Must be a good lunch go to place there is always quite a bit of long lines for the lunch crowd, so calling ahead is totally recommended. Affordable Daily specials for the sammies and a drink (add $ 1 for chips). Fresh salads and wraps, nice selection of veggie choices. Drink selections of lemonade, raspberry tea, fruit punch and no calorie sobe refreshments for folks that are watching their sugar intake, non soda alternative.
The place is clean, very friendly staff.
Try the boom boom sauce if you want a little bit of flavor, a not so spicy delicious condiment.

Not too sure why it is but the service here is always without fail terrible. I think the turnover is quite high so they are always in training. The employees are very slow and don’t seem to be able to take orders well. The girl that was apparently the manager did not seem to care that the lines were going out the door and just stood there squashing avocados rather than helping this helpless and confused employee. I eventually made a comment and she came to help him, but it is beyond me that I had to say anything. Obviously she did not care much about her job and is on the turnover list. I would of given this less stars but the wraps are pretty good, when you finally do get it.

I’m a regular customer at this Togo’s and today I was let down again. I usually order their hot sandwiches. Lately, they have been kind of warm or cold. I have informed them politely in the past about this issue. Today I’d ordered a hot roast beef sandwich and this time it was completely cold. I didn’t have the time to have them remake it because I had to get back to work. I did let them know I was very upset about this. When I complained to the fella who made my sandwich, he told me he turned up the heat of the ajus from 6 up to 10 (honestly, the juice was so cold I don’t think it was turned on at all). I suspect these kids keep the temp on a very low level because it makes clean up easier during closing time. Another complaint is they play hip-​hop or rap on their stereo and it’s too loud and very annoying. I used to go there 3 – 4 times a week, but now they are slowly chasing me out of the door.

I visit this location often and I really enjoy the sandwiches, but I went in today and the customer service was terrible. No one made eye contact with me and the way the girl went about making my sandwich was sloppy and lazy (and I am not saying I expect something beautiful, but maybe a smile and a thank you for visiting while I am there). The two co-​workers were having conversations amongst themselves rather than with the customer.

Togo’s my favorite sandwich place, however this one is super slow and the learners are very slow and giggles a lot. Messed up every time I order something. I’m done giving them chance.

After a long bike ride I was looking for solid sandwich like all other chains. Bad service, all tables dirty and while wheat bread tasted like it was cardboard. Horrible.

Worst sandwich order ever received, I ordered two pastrami with Swiss and pepper Cheaneys and a roast beef dip sandwich, so I didn’t get any cheese any pepper Cheaneys or any French dip basically I got home with three sandwiches with meat and bread only they must hire their help from the McDonald’s drive-​through, if you order there you have to stand at the counter and watch them, Tim R. Best Togos I’ve been too. The one in rosa sucks and is slow I have definitely walked out many time but here they are fast and friendly. My mom and I always come here for lunch. The one in Healdsburg is terrible. Worth the drive to this one.

I LOVE TOGO’S!!! Subway whooooo??? As long as I’m alive and Togo’s is in business, i’ll be there a few times a week! Food is always fresh, service is always excellent! I loved that the lady that made my sandwich pour the pepperoncini juice on my sandwich, not just the pepperoncini! YUMMMMM!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!

For a Togo’s, I thought this was in a great location. It was clean, and they have good outdoor seating. It wasn’t very fast, considering they were pretty busy, but the girl making our sandwiches was friendly and made great sandwiches. This is my favorite Togo’s that I’ve been to so far.
(Honestly, the good outdoor seating is what really won me over!) :)

I love Togos, but the bread at this location tastes like is was frozen. I’ve gone six times and it’s the same every time. Very nice people and clean, but I can’t get past the bread. The one on Farmers Ln is the one I recommend. I go there all of the time and have never had an issue. If they do something about the bread I’ll try it out again.

Came here on my lunch break a few months ago.
The girl making my sandwich was incredibly nice! She asked if I wanted my pepperoncinis sliced, and I felt bad making her do it for me since it was an extra step but she didn’t mind. I could tell her niceness wasn’t just fake customer service I-​have-​to-​be-​because-​the-​boss-​is-​making-​me niceness, she really meant it, or at least was extremely good at faking it. I was very impressed by her, so much so I decided to write a Unilocal review about her 2 months later! Sandwich was a typical sandwich, nothing special. I mostly just liked the customer service.

Still my favorite fast food sandwich chain. They were the first to use fresh avocados and set the bar for other chains. I love the option of spring mix lettuce instead of regular iceberg. Always healthy & filling!
