I was on a trip out of town and my friends suggested this place. I said I was in the mood for pizza and since I’m from Jersey, they said this is the closest to the real thing. Now, I don’t know about that but this place was ok. The garlic knots, we’re amazing and loaded with lots of fresh garlic. Would definitely recommend getting multiple orders, with extra oil and garlic. For the main course, we ordered a medium pizza with sausage and pepperoni, a large veggie pizza without green peppers… add tomatoes and a cheese burger with fries. The pizza was ok. Wasn’t what I expected, completely loaded with toppings, it made the pizza heavy. I was looking for more of a crunchy, thin crust but it was soggy from all the toppings. The veggies were definitely fresh and they piled on the cheese. As for the cheese burger, it was just so– so, nothing really exciting. The night was made better with the couple of glasses of Moscato, we enjoyed. Overall, the experience was ok, not sure I need to return.

One of the pizza places I go to in Woodbridge. Not the best but it does the job. They have a special of 2 huge pizzas for $ 21.00 I can deal with that. Not very friendly when you walk in though. They should work on that.

Really good food however they are so bad at taking orders. Got all 6 of my orders wrong !! The owner had a bit of an attitude when I asked for a plastic bag. Again, good food but horrible service I will def drive the extra couple of minutes to the other brothers located on Jefferson Davis.

Food is good, but very petty owner. I asked for a to go soda and got denied!!! Ridiculous…

As others have mentioned, this is a ‘no frills’ seat-yourself establishment. I ordered a cheesesteak, which was pretty good. The tomato, however, tasted like cleaning products. Perhaps it got sprayed accidentally during cleaning? Well, anyway, by the time I got home, I had a terrible stomach ache and couldn’t leave the bathroom for 15 mins. Fun times…

Food is okay. Bbq wings are good, pizza is cheap yet good. The problem here is the people. Very unprofessional. I know it’s not a fancy restaurant, but when you have a customer at the register, get off your phone and do some work. When they answer the phone, it’s ridiculous. Just plain bad customer service. This place is meh, that’s it.

Meh. It’s okay food. Back home in Chicago this place would be out of business in a month for being mediocre. It’s a tad pricey for what you GET considering the quality. The gravy is bland in the same tone as a Sabarros you would find in an highway oasis. If you want great Italian(not the fancy over seasoned craps you get in DC) drive or fly to Chicago or New York and drop into any little Italian joint. And I mean any. The worst Italian restaurant in either city is better than the best one around the DC area. And yes the family has tried dozens in and out of DC

The best pizza in Woodbridge it is a place I grew up going to I have been going there for almost 30 years now. I have never gotten anything I did not like from here especially the pizza and calzones they let you customize the calzones to however you like it. I have never had their desserts but I have always been way too full to eat any desserts afterwards.

Just got done eating delivery from here and extremely disappointed. It took just over an hour to get the food(which is fine, it’s Sunday and probably busy). The chicken parm was a generous portion but lacked flavor and just had a big slab of cheese that was so thick and wasn’t melted. The chicken was soggy and The pasta was really over cooked too. I also got mozzarella sticks which were filled with hard firm cheese. None of the food was hot The best part of the meal was the salad.

My family and I tried this place based on the great Unilocal reviews. We thought that we had finally found a go to spot for some good food in PW County. First I must say that the owner who took our order was very kind and went out of his way for us. I must give him that much for effort. And the established was no frills but clean. We ordered pizza for our kids, steak and cheese for myself and my husband had a gyro w/fries and a 2-pc chicken(yes, he was hungry! Lol!). The kids complained of the pizza tasting bland, my steak and cheese had absolutely no seasoning and even the fries were bland. The chicken was okay but not something to run back for. And my husband said that the gyro was just ok. I just can’t understand fixing food with absolutely no seasoning at all. I’m sorry but I’m shocked at the raving reviews about the great tasting food here. Unfortunately, it is not somewhere that we will be running back to anytime soon.

The décor, location and food options are no frills, but the pizza is good as are the prices. Come here when you are in the mood for an inexpensive greasy spoon with a hometown blue collar feel.

Been eating here for about 22 years… as for the pizza, which this review is based, 1 star. Previous owner had awesome pizza. Nice soft, gooey, thinner crust slices which the cheese would run off into your mouth… had to eat it w/two hands. Now just boring, tasteless pizza.

Decided to try a simple cheeseburger sub and fries. I was surprised by cleanliness because it doesn’t look like much from outside, but went in because I saw other people going in. The service was good on carry out. I am picky about meat and was not thrilled with the toughness of the hamburger patty. Someone else order the steak and cheese sub and it was okay. The cook really needs to try adding seasonings when preparing because everything we ordered was bland(even the fries had no salt). I did see others ordering pizza, so maybe that is better.

