I’ve read the other reviews and I can understand how those experiences could be nightmares. However, I have been here twice and never had a substantially bad experience. On my last visit, there was a guy and a kid in front of me and the lady at the counter was very nice, friendly and engaging with the kid which is always nice to see. The guy who served me did a standard subway job… I mean you really can’t expect 5 star service at a subway. I’ve never experienced a pointedly GREAT visit to any subway. But all in all this is your standard subway. It looked clean enough and everyone was nice enough. No terrible experience here. I’m sure you’re bound to have an isolated incident here or there where the service or cleanliness is bad, just like any other subway… or any other restaurant for that matter. But my experience was a standard good one.

DON T GOHERE!!! If I could, I would give it 0 stars. The people who owners and the staff are 3rd world. When I went there the guy just gave me a blank stair and didn t ask me what I wanted, so I just ordered. He reached into the bread warmer and dropped the bread on the floor, and was about to put it on the counter to make my sandwich when a coworker told him to throw it away. So he picked it up off the florr and threw away. Then got another bread without washing his hands and again gave me a blank stair. I told him what he just did was a health risk, not to bother making the sandwich, and that I will never come here again. That s when he claimed racial discrimination and wanted to know how I knew so much about health.(he was a hispanic) I told him the truth. I m and M.D., and my dad was born in Chili(which makes me hispanic) so don t give me any shit. I am now in process of reporting them to the health department.

I’m not going to submit a 1* review and dash off without explaining. I’m done with Subway and here’s why: 1) I’m tired of the precise corporate formula of 3 slices of meat and 2 slices of cheese. OHH, BUT you can have all of the shredded iceberg lettuce you want! BS! 2) The last time I went to this particular location, it was 4:45PM, no one else in the shop and I order two subs. The lady behind the counter is building my wife’s sub, is LOOKINGSTRAIGHTATME and asks, «Do you want mustard, mayo, oil & vinegar or dressing?» Before I can blurt out«NODRESSINGSORCONDIMENTS», she is already squirting dressing and oil and vinegar on my wife’s sandwich. «Oh, I’ll start over then…» is her reply. I told her that’s necessary, that I would take it.(I really don’t like wasting food.) She didn’t think it was a big deal. If you are in the area, drive 5 minutes west to the intersection of Army Trail Rd and Rt53 to SERINOITALIANDELI for a REAL sub sandwich.
