Very satisfied with this location and the service. Whenever my order has been short or wrong they have been quick to fix or replace and usually has happened when they were very busy.

This place is complete $h1t. I remember a day when Chinese food meant you’re gonna get your money’s worth. I got the 2 item entrée, but it really seemed like a kid’s meal. The food I got was also really dry. I got there towards the end of the night, but that shouldnt make a difference when you’re expecting quality at a franchise restaurant. $ 9 bucks for a completely unsatisfactory experience. Never again, and I advice you to do the same.

I was hesitant to come here after reading all of the negative reviews, but my husband and I really wanted a quick and hot meal, so we went through the drive through. The line was super long, but it moved surprisingly fast. The girl at the window was very friendly, and the food was fresh, hot, and delicious! This is actually the best Panda Express experience I’ve had, lol.

Terrible, this place is the worst Panda Express ever. They take forever!!! Do not waste your time thinking the drivethru will save you time because it absolutely will not!

If I could give no star I would! This place is straight disgusting. Food is always old. Never have I gotten fresh food here, or good service! I’d rather drive out 15 miles to a different panda then to have to deal with my money being wasted. Also that bleach blonde b#%*h little girl that works there, thinks she is God gift to earth, total snob, always has a prissy little snobby attitude. For god sakes girl, you work at panda. It’s not that serious. Start treating people as you would like done back to you. she not the only is she rude and a little bitch, there are a few other girls there with the same, straight up nasty way of treating people. They should really start fresh. Get rid of all that crud! Never eating here again.

Very disappointing meal tonight. My wife and I had separate meals and both meats, beef and chicken. They were both fatty. Also one of the girls who greet us was rude to our party. We asked to sample several of the main courses and we had to tell her that it was her first time here. Poor customer service and poor food.

Worst. Panda. Ever. I love Panda but this one tries to suck and succeeds EVERY time. They need to close the drivethru because they have never gotten our order right. It’s literally like you’re being punked every time. Tonight is the last straw. We are over it. Goodbye Panda.

After tonight’s experience I refuse to return to this location. Maybe that’s the preggo side of me but when my bf opened the container I asked where my chicken was & he asked where his beef was. What we got was not worth the $ 8. I now regret not cooking.

I had a 3 item plate with Kung Pow, Beef and Broccoli, and fried shrimp. The chicken was good, but very skimpy. The shrimp was decent. The Beef was fatty and chewy.

Food looks like it tastes better in the pictures, but where doesn’t it? Tonight I had the Angus beef and the Bacon Chicken. The chicken was good, but the beef was very dry. Also, my rice tasted a bit over cooked. Finally, as usual, their fortune cookies don’t have lotto numbers nor do they teach you how to say things in Chinese. Often the fortune cookies offer advice. Who wants an advice cookie?

Never had an issue with this location. If you want really horrible service I suggest the KFC/Long John Silver down the street.

I keep giving this location a try and 3 out of 4 times the food has been horrible. Rice is still crunchy and food is dry of sauce and cold. I’m so bummed because I love panda! But you guys need some help.

BOYCOTT! Never will I or anyone I know visit this location again. I would complain just about they’re cleanliness based on the fact that when I pulled up to they’re drive through a female employee was washing her hair in the sink.(Yes I’m serious she really was) Sadly that wasn’t the worst part of it for me, it was being laughed by the manager the entire visit because my wife and I are a lesbian couple. I’m in awe at the unprofessional, rude and disgusting employees they have working here.

Food tastes great, and the inside and outside of the building look awesome. Anyone who rates this place less than 5 stars is just bored and feels like being a critic.

I used to get Tofu Eggplant from this location. It’s the only thing I eat. They don’t have it ready like other items. I have to ask them to make it. Last couple of time I visited, they stopped making the tofu eggplant for me. I don’t know why. The did offer to make other tofu items that are not on the menu. I tried once, it wasn’t as good. After that, I don’t go to this location anymore.

Let me start out by saying I like Panda Express. I’ve been to several locations many times in the past. So I decided to try this fairly new location today… Ok, so I was intrigued by the Shanghai Angus Steak commercials, so I got a 3 item entrée w/that, the popular orange chicken, and the Honey Walnut shrimp. I know shrimp entrees are extra, which the server even told me, however it was failed to mention that the steak was extra too, which I had to find out via my receipt. Next, I had to wait almost 10 minutes for a side, which I usually don’t mind because a) the food is hot and fresh and b) the servers dignify your wait w/an apology and a thanks. I received neither of the latter. I became increasingly frustrated by the fact that the guy behind me also had to wait for an entrée item to be replenished, as did @ least four other people after him. To make matters worse, they didn’t have any frickin’ chopsticks! It’s Panda effing Express, every single one ALWAYS has chopsticks. I know some may think I’m being a little nit picky, but I eat all my Asian food w/Asian utensils, thank you, so go fork yourself(jk– see what I did there?). Thank The Maker I had some emergency chopsticks @ home. Seriously though, when I got home and finally started eating, I noticed the franchise’s titular orange chicken was a bit tough– it was not the fresh tasting good chunks of chicken I’m used to from PanEx, no. This tasted like something I’d expect from«Insert generic Chinese restaurant that tries half assedly and falls short here». So anyways, rant over. Would I visit a PanEx location again? Absolutely. Would I visit this particular one again? Probably not.

Not a big fan of this place to begin with, but this location seems to be particularly bad? I love heat in Chinese food, but their Kung Pao is WAY too hot, seemingly much hotter than the Redlands location. Egg rolls were disgusting-we’ve tried it twice and won’t be back.

Two stars only due to the fact the envoirment setting is very welcoming and clean; however, the food was very disappointing for being a Panda Express branch. My gf had to return the food and get the money back. The food was old and seemed like it has been there for a while. The orange chicken usually is fresh especially being a popular item but here it really isn’t. The spring rolls were super greasy and the vegtables inside were freezer burnt. Service was not good and got even worst trying to return it and get our money back. SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT!
