Papa John’s Pizza

Very bad service. I ordered delivery with garlic knots. They brought the wrong item. I then called them, I spoke with someone who claims to be the general manager and he argued with me about what I ordered even though I told him that my wife was a witness. He then proceeded to tell me that in order for me to get a replacement item that I would have to pay for a $ 2.00 delivery fee. $ 2,00 is not the issue the issue is his inability to admit he made a mistake and instead of correcting it, he wanted to prove his point and he did, he lost me as a regular customer. Little does the so called GM know, He lost a regular customer and he gained a person who will put spread the truth about this store on every major website, papa johns corporate office, and around the Woodbridge community at large. Thats what happens when your $ 2.00 ego prevents you from being a professional and you will continue to be a $ 2.00 GM.

The worst location with the worst manager and the worst franchise owner. I will never order pizza from here again. The drivers are old and do not understand English and when it’s delivered wrong that is the excuse these people make.
