Waffle House #924

It’s early and maybe a shift change is about to occur however what I’ve just experienced should not have never happened. While giving my order the waitress stopped three times to correct the cook for not putting the dishes away correctly. It was so uncomfortable because his voice was strong and deep and she was rude, forceful verbally and was very unprofessional. Yes I know it’s Waffle House and not a five star restaurant but its a place of business that’s responsible for my food and I would like professional waitresses and cooks. Yes it’s southern in this part of GA but it’s to the point that I felt like I was ordering food in someone’s backyard.

Not organized at all, service very slow compared with other Waffle House, I will recommend the one of 575 and hwy 92

Right on target for Waffle House. Food was hot and good. Greasy double cheese burger. Placing order was a little rough was given single order of hash browns even though I ordered a double order but they only charged me for a single order so no huge deal. Staff stayed busy cleaning tables, dishes and floors when they were not helping customers. I always feel better eating at places that are clean and where staff stays busy. Busy staff is unusual for Waffle House

Good breakfast food cheap. The people that work at this particular waffle house are always very friendly and helpful.

It is the Waffle House. I like the place because I can watch my food being cooked but do not come here for 5 star service. The staff is nice and the place is barely clean but it is a 2 star diner so that is about par.

Apparently Waffle House on bells ferry and hwy 92 in Acworth is to busy for customers. I tried to place a to go order over the phone and they told me they were to busy to take an order over the phone and I had to come in and place my to go order in person. Does that make any sense to you!!! You would think it would be easier and faster to write down my order over the phone and I’d come by and pick it up. NOPE!!! Not wasting my money there anymore.

What a redneck horror this place is!!! My young son and I both ordered waffles that were raw and disgusting, the coffee, which I normally like at other WH’s, tasted like, well, they need to do some heavy cleaning (I’m putting this nicely). We were ignored as the waitresses gossiped about some poor girl (a customer) with OTHER customers, and watched as she left her food and the restaurant trying to hold her head high. Then an older gentleman leaves and stands by a truck. The waitresses laugh and say he’s peeing on «Ol’ John’s tire again,» while my son, who is only seven years old, is listening because they are so loud. Rude, incompetent, rednecks who can’t even cook a waffle. We will NEVER go there again.

The food at all waffle house’s are the same. Nothing different there. Food as usual greasy and tasty. Best for your hang overs or if your really hungry or if your drunk. The service here on the other hand was actually really good. This would have to be my 1^st time ever saying that the waitress at waffle house gave good service. The service in itself made this a great experience.

I had a good experience here after coming home from the airport a few weeks ago. The service was very friendly and I received my food quickly. I love that you can actually watch someone prepare your food, that’s probably my favorite thing about Waffle House.
