This drive through line is the worst in town! Plan on being in line at least 15 – 25 minutes… This location appears to be under staffed and poorly run.

Truly enjoyed this relaxed day in this location of STARBUCKS. I was treated very warm and wonderful and like the interesting layout here. Lotsa sunshine. Conveniently located directly next to the freeway.
I used my preorder from my app. There was a little confusion which store that it went to and they made it right!

Come here almost everyday. Friendly staff & even if the drive thru has 10 cars backed up I always receive my order in a fair amount of time 5 – 6 mins really not bad considering the complexity of some peoples orders

I went into this location on 12÷1÷15 to pick up a traveler for an office meeting. When i arrived during the early morning rush around 8ish I was told by the cashier that they did not see an order for me. I was immediately upset wondering what I’d do since I had to have that traveler asap! Before I could even begin to complain another gal who was helping with orders told the cashier that she could get it ready no problem, the cashier smiled and told me it was no problem and they would take care of me. I wish I’d gotten the names of these two gals as they were cool the entire time and put me at ease at a time where I may have ruined my entire day! Come to find out, I actually ordered the coffee from the Oak Glen location and it was all my fault! Thank you Starbucks for always being a Class act when it comes to exceptional customer service!

I’m always driving through this Starbucks and the baristas are always so friendly and always get my ridiculous drink perfectly made each time. Bomb service and coffee however if it’s early expect to wait in the drive-​thru at least 10 – 15 minutes

I go to Starbucks all the time. I am part of there gold club. But I had to write a review. No pumpkin spice latte. Sold out. No sign. Waited in the drive thru for over 15 minutes. So disappointed. I will not go to this location again. This is not the first time this has happened at this location.

Great service, and fast even in the drive thru. A few times I’ve had a weird barista (I think his name is Mark?) tell me jokes that I found a little odd. But other than that, this is my #1 drive thru SBUX

BEST STARBUCKS LOCATION!!! We go to this Starbucks every single day because our Boss must have his Café Mocha extra hot to start off his day. We always have at least 5 drinks. The staff at this location are awesome and beyond friendly when we come in with our order. They are always fast and get us out the door and back to work with our correct drinks. I really can’t say enough about the staff at this location, I’ve been to other Starbucks and haven’t even gotten a smile but EVERYONE here are so great and actually care about how we want our drinks made! It’s a breath of Sunshine!

Slowest Starbucks ever! I keep coming back because they have the only drive thru but this is ridiculous. It’s almost noon and I have been in line for 10 min before ordering.

Really slow service. I stood there and had two of the girls ask me if I had been helped yet. I ordered two drinks and two toasted bagels. Not that difficult? My boyfriend and I got out drinks and after a few minutes of still not getting the bagels my boyfriend walks up to the registrar and the girl goes «on my god the bagels, I will make them right now»… Like seriously? We got our bagels but they were under toasted, which sucked, but what are you going to do? The girls were all just kind of standing around talking amongst themselves, step it up Starbucks.

The drive through cashiers are a little rude… Maybe not always rude, but definitely unfriendly. Today I overheard them (the cashier and barista) making fun of a customer who was inside. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I felt like I was listening to a bunch of high school kids talking after school.

I hate to only be able to give them 3 stars because I love everyone that works there and they are super nice and helpful, however, they get my super simple drink (an iced coffee with no sweetener) wrong so often it’s amazing. And I’ve had them switch breakfast sandwiches and bagels on me quite a few times. It just gets frustrating. I keep going there because I really like the people, plus it’s wear my family tends to get together, but I wish they would figure out how to train new people better so they didn’t mess up orders so often.

Just keep getting bad service from this starbucks! Got the wrong sandwich in the drive thru this morning had to go back in. My other sandwhich was frozen in the middle! Will not be going back! It’s not like they make these, all they have to do is throw it in the microwave oven!

Really fast drive thru. Drive thru attendant was below Starbucks average but still friendly. He was busy having a conversation with a Barista behind him. Nice to see people having fun at work though. My drink and breakfast sandwich tasted as expected, thankfully no surprises with that. :)
Drive thru signs are a bit dirty though.

Ordered skinny mocha latte– only while waiting for drink, after paying, was I told they didn’t have any. Shouldn’t they have known this before for my $ 5 drink?
So, I end up getting something else I’d never had before that ended up being not so good. I would have known this while I was still in the store, but they only had ½ &½ on the counter and didn’t have any pitchers of skim milk for me to top off and cool down my drink. Really?
I left… unsatisfied. I would not recommend this Starbucks.

Although they were very kind and remade and apologized… I am now sippin my java on the highway and it tastes sweeter than sweetness! Yikes! :(
I tried to get her attention and verify that she got my order correct and she was too busy :(
