Lobby closed at 10:30 am on Sunday 11-28. The only sign posted is “Dine In Open”. Drive thru line extremely slow.

It’s JACK, seriously I keep coming back because it’s close and of course fast but dang I had ordered awhile back and I went because they forgot my sons 2 tacos with no cheese and it was even repeated twice at drive thru screen then again at window and when I got home, no tacos. So they gave me my meal for free, including a huge drink and a total of 6 tacos and it was all perfect! Very friendly and willing to correct mistakes to satisfaction of you have an issue with your order.

Seems like every time I go here they have a different staff, but they still manage to keep it together 24⁄7. It’s not gourmet, but the food is always decent. No complaints…

2 am SATISFACTION!!! If you want good food, fresh and hot the people who work the overnight at Jack in the Box Wylie will have it for you! From the order taker to the last bite I will have to call it perfection. Thanks for delivering outstanding service and the best food I could have asked for at 2 am.

We have been here often. We love the monster tacos. They said they no longer have the sirloin burger, which sucks since that’s what I got. All and all a good place to eat with great breakfast all day!

Never have had bad service, bad food or left thinking this place sucks. i mean you have to compare apples with apples. So, in comparison to places like Wendy’s or Burger King this isn’t a bad choice.
I’m updating this review based on their holiday shakes. I love when different holidays role around and you are able to get those «special» flavors. I’m not a huge pumpkin pie fan but good Lord all mighty the pumpkin pie shake they have during Christmas is unbelievably good. Eggnog one rocks too, mint one is yummy. Honestly all their shakes are pretty tasty.

Usually stellar service at this location. I almost always go through the drive through and have received service with a smile. Today I went through the line and they forgot part of my order. It was disappointing but I have to say that was the first time anything like that happened. I called the manager and she apologized and fixed the problem.

Terrible service in the drive through. I was interrupted several times while placing my order. I’m disappointed as this is the first time through the drive through and I normally get excellent service in the dining room. BTW, this entire review was written before I made it to the window.
