Not a fan. Place is a mess. Dirty bathrooms. Takes forever to get your food. Staff is friendly and means well but that does not make business good all the time. Pop machine is high tech and you can make any flavor soda you want. If they were faster and swept the place up they’d get another star from me.

When I tell you it is very important to please get my order right because if you don’t my wife is not going to be happy it would be wise for you and me next time to double check you did it correctly. I ordered a Whopper with ONLY ketchup, mustard, onions, and pickels. I got everything on the one I took home. It had mayo which I did not want. It had tomato that I did not want. It had lettace that I did not want. I got to go back to your stupid restaurant because when I tried to call you it was busy for over a half hour! I’m sure the Manager LaKevia was talking to her pimp. Nice restaurant, but you better get your poop together. Thanks for giving me the 2 free Whoppers because I made a stink about this and making me drive back! Next time answer the phone.

This new Burger King recently opened up, and is much cleaner than the old one located a few blocks to the west on Michigan Avenue, in Ypsilanti Township. The place is fully modern, and above all else very clean on the inside. The part I like it that it features a contemporary look with café-style seating, a large-screen TV, and free wi-fi access. This is great if you want to bring in your laptop, and surf the Web with your friends while you enjoy lunch or dinner. So far, I have not been disappointed size of the whoppers at this place. That being said, the only reason I am not giving this review five-stars, is due to the fact on two different occasions I ordered chicken nuggets, and the person who processed my order didn’t include any sweet & sour sauce. Once is forgivable, but twice is not. Hopefully, they will correct this problem in the future.
