I would like to say that I normally do not give a bad review, but after much investigation. Finding out that the owner is fully aware is what has brought me to write a review.
Took my two girls to get their ears pierced one being 15 and the other 3 months. I made sure I called and asked about training, experience spoke with the owner of the store she was very nice and reassuring that they do this all the time. All went well with my 15 year old but not the 3 month old.
Initially when I went in I had asked about a bad review that I saw from Katie 3 months ago. Rhi the owner was fully aware of it and didn’t really say if it happened or not I just expected it to be an exaggerated post, but it wasn’t the same exact thing happened to my 3 month old daughter!
Her cheek was punctured bruised and bleeding. I also got a I am sorry, she has chubby cheeks and $ 3.00 off my $ 80.00 bill. I understand accidents happen, but the $ 3.00 is an insult.
This is a bad business practice from an owner especially cause it happened so recently. I really thought this was an employee giving us a discount. Really disappointed when I found out it was the owner.
For future seekers do not let the owner pierce ask for Jasmine she was great and did not puncture any skin.

I got my ears pierced here a few days ago and it was on of the best experiences I’ve had getting a piercing. The girls there where so nice and gentle. They explained everything before they did it and it really helped to calm my nerves. I will be bringing all of my ear piercing needs to images from now on!!!

I LOVE Images! I have gotten both of my ear piercings here, and own several pairs of earrings from them. They are always very clean and precise, and walk me through the steps when piercing my ears. They also check my ears for free whenever I think they’ve closed up, which is AMAZING. Both times I’ve come to get my ears pierced, I’ve got them done by the woman who owns the store (cannot remember her name — SORRY!), and I cannot say enough good things about her. I love coming here, and will always come here in the future!!!

Went to get my 6 month old daughter’s ears pierced and it was a horrible experience. The girl got the gun stuck on the right side of her face, the other girl had to help her get it unstuck and then they had to redo the right ear. My daughter screamed her head off, and she is not a baby that cries much… only whimpers when she gets her shots. Now I know accidents happen, but the part that upset me is they didn’t even apologize, let alone acknowledge the fact that they cut her face! Instead they basically told me it was her fault because she moved… my husband recorded the whole thing and she didn’t move at all, plus I was holding her head against my chest so tight there was no way she could move! And to make matters worse they just continued to comment on how much she was crying and how they have never heard a baby cry so much! Hmmmmm could it be because you took a chunk out of her face?!! I’ve never heard my daughter cry so much EVER! They did give me a $ 2 discount for having to do the right side over… wow thanks guys! This was a horrible experience!

My husband and I brought in our 8 month old to get her ear pierced. We had made an appointment in advance, the second we walked in the lady knew our daughters name, and she started the process right away. She took her time marking my daughters ears, to make sure they were perfect, and she and the other girl were so great at distracting our daughter. They were very fast with the piercing and so sweet. Very professional, and I will recommend this place to everyone. Thank you for the great experience!

This store is great! Super cute jewelry with an inventory that changes often. Unique, modern styles that fit all price ranges. Perfect for finding a gift. They also do youth ear piercing the old fashioned way: using two people and two guns at the same time. It’s they way to go for young children. But, you need to call in advance to make an appointment so they can be sure two people are at the store. Professional, safe and clean piercings… Worth every penny.

Love Images! Crossed my fingers late Saturday night 6ish hoping that they would still be open because I needed a last minute Birthday gift and was out of time. They are open tip 7:00 & the lady helped me find the perfect pair of earrings for my girlfriend. They have something to fit everyone’s price range and really unique pretty pieces. Oh and the clocks are so fun. If you haven’t been in, this is a must try store.

my partner just had 2 more ear piercings and bought some wonderful earrings. The staff were great, good attention to cleanliness and comfort, and I recommend them highly.

I recently took my three month old daughter in to get her ears pierced. The girls were awesome! They really know what they are doing! They pierced her ears simultaneously which is great! Gets it over with quick. I would defiantly recommend Images for getting your child’s ears pierced!

This place is great. I made an appointment and brought in my 3 month old. They were fast and efficient. You can tell that they deal with babies all the time…

I had a perfect experience. I called ahead to check price. No appointment needed. On arrival found that cost could be even slightly lower that phone quote of $ 35, earrings included. Megan was very patient as we marked and re-​marked my ear to my satisfaction (I was re-​piercing one ear after many years of wishing they were even.). She was quick and efficient with the piercing process, giving me verbal and written instructions for home care. I enjoyed window shopping the store’s tastefully chosen displays of earrings, moderate prices. I bought two gift certificates and WILL be back! I am so pleased every time I walk by a mirror. At last! Lesa and the other girls there are so sweet. They have very unique jewelry that make GREAT birthday presents. They have really cute feather headbands, domino necklaces, hair sticks, shirts, everything. I have found everything from simple CZ studs to crazy colorful earrings by Holly Yashi to personalized necklaces, rings and bracelets.
Their store is amazing. Definitely go check it out :)

I called Images one afternoon to inquire about piercing my daughters ears and got some general information. I decided to go down there and when I arrived I was informed I needed an appointment. I was very frustrated that no one told me on our earlier conversation. So, needless to say I was unimpressed with my first expierence as I left with my upset daughter.
