Today I bring in my family to eat dinner. We ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and they never bring it to us. We asked how many more minutes for the pizza to come and they said 5 more min even though 30 min already passed. and I never got my pizza. I’m so sad because it usually doesn’t take this long. I’m never coming back to this place.

We were Very Dissapointed in our visit today! They just changed their rules for ordering a pizza at the buffet. Now you have to pay $ 1EXTRAPERPIZZA, if you want them to make a BLT pizza or Pep, mush & Bacon pizza. And they do not even have mayo or bacon, I asked the manager, even though it seemed there was bacon on the loaded potato pizza. Then they ran out of their featured Dessert Pizza, Upside Down Pineapple pizza. Don’t waste a trip here. We Will Not be back! The pizza cook was also eating while he was in the pizza making station! Very unprofessional, disappointing. We did not get the products we paid for. It was more like a donation to their cash drawer.

Stopped by an extremely slow night, Wednesday, and this place has really gone down hill. Shoes were sticking to the floor, if you want a «custom» pizza you have to pay $ 1.00 extra. I believe 4 options all had Sriracha sauce which is a no go for me so the only option was pepperoni, cheese or buffalo chicken. Dessert pizza’s were never filled so I would have been better off buy store bought pizza and saved the $ 15 for 2 people w/waters.

Great pizza at a great price. The BLT is our favorite however you can order a create your own pizza. Arrive early in a Friday as it can become very crowded. Come hungry!

This place is aweful. We went and most of the trays in the buffet were empty. We had to wait several minutes to get«something» to eat. The video game area was tremendously filthy and two or three machines were not working. Overall the place looks dirty and their staff seems very unprepared and careless.

I have to say, Stevi B’s Pizza in Woodstock has really stepped up their customer service and overall restaurant quality! Last few times I visited, the buffet was always stocked with a good selection of fresh pizzas! Salad bar is great and have new dressing options. The restaurant is clean and all arcade games were working! Kids noticed a better selection of prizes, and the staff are very friendly. If you call ahead of time, they’ll reserve seats for larger groups. I think the prices are more than reasonable, but I know they offer group discounts.

I will start with the positive. The pizza is ok and edible. The negative. They don’t clean this place. It’s nasty. There is pizza remnants all over the floor. The walls are dirty too. They are out of napkins and the drink station has wrappers all over. The game room looks germy and I plan to lather my kids with hand sanitizer when we leave. I come here a few times a year because my kids love it but each time here it seems a little dirtier. Management wake up! Also I’m looking at the prizes for the game and a plastic firefighter set that came from the dollar tree is 1000 tickets!

This place used to be a lot better than it is now. They were slacking on bringing out pizzas. I really wish they’d bring back the brownie dessert pizza it was the main reason I ever wanted to come. The mac and cheese pizza is good though and I do like how you can ask for a certain pizza and they will make it for you.

Pizza is not good. Salad is ok. They have a little arcade room that is entertaining for a bit.

The most terrible experience I have ever had. The first thing I did was pick up a dirty plate to start my buffet only to discover an even more dirty plate for the next one. The complete pile was dirty. Literally 12 dirty tables surrounding me while I eat. Asking for any specialty pizza was made out to be an inconvenience. The ice cream machine that used to exist is no longer here because it was constantly broken down. Huge disappointment!!! Will not return and will save my friends the disappointment.

Came in tonight and there was no salad, which is no big deal, but they didn’t have pizza out either. There were maybe 4 – 5 pizzas out when we got here. We asked for a specific pizza and it took 25 mins to get it. It was not busy at all.

Will not return to this location ever again. Pizza didn’t taste very good. No forks to eat salad or pizza with. We were told they were about to wash some…

We used to love going here but the cleanliness, service, and food quality has gone downhill. We have gone lately just for our daughter’s school fundraiser night but told her last time we will not be going back.

Terrible. Dirty, buffet not stocked, and clueless staff. Save the hassle and go to the one on Barrett Pkwy. Avoid this one!!!

Is this the best quality pizza? No. Is it a great value for a quick bite and lots of variety? Absolutely! Mostly, I am ALWAYS surprised at how helpful and friendly the staff is! I didn’t think that there were this many teenagers in the world who are friendly and helpful but apparently there are and they all work HERE! The management makes great hiring decisions. The place is always clean and you always get exactly what you expected at this location– a lot of pizza, pasta & salad for $ 6!

Not really sure how to rate a chain pizza buffet. So I am going to use my standard chain restaurant rating, so the maximum rating is 3 stars, unless it is mind-blowing then I can make exceptions. Ambiance: Long buffet with a pizza selection ranging from the standard(pepperoni) to the downright bizarre(smores: a marshmallow and chocolate sauce concoction), and salad. bunch of tables to sit the masses to maximize profit margin and a small arcade which most people can avoid by merely taking in their iPad. Kid friendly I guess as the largest reason to take anyone here would be 1. Your kids are brats and you want to shut them up 2. Your kids are picky eaters and don’t want to listen to them whine at another restaurant. 3. Your kids did something special and you consider filling them up with fat and sugar as a «reward». 4. You are a college student trying to maximize your food intake to dollar spent. 5. You are trying to kill yourself In case you are wondering, I fall into category #3. Place is clean so it gets a star right out of the gate. Service: Buffet’s are typically self-serve other than clean up. Here they have a «made to order» pizza option, so it does require that someone come around the counter every so often to deliver something to your table. Otherwise the only interaction is when they take your money at the beginning of the feeding trough line, or when you see someone come by to remove plates from your table to remind you of how many calories you are consuming. My only other issue is that when they do bring the pizza out, they don’t have those pizza racks to drop it on your table. They essentially toss a few slices on the nearest available plate and then take the rest of the«made to order» and throw it up under the heat lamp for others to try your concoction. I was extremely tempted to order a pepperoni & sausage pizza with onions, mushrooms, green peppers, marshmallow, strawberries and chocolate, take only one slice once it came to my table and see if anyone else would eat it once placed underneath the lamps. Cost: I have a bunch of buy 1 get 1 cards. Would have a hard time spending full price but it is what it is. Would probably be cost effective if you had a bunch of kids in sports and they could consume 1.5 pizzas in volume a piece. Food: You can either have regular or thin crust with white or wheat dough. I recommend thin since you are swallowing about a 1000 calories of fat and sugar, no need to exacerbate the exercise in gluttony with more carbs on top of that. TIP: Stay away from ordering mushrooms unless you enjoy the taste of a white button mushroom out of a can. Conclusion: You get what you pay for, the pizza is average to below average but as long as you achieve 1 of the 5 achievement criteria, you can feel good that you did something positive to effect your own life.

Service is good and the buffet is always tidy and stocked. Great pizza selection and likely the best place to celebrate with your team after winning the game. Has an arcade for kids too.

Love the salad bar. Pizza selection is very good. I don’t like the way they reserve half the restaurant out. It can be hard to find a table. They have no problem taking your money only to. leave you without a clean table to sit at. Obviously some days are better than others.
