Pizzarama

I like the calzones here. There on the large side and less greasy than most other places. Pizza and grinders are good, nothing special. Wings are really good. Don’t get the fish & chips! Delivery is always fast. Service is always excellent.

Very quick delivery! Fresh pizza with a. Good ratio of sauce and cheese, breadsticks were also on par with other places.

I’m actually obsessed with this place. My family orders from them at least once a week! I’ve tried a lot of pizza shops in CT but this obviously has to be one of my favorite. The workers are very friendly! And always greet you with a smile. Their fried dough is also surprisingly good.

I love this place for the boneless buffalo wings. The pizza is just ok, but the boneless wings are a huge serving of meat. The sauce is my favorite around. I tend to get this when I need food for a couple days and live off the left overs. I strongly recommend these boneless wings to my friends and anyone who listens. The regular wings are fine, but the boneless wings are the prize.

A good local place when you don’t want to make anything and need something on the run! Their Rama Salad is really good!

Got a small cheese (I know, I’m boring). The dough was like cardboard. The sauce was ok. I won’t go back. A meat lovers special would not have saved this pie.

Pizza here is kind of plain and skimpy. About like Domino’s. We went here a few times and then switched back to our normal place. I think there are no tables just take out as I recall. it’s been a while. They have a good location near 91 and a large apartment complex and I think that’s what keeps them in business.

Had a lunch special today. Two pepperoni slices and a soft drink for $ 6. The pizza slices were of a generous size, but they didnt pack as much punch in the taste department as they did in the grease department. Not too many tables inside because of the huge open kitchen and prep area. All in all, no compelling reason to go back. Not likely to return.

I’m thankful that I only had two slices of their pizza. If dominos far outperforms you in pizza taste you got problems. The pizza was tasteless, and chewy. Made me think of my old high school pizza that was microwaveable. Yuck.

We’ve been looking for a new pizza place, and we’ve found Pizzarama to be a serviceable choice. The pizza was tasty and delivered quickly, and the toppings weren’t skimpy. Price, though, is where they win my future orders: the Mon-​Thurs deal is excellent.
It’s not the best pizza I’ve ever had. It’s not even the best delivery I’ve ever had. But it sure as heck beats the competition!

Food is not good. Heavily fried, no flavor, prices are not even that good. Pizza is real bad. Avoid this place.

It’s not New Haven pizza– but as far a quick take-​out goes, it’s a good choice if you are in Windsor. I like tunxis pizza better, but that is more expensive and does not deliver.

This is mall pizza at premium prices. We ordered a large with sausage and ended up blowing close to $ 20 for a pie that was forgettable in every way. Might be great for college students but I don’t really think there are any college students around in Windsor.

I’ve had food delivered from Pizza Rama a few times now and each time the delivery is exceptional. They are so fast, I’m always surprised when they ring the bell. The food is average: the pizza crust is tough and not at all crispy, there isn’t much sauce or cheese but they load up on toppings which is pretty nice. The Calzones are large and very full, I had a broccoli and chicken calzone and the broccoli was perfect. The marinara has a noticeable taste of green pepper and includes pieces of green pepper, I enjoy green pepper so I enjoy this sauce.
Pizza Rama isn’t very different from the hundreds (thousands?) of other pizza place in Connecticut, their delivery is fast but the food isn’t the best. I will order from Pizza Rama again, its just so damn convenient.

I just moved to Windsor and chose to try Pizza Rama for one of my first meals. Unfortunately, I was rather disappointed. The service was great and was able to make my pizza quickly, but the actual taste of the pizza was lacking.
The pizza was standard fair with a lack luster crust that was too doughy for my taste. Overall, it was a good pizza, just not one I was dying for my next fix. The crust just killed your mood for another piece.
I will order again, mostly because of my close proximity to Pizza Rama, but I definitely will not be searching it out anytime soon, at least not for their pizza.
