Ordered to go. Hot and sour soup flavorful and lettuce wraps good. However, they always seem to forget something. No crispy strips with the soup and no rice sticks in the lettuce wraps. Bummer.

Orange Peel Chicken, I get it every time and enjoy it every time. Something just tastes better than traditional chinese food. Less saucy and more flavorful. I’ve tried other things and they are great. That being said, I will always order Orange Peel Chicken with brown rice as my go to.

rushing late and have no time to cook dinner, this is a place i go. call in and 15−20m min i drive and pick up, im a bit lazy wish they had a drive through for pick up orders but hey that just me. The food is quickly prepared i get the chicken wraps, magnolian chicken, pad thai yummy. everything has great bold taste and while you wait you can eat like 20 fortune cookies. The place is clean and staff are great!

I unfortunately was quite disappointed. The only thing I really enjoyed at Pei Wei were the California rolls; nothing else was appetizing. This place is a slightly overpriced Panda Express.

A quality fast casual, Pei Wei brings it. There’s plenty of healthy choices and a few nice low-calorie items including the chicken wraps and some of the salads. Each entrée and salad offer a tofu/vegetable alternative to the beef/chicken/shrimp options. The place is always clean, the tea is always fresh, and the food always cooked to order. I love it all … except the hot and sour soup — it’s a little weird, but exactly like big brother PF Chang prepares it.

Typically I don’t give chain restaurants 5 stars, but the service here is absolutely excellent. It was 8:30, so typically at most restaurants employees would slack off. Not this one, however. Our food arrived within 3 minutes of us ordering, heck some of us hadn’t even sat down when our food arrived. They even threw in an extra special bonus lettuce wrap for our friend who wasn’t eating. It was fantastic. This location is exceptional, I definitely will be coming back.

So I came in and ordered a Lettuce Wrap with my husband, and I waited for about 20 minutes for my food. My husband was already finished with his food by the time I asked about my food. It turns out the associate who was supposed to be bringing me my Lettuce Wrap gave it to this very attractive girl that he was hitting on. I don’t know if he did it by accident or to get her number. Either way never coming here again unless I get the same service she did.

Not a whole lot to see here other than it’s our family’s go-to place as far as fast-casual. The atmosphere is good, especially with those that have families. The customer service is always fantastic, along with the wait time for our orders, and the taste of everything. We usually order traditional lettuce wraps, a kids wei meal, crab wontons, and Pei Wei spicy beef. We’d love to try the rest of the menu but we never go wrong with those orders and it makes both our kids happy, so it’s a hard time changing. We hit up Pei Wei in multiple locations but this is the one closest to our home that we go to the most.

First time eating at a Pei Wei. Got the Thai dynamite with lettuce cups. Super good! The chicken was cooked well and the sauce had just the right amount of Thai chile kick. Staff were friendly and service was fast. Lettuce cups are a good option for those looking for lighter/low cal fare

Why Pei Wei, why?! This location is awful. My husband and I have always been big fans of Pei Wei but this location ruined it for us. The food is consistently stale, overcooked, dry, and gross. We would wait a few weeks and try again, but it took us a long time to learn our lesson. The Addison Pei Wei is broken, folks. Don’t go there.

Pretty good food nice selection with the brown rice and lettuce cup substitutions. The menu is hard to read and you think you are ordering something but its not even called what is written on the menu. Confusing. Slower service took us 1 and half hours to order sit down and eat. Other than that good prices and tasty dishes. Awesome! i will come back

Pei Wei has changed their menu. Food was good, as always, but did not get 5 stars because the guy that took our order was a complete jerk. Also, they need to have plain iced tea. We are inTexas, after all. We will be back anyway.

I love Pei Wei. My favorites are Thai Dynamite, and Caramel Chicken. Portions are more than enough and always served hot! The reason I’m leaving 3 stars is because this Pei Wei has put too much sauce. My food is drowning in it. When I ask for light sauce they dont put enough. I havent had this issue at other locations.

I like pei wei but this location seems a bit off. I got the ginger beef one night and it had so much sauce it was almost inedible. I got it again recently with fried rice and the portion of the rice was minimal. I get surprised when I come here… and its not in a good way

I absolutely love Pei Wei. They have a new sushi line that is great and at an affordable price. I just wish that there were more choices instead of just 3. Also, when I went to get sushi yesterday, I got the teriyaki crunch roll and there was no drizzle on top like there usually is. I didn’t realize it until I got back to the office. It was still good but it would have been better with the drizzle.

My boyfriend and I placed a To-Go order. it was rainy and we wanted to eat in and rent a movie. My boyfriend placed the order and within 15 minutes it was ready to go. Everything that we asked for was there which ALWAYS makes everything soo much easier. Our food was hot and the people were pleasant. We have eaten here To-go as well as inside and I can definitely say our experience each time has been great. This is our go to Pei Wei, if you’re in the are stop by here!

Came in for a small snack middle afternoon. Fast and clean service. Will return. Way better than Panda express so this is my go to for fast food Asian. :)

Yes it is a chain restaurant. But it would be unfair to hold that against Pei Wei. The food is prepared for you on the spot, there is a good selection of modern-Asian meals, service is quick and a good value for the price. I have tried almost everything on the menu. The quality is pretty good. It can go head to head with most Chinese or Japanese restaurants, which should not be a surprise as Pai Wei is part of the pricier P.F.Changs. No particular dish is spectacular, and it is not really very authentic Chinese but you probably don’t want that :-) Overall, very tasty food at a reasonable price.

I’m a regular at Pei Weis all over DFW, and can’t figure out why this one always seems to fall short. Last night the food came out cold. How does that happen? Edamame tasted frozen then microwaved and I hate to think that’s how they do it. They were out of mango, so no California rolls. And the girl at the register was clueless. They must hire and put people to work with zero training. Next time, I’ll just go to Thai box across the street.

My go to things at Pei Wei are the lettuce wraps and the pad thai. Most of the dishes aren’t mind blowing, and there’s something about the veggie option that just doesn’t sit too well with my stomach. The tofu is really firm and has a thick consistency almost like cheese, not really Asian style tofu. The chicken is also pretty lean, at least in the pad thai. I decided to stop on by one day because they have new types of lettuce wraps. I of course wasn’t expecting the new Korean BBQ lettuce wraps to be as good as the real stuff but this wasn’t even close! I’ll be sticking with the original wraps from now on. Other than that the service is quick and the place is clean and well kept! Plus they serve alcohol here and the prices are relatively cheap!
