I eat here a lot. It’s cheaper than ordering the popcorn, pizza and other stuff at the co sessions and you get real food. The problem is that they recently changed the menu to maybe a fourth of what it was. Now all my favorite dishes are gone. All they have are flatbread pizzas, four or five burgers, sandwiches and like four appetizers. Although the food is good, I don’t see the point of eating here anymore with a tiny little menu like that. They do have a good bar though. The service is lacking. I don’t see what the manager is doing. There are plenty of other restaurants at this mall.

This place is a joke. The service is horrible, it runs it self and the food is not that great. I have been here a few times hoping that I will have a different experience, however I have been disappointed every time. I do not know how this place is still in business. I will never come back again. Listen to the other reviewers and do not waste your time or your money here.

While the food was OK, the service here was almost nonexistent. Once our appetizer finally arrived, the servers basically ignored us. It took 6 attempts to get any server to refill my drink. After about a half an hour after we finished the appetizer and still no service we just decides to leave. This place is not worth your time if you want dinner.

We walked in on a saturday night about 1hr and 10 minutes before our movie started. First impression. Well it looked like a hurricane had just happened. 3 people behind the bar and ALL, ABSOLUTELY ALL the tables were filled with plates and left overs from previous customers. Eventually one of the girls cleaned two tables and offered us seats. We sat down in our still wet tables and waited about 10 minutes for the menus to be brought to us. We ordered drinks and the sampler platter, that looked really appetizing. Waited about 15– minutes for the drinks which were disgusting ! They forgot to put alcohol on my mother in laws Pina Colada, and my drink was just awful. We waited and waited about 20 more minutes for the food that NEVER came. No one approached us, no one apologized for the wait, Customers around us were also starting to notice how horrible the service was. Eventually my boyfriend had to go up to the bar to tell the girl behind the counter that we no longer wanted the food. He asked for the tab and off we went. $ 20 dollars for two awful drinks. The floor was dirty, napkins and just garbage all over the place. The employees are careless, they need to be retrained or just completely replaced. AVOID this place at all costs. It’s sad to see how poorly this place is managed.

Came here this Saturday afternoon because we were in the mood for burgers. Elevation burgers didn’t sound too good for our liking so we came here instead. There weren’t ANY customers, so basically we had the spot to ourselves just like on our first date. The chick behind the bar saw us but didn’t even greet us. So, we decided to just pick a table ourselves. We were sitting there for a good 5 minutes waiting for her to come to us and NOTHING! So we just got up & left. I guess she didn’t want our money. Oh well

I was Dinner with Nicole I and I will give them 2 stars even everything she was true these guys just could not get it right last night. the wait staff needs to be retrained but i am giving them 2 stars simply for two reasons 1 the food when it came was actually pretty good and 2 when the manager got there he did make it right. He comped us the whole dinner and drinks and gave us free movie tickets for the next time. all and all it sucked but i will prob give them 1 more shot based on the good customer service.

We came in at 7:30 we sat 8 people at hightops. The staff was friendly, however VERY clueless. She took our drink order. Brought our drinks. My sisters was missing the main ingredients to her martini and my brother in laws margarita was missing salt and looked like it was glowing. We ordered apps and our dinner and TWO dinners came out at 9:00 with NO apps! This place suxs and I will NEVER be returning again. The manager comes over after 10 minutes of waiting and had no clue who our waitress even was. This place is terrible!
