Very bad service. I ordered delivery with garlic knots. They brought the wrong item. I then called them, I spoke with someone who claims to be the general manager and he argued with me about what I ordered even though I told him that my wife was a witness. He then proceeded to tell me that in order for me to get a replacement item that I would have to pay for a $ 2.00 delivery fee. $ 2,00 is not the issue the issue is his inability to admit he made a mistake and instead of correcting it, he wanted to prove his point and he did, he lost me as a regular customer. Little does the so called GM know, He lost a regular customer and he gained a person who will put spread the truth about this store on every major website, papa johns corporate office, and around the Woodbridge community at large. Thats what happens when your $ 2.00 ego prevents you from being a professional and you will continue to be a $ 2.00GM.

They wonder why they are even below Little Cesars… Pizza is sub-par. Sauce has a weird sweet taste that reminds me of my small town bowling alley pizza. Horrid. First time I got delivery from this location my «order was mixed up with another customer» so I got 0 of the sauces I paid extra for. The ONLY reason I even order PJ now is for the cheese sauce that is slightly spicy. If you’re cheese sauce is more memorable than your pizza, you have a problem. Dominos has better sauce and also fresh ingredients. And *gasp* their cheese actually stretches the way mozzarella should instead of congealing in some weird hard substance the second it gets room temp. I used to love Papa Johns… but not anymore. The wrong sauce and obvious move to crap ingredients has pushed me away. There is something to say about a place that gives you a free pizza almost every 3 pizzas(they have a rewards program I just took advantage of for the first time in over a year). Poor pizza. Poor service. Absolutely nothing fresh and my dog doesn’t even like the crust.

Seriously worse service ever. & papa johns used to be my fav until this shit. We placed an order at 830pm & called at 930pm because the pizza still didnt come. Mind you we spent close to $ 55 smfh. The girl on the phone said they’d be there in a couple minutes. Lie. Because i called again at 953pm and then the manager said some hr and a half. Like we waited that long already !! Smdh. & the manager didnt even let me get one freakin word in ! He kept talking over me smh like damn can i speak ?! So pissed off right about now & they weren’t even gonna give it to us half off either. Total bullshit. The other papa johns on dale Boulevard is much better, always on time even in bad weather ! Dont do it, the customer service is shitty. & btw the rain slowed down by the time i called. I even said i was concerned for the damn delivery person. But whatever

I’m amazed that a fast paced business like this can maintain great service and a great product. My order is always correct, the staff are friendly and even greet me by name. This is my go to place for pizza. I do not have any vested interest in this location, nor do I know any of the employees, but they always make me feel appreciated and my pizza is hot and fresh. Thank you!

Do not do delivery. My pizza was the wrong pizza crust. It was also cold and looked like it they had put the toppings I wanted on the pizza and reheated it. Contacted customer service and they took weeks to get back to me. I don’t care to have your free stuff. I wanted me normal delicious hot papa johns pizza. So bummed

The pizza is great if you don’t mind waiting for it. The average delivery time is 45 minutes to an hour.

I love their barbecue chicken pizza on thin crust. Their thin crust is always crunchy! I love how their original crust is not oily and not cheapy dough like dominoes and pizza hut. Their bread sticks are nothing like the greasy one from pizza hut. Their cheese sticks are awesome, especially the one with the bacon on it, very high in sodium though. Chicken strips are ok, they are baked so of course they are not crunchy… their wings are ok, I like mine crispy, so if you ask them to run it twice(double cook) it tastes a lot better. Their sodas are over priced. Great place, but if you are looking to throw a party on a friday or saturday night, you better order in advance. Rush hour occurs from 5−8pm on fridays and saturdays.

As soon as the driver handed me the box and I felt that it wasn’t hot, I knew I had made a mistake. It was my son’s birthday, so I let him pick the pizza place: he chose PJ’s. Their pizza was always better when I would get it frequently in West Virginia. This is the first Papa John’s location I have eaten at in NoVA, and it will probably be the last. So anyway, I place the order online, and after almost an hour it finally arrives. Most pizza places leave the pizza in the«hot bag» all the way up to the door, but for some reason the driver just had two pizza boxes in his hand. As a result, the pizza was basically lukewarm when I got it. I’m as big a fan of leftover pizza as anyone, but I usually keep my leftovers in the fridge. These two pizzas, which I had just paid over $ 25 for, tasted like they had been left sitting on the counter over night. Not the worst pizza I’ve ever had, but definitely the worst Papa John’s I have ever had. Maybe I got a bad night or a bad driver, but I won’t take my chance on it happening again.
