The food was normal but the cleanliness holy crap the place was dirty. You can can pieces of peoples life in there. I found a paper cut out of a recliner.

2:15PM on Friday… people in line waiting for orders… A bunch of employees running around looking busy but accomplishing nothing. People from drive through having to come in and ask about their order. I waited 20 min for a 4 piece supreme got mine even before people that had been waiting. Tried to compensate with a free BoBerry Biscuit… Sorry, poorly run, no supervision and these people think they deserve $ 15/hr. Barely worth .50 cents per hr.

I am only giving any stars at all because the girl at the counter was sympathetic and agreed they need to get their act together. We waited in drive thru for almost thirty minutes! It wasn’t busy at all. Then half the orders were cold and another person received a fish sandwich instead of a chicken one they ordered. Went inside to fix it all only to find they had changed the Cajun filet club to a grilled chicken sandwich with no club toppings. At this point we had no more time left to Waste in this place. I’ve eaten at my fair share of bojangles and I have never ever seen this level of incompetence. Steer clear of this location.

I had heard locals talk about Bojangles and really wanted to try it. ITTOOKME15MINUTESTOGETTHROUGHTHEDRIVETHRU! I seriously thought about jumping out of line and going over to Taco Bell in the neighboring parking lot. It was like an oasis calling to me. After trying the food, well, I have to say, KFC seems the same to me and I probably would have been through the line quicker!

Bojangles is by far my favorite fast food restaurant. It has the best chicken ever! I absolutely love the supremes! Thankfully I live 5 minutes from one so I can eat whenever I want!

I use to enjoy coming to this Bojangles the food is really good, but some of the staff members can really be rude, after standing in line and having an employee take a customers order in front of me with no problem. But when it became my turn she looked me up and down/sideways and walked off the register without saying one word, I said did you fit me into your eyes yet b**** I walked out and took my business else where. Even though I was wanting Bojangles that day as my cheat meal, I wasn’t craving it that bad to have someone like her take money out my pocket.

By far one of my favorite fast food chains in the U.S. Every time I’m in North Carolina you can bet that I’m visiting one of these places at least two times. Get the cajun filet biscuit meal with seasoned fries and a sweet tea. Never fails to satisfy.

I got tenders and was very disappointed: dry and you can’t even see the chicken! It’s breading only. They say Bojangles is famous in biscuits, well I don’t see why. I gave them 2 stars just because the workers were great.

Tried Bojangles for the first time last month when we were visiting my boyfriend’s family. Bomb-diggity. It definitely lived up to their reputation! I got the cajun filt biscuit(I typically don’t even LIKE biscuits, and I loved this one). They also asked if we wanted to add on some bo berry bicuits and my boyfriend went for it. NOM… again, not a biscuit lover and they were d-lish! Warm, blueberry glazed biscuits. I’m glad there aren’t any bojangles near me because I would eat it way too much.

I had to give 5 stars because, not only was my cajun filet biscuit delicious, but also because the guy at the drive-thru said«It’s Bo time! May I take your order?»

I will admit. I have a problem. I love Bojangles. Pretty much everything they serve, I love. Biscuits, chicken, tea, sides.. . awesome. This was my first visit to the Stratford Rd. location. The service was slightly more than what you’d expect from fast food. The servers had manners and used them(imagine that). The food took a little longer than usual consider my order wasn’t complicated but when I saw the fresh fries pop up in the window I figured it was worth the wait. The fries were crispy and hot. I wanted a bit more cajun spice on them, but otherwise they were delicious. The Cajun Filet biscuit is pure perfection. Crispy, slightly spicy, breaded chicken filet sandwiched between two buttery, flaky, crumbly biscuit halves. Om nom nom nom. I threw in an extra Sausage Biscuit today. The sausage patty was good with a little kick and, like the Cajun Filet, surrounded by the biscuit heaven. I can’t think of anything that will keep me from returning to Bojangles.
