The food counter is clean, but that is due to the workers spending all their time cleaning it rather than serving food, cleaning tables, or even looking at customers. Also, they messed up rice. How? I dont know. The guy at the register was a poster boy for drug tests with how out of it he was. Took him forever to even realize we were trying to order drinks.

Went in at 1130 on a Monday. They where quick took me about 5 minutes to get my food and pay for it. They have a military discount 10% the staff is friendly and give you a sample to make sure you like the product before you purchase they whole service area was very clean.

I have been at this location for countless times and never had any issues — I got what I expected, had a generous portion of my ordered food and I can’t complain about the price. As I was saying, I have never had any problems until yesterday. My husband and I were out all day and decided to get something to eat and since we haven’t had Panda Express in a minute, it was both of our choice to go there. They still have issues with a shortage on eggs(which I don’t get at all!!) so their Fried Rice is different than it used to be which is no problem because it’s still good. Put some plum sauce on it and you’re fine! So we got in line, I ordered some Fried Rice with the first guy and the lady afterwards was supposed to finish it off with the meat. So what she did is, she took my box with fried rice and got rid of half of it to put some noodles in it which was what the lady in front of me ordered. So how come the first guy just started my box and the next lady is taking it away for the people in front of me? Anyway, she finished MY box for the lady in front of me so I told the guy to make me a new one and said to the lady who tool my box that it’s mine and she was like«No this for family here»(no understanding, no good communication skills due to not being able to speak English properly which I don’t care about but if you work at a place like that, you need to be able to speak English properly) and pointed at three people at the register. I wasn’t going to say anything back even though it made me mad so the guy fixed me a new box. The lady finished it off and we paid. The staff who served us yesterday is lacking on communication. The reason I give 3 stars is because of the issue mentioned above as well as my portion being petty! There was almost no rice and chicken. For some reason, my husbands portion was HUGE! I assume it was because of the box stealing lady and me saying something about it. If I will go to this location any time soon? Probably not.

Boy do I love frozen chicken. The next time I want salmonella I will be sure to go here. Normally this food chain is what you would expect. Simple, clean, and easy. However this place is a flop. There are quite a bit better places in Manassas for this style food. Check out the place across the street.

Ive been coming to this Panda Express for years and the foods always good. For the money you get a lot of food and its always tasty. I usually go for the chow mein(the rice is pretty bland) and of course the orange chicken and one of their newer steak options. Overall a good place to go if you want fast chinese. Its not mind blowing but gets the job done. One complaint is there were flies all over the walls the last 2 times I came. Gross. The staff is always nice here though so thats a plus. More of a 3.5 then 3.

The food here is not as good as it used to be, I’m not sure if I realized it wasn’t that great, or they just went down hill. I went the other day, and the the employees looked like they were dying, also the food was not good at all, it was stale and tasteless, I am never going back!

Ok, I always take out my food, but the atmosphere is always great. I have eaten at other Pandas and this one is really clean compared to many. The food has always been good and not overly greasy. This is one of my favorite places!

This place has standard food and some special dishes. the standard food is really below standard, horrible. The special dishes are the only ones that were any good at all. I’ve eaten here twice but won’t be back. And I was next door at the Sears store and asked them if they could recommend any good places around there and they said no. So I asked them about the Panda Express and they sort of wrinkled their noses and asked me if I had ever tried it and I said that I had but didn’t think the food was very good and they said«We agree and we don’t go there». Some of the food has sat too long and is dried out.

went in for lunch. Very clean and well maintained restaurant. The food didn’t taste very good though. I had the green bean chicken and it was just okay, not much flavor. Staff was friendly and quick.

The atmosphere is small but I like it. Friendly staff and food is good. They usually have to make what you want on the run, but that 2 min effort makes it fresh and good. During peak hours they have everything. I love the tea on the fountain. I have never seen this kind anywhere else. No calorie but sweet peachy, green tea. Delightful.

I’m very surprised at the other reviews but they were last year and earlier this year so I’m wondering if that makes a difference. My son would eat their orange chicken and fried rice two or three times a week if I let him. It’s one of the few Chinese food places that doesn’t make me sick or give me a headache. I love the orange chicken as well as the mushroom chicken and zesty chicken or whatever it’s called. Each time we’ve been in, they cooked food for us while we waited. It was super fresh and tasted great. There’s been a wonderful lady behind the counter who must be the manager as we’ve seen her directing the other employees. She’s super nice and very efficient.

I had always heard good things about Panda Express so I decided to give them a try on 03/01/2011 around 7:00pm at night. The nice lady behind the counter offered me some samples which I took to try the food. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t «real» Chinese food. Not at all. I asked the lady what types of sauces they had that was hot and spicy. She replied«what do u mean?» So I pointed at the sauces there and asked if any of them were hot and spicy. She replied, «no, we don’t have anything hot and spicy, we have orange sauce and Mandarin spicy.» I said, ok, maybe she’s just a ditz and continued on with my order. I order fried rice with 2 orders of orange chicken with a generous helping of the mandarin spicy sauce and 2 egg rolls. Price wasn’t bad, coming out at under $ 8 with tax. I took it home and began eating it. Never in my life have I experienced a squishy egg roll. It was like the inside was filled with a paste. So that was a waste and tasted terrible. So I began on the rice and orange chicken, that should be good, right? Wrong. The rice was flavorless even with the supposed«spicy» sauce. I’m a huge rice lover so I was really disappointed. Now the orange chicken. Very, very rubbery. I ate half of what I ordered and threw it away because it was so bad. I don’t recommend them to anyone. Spend the extra money and time at a better Chinese restaurant, it will be worth it because Panda Express sucks.

Order # 229322 @ 6:25pm on 1÷25÷2011 — You know that feeling you get inside that makes you think you should walk out of the restaurant and go somewhere else to eat? Well, that’s what I was thinking yet I ordered anyway. The majority of food choices offered were almost out meaning that food was probably sitting out quite awhile. Well since I was really hungry I ordered a 3 entrée platter. Like I said a minute ago… I should have just walked out. Everything tasted overcooked, the rice was rubbery, the orange chicken, beijing beef, and the mushroom chicken ALL tasted stale. So next time I see most of the bins ¾ empty and the cooks aren’t scrambling to cook up more servings… I’ll definately be walking out! Hey, it wasn’t all bad… my fortune cookie was fresh! :-)

The food here was great. This place is on par w/most panda expresses I’ve ate at except this one gives very generous portions. The chow mein is great and the bejing beef a must have. If you like spicy food(I do) then also get the Kung pow chicken. This place is also very clean.

Yuck! I noticed this place for a while and wondered if it was any good. Now I know. It’s not. The food is dried out, bland, and just doesn’t taste like normal chinese food. I started to go to the Noodle Buffet for lunch but didn’t want to spend almost $ 9.00 for a quick lunch. I would have been better off. Instead I spent 7.50 here and didn’t even eat half the food. The broccoli looked wilted. All the food was so dry I had to smother it in soy and duck sauce to make it somewhat edible. It is very poor quality. If you like good chinese food you will be very disappointed with this food. I would say the worst chinse rest. I’ve been to in the past was much better than this food. It really is bad. I would have even preferred McDonalds. I’m amazed these have been popping up all over the place. I will stick to the place around the corner and wait a few min. to get good chinese food, or go into the mall, where there is decent food a at a cheaper price.