I stopped here while driving back home on 95. I ordered a white pizza and it was pretty good. I did like the inside as it reminded me of a small dive pizza joint in the city that had been around for years. They even had a deal buy one pizza, get one free. Can’t beat that!

Back in the early 80s this was the big hangout places for local high school kids. The restaurant now, however; is largely forgotten as is the shopping center it’s located in. The pizza and subs are ok, but they’re definitely not what they used to be. If you’re in close proximity, it’s still a decent option(subs are huge), but there are definitely much better places to go to these days.

I have lived in Dale City since the early 80s. Brother’s Pizza was sold to new owners several years ago and since then this place has become one of the worst NY Pizza places in the area. The staff is unfriendly, rude, and slow. The food is very sub-par and at times, just awful. Order a salad and you get wilted /brown lettuce and onions that are slimy. A quick look behind the counter and you can tell that the place is not sanitary. The bathrooms are your typical highway gas station variety. You know, so nasty that you think you should just hold it or find a bush outside instead.

This very casual, family friendly restaurant in Dale City bakes pretty good NY style pizza. It’s difficult to be critical about it because I’ve been a repeat customer here for roughly 30 years– ever since the place opened. My childhood memories are of Best. Pizza. Ever. But now that I’m older and have eaten pizza at hundreds of different restaurants I think I’d have to give it only 4⁄5. Three small things the owner could improve are: 1) It’s okay to be a little more generous with your toppings. 2) Consider using a higher quality sausage. 3) Fresh mushrooms are inexpensive and have much better texture and flavor than those rubbery canned mushrooms you use. Address these weaknesses and the pizza would be a clear 5 star winner.

I had contemplated ordering from here for a while. Finally tried their food and will say it is one of the worst meals we’ve had from take out in yrs. I wanted buffalo wings. I asked when ordering on the phone if their wings were hot, had a lot of sauce. Girl just said, not real hot. Never mentioned there is no sauce at all and they are just crispy fried wings. They ARENOT buffalo wings. They are beyond small and cost $ 8. for 8. I wish I could post a pic. They are about the size of a chicken nugget, no flavor, no hot sauce. Gross! One was all broken up with bones all spread through it. Chicken tenders are worse than frozen ones from the store you throw in the oven. Crab cake is cheap, all filler, again worse than what’s in the frozen food section at Safeway.(those are actually not bad) Salad is tiny. So for $ 34. the only thing any good was a meatball sub. I expected maybe a greek or italian run, NY style pizza joint(hence, the name-deceiving) where they make homemade food, real buffalo wings, etc. This is far from what I got. Didn’t try the pizza so maybe that’s ok. Honestly, don’t think I’d bother now though. Especially after calling and telling the mngr. of our experience and getting«well, that’s your opinion. We’ve been ordering those chicken tenders from the same company for 15 yrs. If you knew how much we pay for that food, etc…» Didn’t seem concerned at about an unhappy customer or wanting to make things right. Just stood by his gross products. I find it amusing that on their take out menu they say«we take great pride in the quality of our food.» Those wings were honestly the worst I’ve ever had. I have tried a lot too. Next time I’ll spend a few $$ more and get takeout from Applebees. At least I know what I’m getting and they stand by their product. They like repeat customers. Save your money and look elsewhere. This food is not good quality. YUCK! P. S. If anyone knows where to find REAL buffalo wings in the Woodbridge area, please share. We’ve been looking for 3 yrs. since moving here and have yet to find any, except at one place out in Manassas.(Pizza Time-now they know how to do wings!)

Decent Italian food. I had the 4″(which looked like a 6″) chicken parmigiana sandwich with cheese fries. The sandwich was great, the cheese on the fries — it was tasty, but there was also something off about it. Don’t know what. The service was adequate, but not very quick considering how empty the restaurant was. Then again, they humored our group of 10, which included three of my nieces & nephews. So they should get some props for that. I probably wouldn’t go back, but I’d go if my in-law’s asked for it again.

I think anyone who lives in Woodbridge can agree that there is an overabundance of «NY-Style» pizza joints in the Woodbridge area. And it seems to me that every menu is the same, including the menu at Brother’s. So I find Brother’s pretty easy to forget about. Their pizza and subs are okay, but I’ve had much better in this area. On my last visit I ordered the gyro and the waitress told me they didn’t serve those — I had to show it to her on the menu to convince her that they did(turns out I was saying it the«proper way» which is not common ’round these parts). When my bf asked what came on the pizza cheese steak she said she didn’t know, and rather than going to ask, continued to stare at him as if that answer was good enough. In the end, the food came out wrong, was corrected but still didn’t taste that great(the gyro was very bland), we were charged for an order of fries we didn’t ask for, and to top it all off, the waitress stood over us while we were finalizing our checks and figuring up the tip(which I find very rude). She’s lucky my bf was nice enough to leave her any tip at all. I’m afraid my last visit will probably be just that.
