Our last breakfast in Santa Rosa and my brother in law picked this place. It’s right in downtown and the area is pretty. I would have loved to take a day and just walk around. The restaurant itself felt like a Dennys but a more friendly staff. The seating is a little crowded and the table we sat in wasn’t comfortable because your knees are enclosed and confined in between wood. The café latte was good. I also ordered the cali Benedicts. 3.5 out 5. I had a taste of my daughter’s corned beef hash and it was dry. 2 out of 5. Next ten I come, I’ll try the omelet.

When they list«Avocado» as an ingredient in an omelette, they mean store-bought guacamole, and they put a lot of it in the omelette. You may be really happy about this information or you may not, it depends on your affection for store-bought guacamole vs your desire for fresh avocado. Order accordingly. For me, my omelette was quite yummy after I scraped the guacamole out of my breakfast. Add the fact that, even though it was not busy at 9am on a Saturday and the waitstaff completely forgot we were there until I reminded them, I confidently give my last experience there a firm 3 star.

Good flavor at Windsor location but very expensive. $ 15 for 2 average sized food items? I think I will stick with black bear diner where $ 15 buys a monster sized 5 part breakfast.

Always good food, can get crowded quick. Been going here for years and always had the best service as well. Only missing piece for me is a nice outside area with view, but location is impossible to accommodate

First timer(me) and a life-long-timer(my friend) went for a late breakfast. I was in heaven! Loved the food, the server must have seen the caff-fiend look in my eyes, because she brought the coffee as soon as I needed a refill. Cannot wait to go back and try other items on the menu!

I’ve always gone to the restaurant in Santa Rosa, but this is my new favorite. Same great food, fast and friendly service. Great coffee. Keep it up and i’ll keep coming, even though the prices have increased a bit.

Food is okay. Nothing fantastic. Needs seasoning. Never tried their omelettes though so maybe those are better. If they start seasoning the food it could be a lot better.

First time here. The service was good, and the food came out super fast. Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars out of 5 is that I had to add a salt and pepper to give it the flavor I wanted. –_– but other then that I’ll probably be back again.

Best breakfast and brunch restaurant — must try it. Great service and food. Yum yum. I haven’t eaten here in a while and it’s better than I remember . I highly recommend the omelette express — the owners Don and Laura Taylor are awesome too!

This was my 2nd time here. We came last Sunday around 9:00 am and it was very crowded, unlike the last time I was there. They seemed to turn the tables over quickly though, so that was a good thing! Despite the crowd, we got seated within 5 min. I ordered the same thing I got last time — corned beef hash with country potatoes and 2 poached eggs. It also came with toast. First of all, their portions are huge! I could barely eat half of it, and felt bad that I couldn’t take the rest of it to go. The food is good and the service is attentive. They have a nice variety of food and selection. I would definitely stop by here again the next time I’m in town!

Exprehhhhhss yourself! Usually hit the downtown RR Square location of this long time Sant Rosa standard. Breakfast is a no brainer here and easy to split big portions. I like the California Benedict(I like most Benedicts bc my name is Ben ;). Gives a good mix of color from the more typical meat, toast and potatoes. That being said a little corned beef hash to start the program here is also a solid move in my book. Don Taylor, the owner is usually present and attentive. Super friendly. Cool décor and interior with old Jaguar grilles mounted on the Wall. Plus the USAF Woodstock out front, homage to Don’s Dad-a Vietnam Globemaster(or similar) pilot, is very cool. Bfast or lunch, good move, great service. Keep up the good work!

First of all I was super hung over. The Nr. 1 omelet was super good. I had to give it a lot of salt and pepper to taste anything. I couldn’t finish it because of my condition and I brought the rest home in a box. Been here before and would come here again. :-)

Great place if you need that protein in the morning! They have all kinds of omelettes made to order and what’s nice is no wait on a Saturday morning at 10am. Even if there is a wait, other reviewers said it wasn’t for that long. This is just a nice neighborhood place for eggs and potatoes. Sorry no pancakes but you’re not here for that sugary stuff, just the protein although they do have french toast if you really need it. Sit inside or outside on their nice patio under the trees. They have another place in downtown Santa Rosa I would imagine would be a great stop too before antique shopping there. I ordered the spinach and tomato eggs benedict and it was very good. My husband ordered up his mushroom and cheese omelette with ham and he was pretty satisfied. I’m giving it 5 stars because it’s the neighborhood spot, the staff was very friendly and the food was great and yes, Woohoo! that’s as good as it gets!

Randomly found this place on the Unilocal app while I was in Healdsburg one morning, and my mom and I were looking for a place to have lunch/brunch. Once we got there, I was a little excited when I noticed it has a Peanuts theme going. Our waitress was incredibly nice, we asked her for recommendations on what to order(which we ended up order). We ordered the Bacon, avocado, tomato and cheese & Bacon, spinach, herbs, mushroom and cheese omelettes. I was a little skeptical when my food arrived, to me the omelette looked a little overcooked and dry; it was firmer than what I’m used to when I cut into it too. HOWEVER once I took a bite of it, I was very happy with it. My mom liked her’s as well. Their omelettes are VERYBIG/generous, it was my breakfast the next day. I’ve never seen toast portions that big either! I definitely would come back! Yay for delicious omelettes =)

The omelettes here are amazing. But I’m not a fan of anything else in the menu. I tried ordering other things besides an omelette a couple times and was regretful! The service is great, the price is right and the omelettes are wonderful. I only order omelettes now though. Lol

Huge portions that taste great. Service, food, and price were all on point! I could definitely picture myself eating here once a week. Portions are giant; I’m sure I could split my plate with someone and still be completely satisfied. Fun fact: only place in the area that serves sourdough wheat toaste
