small meal, but not for a big sit down and get full for hours meal. Its always clean, and friendly tho, and conveniently located near Wal Mart, and home depot ³⁄₅

If you like grease you’ll love Panda Express. The cooks use about a half gallon of oil for each dish they prepare, and the food arrives at the steam table looking like Elvis’ hair with a fresh coat of Murray’s Pomade. What’s really gross is when they get down to the bottom of the tray, and you see the last few pieces of food swimming in all that disgusting liquid. Although we’ve been to several other locations, we felt like we had to try the new Windsor store, just because. OK, so now we’ve tried it. If you’re in Windsor and you just gotta have some really greasy Chinese food, look no further.
