Scott, the proprietor was so helpful when I traded in numerous consoles and games. Will definitely go back to this store. Highly recommend.

We’re in here a lot. Like, a lot! The staff is always so friendly and helpful, the store is always clean and organized well. Which is probably why we come back so often!

This is easily my favorite Gamestop.
I have been a Gamestop customer since I was 8 years old. I have never been to one so well run in my life.
Don’t get me wrong, they’re all pretty amazing. But the Winter Garden Village Gamestop goes above and beyond.
First of all, they always have the best preowned selection. I actually live closer to the Highway 50 store, but found myself leaving there to go to WGV all too often.
Used Super Smash Brothers Brawl, check. Used Mirrors Edge, check. Used Saints Row the Third, check.
As this has been my home store for quite some time, they have recently really blown me away. I bought a preowned copy of Super Smash Brothers Brawl which as it turns out is a pain in the ass to get to work if you have even the slightest smudge on your disk or lens. When I took it back to the store for not working, they swapped it out immediately.
Then that one didn’t work. Again, Nintendos fault, not Gamestops. But instead of saying «sorry take it up with Nintendo,» they bit the bullet swapped it out for a brand new copy, and apologized for my inconvenience. This really wasn’t their fault, but they still did what it took to keep me satisfied. No fingers pointed, and no upset birthday boy itching to beat his siblings down Smash attack style.
I call this one.
