Yummy wines, incredible staff, super dog friendly and awesome puppy branding! I will definitely be back. The sommelier even stayed late last month to accommodate us. A+ guys.

I purchased from Groupon a chocolate and wine pairing for Mutt Lynch Winery. Chocolates always pair well with chocolates! They paired 5 wines with 5 different chocolates. And actually the tasting room is a co-op as it is shared with Deux Amis so the pairing was with Deux Amis and Mutt Lynch wines. Unfortunately I didn’t get a good picture of the various wines but 2 were 2012 Deux Amis Zinfandel’s, one was from the Manasser Vineyards and the other was Shadick Vineyards, the 3rd was a 2012 Pinot Noir and the bottles were turned in my picture for the 2 Mutt Lynch Winery wines but they were from their MBF collection(Man’s Best Friend). Despite my not having the names of the MLW wines all the wines were very good, fruit forward and paired very well with the various chocolates that they had which were from a local chocolatier in Healdsburg. The owner of Mutt Lynch worked hand-in-hand with the chocolatier to match their chocolates with the wines. They do a wine tasting fundraiser, I believe they said it was once month and the«cover charge» to come in and taste on a specific day could be $ 10 and it goes to a local animal shelter, etc. something to do with animals. All the labels have animals on them and there are some from local artist as the owner will post on Facebook that she is looking for a new label, the local artists will submit their pictures and then people on social media vote on the labels. Prices for the wines are very reasonable. The tasting room is small, hasn’t been opened too long but they are hoping to reach more and more people. Wines are only sold at the tasting room. If you like chocolates I suggest going onto Groupon and seeing if they are offering the chocolate and wine pairing for 2. Also, doing a check-in gets you 10% off your wine purchase. Great wines!

This place was cute, dogs were allowed but we drove all the way from east Oakland expecting something different. If you’re already in the area then heck yes go there but I wouldn’t recommend driving far to stand at a bar. It’s essentially only a wine tasting bar. There wasn’t much seating since they had their only table set up for Valentine’s Day event. we actually didn’t even get wine here because I can’t stand for long periods. I would give less stars but I hate Unilocal predatory practices and know it hurts small businesses.

DOGFRIENDLYTOSAYTHELEAST :) Great that they encourage dogs! Great for that aspect but the wine could have been better. My group agreed the wine was just Ok but we were there for a charity event. So 3 stars for an amazing idea but not for the wine.

Came and checked in here during winter wineland. Wines were good. Atmosphere was fun. I gave an extra star because they had food where a lot of the wineries didn’t.

Mutt Lynch shares a tasting room with Deux Amis. I preferred the wine making style of Brenda of Mutt Lynch. Another couple(mother/daughter) preferred Phyllis’ wine making and that is all good, too. This a small cozy relaxed tasting room in downtown Windsor. We had a great time here. I highly recommend a visit.

We were in Santa Rosa with our golden retriever Penny, so we googled«dog friendly tasting rooms.» Mutt Lunch came up consistently and had a few good reviews from dog owners. After exploring their website, I loved that they support local animal groups, and have events like«yappy hour.» We drove up to Windsor and arrived around noon on a Tuesday. We were the only patrons there at the time, and were greeted by Christine. We chose to do the Mutt Lynch flight(they share the room with Deux Amis), which was $ 10(refunded with each bottle purchased). I tend to do tastings really slowly, and a bit chatty. Christine was AMAZING! She was kind, didn’t make us feel rushed and let us try a Deux Amis wine and a little taste of chocolate too. I loved ALL of the wines! We purchased a Zinfandel and Chardonnay, both really reasonably priced($ 15 each!) With our tastings refunded, we spent $ 30 on tasting for an hour and walked away with our two bottles! Penny was such a good girl and enjoyed laying on the cool concrete floor. She got two pretty tasty looking dog cookies, and Christine gave her love, so she was a happy camper! They have some cool gear and pet toys for sale too. This was a highlight for us and look forward to our next visit!

This place is great!!! If you love wine… and love dogs… this is IT!!! Wonderful wines, great labels and friendly atmosphere — and very dog friendly. And for EXTRAFUN, stop in at their Yappy Hour once a month to benefit a canine charity. We visit often, and when we have houseguests, Mutt Lynch is a «must-visit» on our itinerary!

This is their new location, downtown Windsor which is a very nice area. I was hoping to go to an actual vineyard but West the gentleman who worked there made this visit worth it and fun! His stories were funny and he had a lot of knowledge about wines and grapes as he spent his career with many well know wine companies. He’s retired now so this is his hobby job per se. I liked the wine, and the tasting portions were generous. They’re dog friendly, so you can bring your pups. Recommended if you’re in the area.

Mutt Lynch’s tasting room is located in Windsor, and shares the space with another winery that is part of the co-operative that shares equipment for wine production. Visits to the actually winery can be arranged by appointment only. I visited the tasting room with my dog on a Saturday afternoon. Mutt Lynch’s reputation of being the most dog friendly winery is definitely true. Not only was my pup greeted with a treat, but also given a toy to play with. The large tasting room offers opportunities to taste at the bar or sit leisurely at the large table. Mutt Lynch hosts philanthropic events at the tasting room as well, and while I was there I heard about their most recent event. Staff is friendly and offered up suggestions on other wineries to visit nearby. Tasting fees are affordable, around $ 10 for 5 pours.
