Worst place ever. Had no chicken on hand except popcorn chicken and wait was 20 minutes. Customer service also sucked. Wish I could give no stars.

bad customer service… came to order and was ignored for about 5 minutes, and when he took our order he seemed agitated and made no eye contact. while waiting for our order, he argued back and forth with a customer in the drive thru to the point where she jus drove off. the guy was ryde and has no customer service at all. never coming back again.

the drive thru was empty and so we were helped right away.
we ordered the 12 piece meal with mashed potatoes and Cole slaw with 4 biscuits.
by the time we pulled up, the order was ready and seeing I had a carload of kids, the employee graciously packed me a handful of napkins (greatly appreciated)
we got the extra crispy chicken, all good meaty pieces and not oily
the coleslaw was chopped and seasoned well
not too watery either
the mashed potatoes were soft and fluffy and I only wish they added just a little more gravy

We recently went to another location to get the 10 piece special. We walked in and were told it would take 20 – 25 minutes to replace 3 drumsticks with white meat chicken breast. So we decided to leave and run an errand, instead of waiting.
My husband, then tells me to call another KFC location. I called this one! It was 8:15 p.m. and I figured we’d get there before 9:00p.m, when they close. A lady answered the phone and I inquired if they had any chicken breast. She then informed me that they didn’t have any and that the whole island chain of KFC didn’t have any. Say what? We just came from another location saying that they had it and now you say, that no other location has it? I just caught you in a lie! So we decided to go there anyway, to see if they had chicken and to ask if they had any white meat.
We arrived and walked up to the window and guess what? No chicken in the warmers, none whatsoever! What the heck! It just appeared to me that everyone wanted to go home on time. I don’t think KFC has ever run out of chicken? This is the worst experience that I’ve had with this establishment! I think having an employee lying to a customer is the worst of it.
KFC should have a sign visible that if people want to order chicken breast, they should call in their order, or be prepared to wait 20 – 25 minutes.
Please improve customer service KFC! You’ll get more loyalty out of your customers and hopefully, an increase in profit.
As for me, I’ll wait a bit before we return. I purposely, am not being specific with the date as to not throw anyone under the bus. This took place this month and management should go over customer service with staff.

Dirty, dated, and disgusting. Come here if you want the people behind the counter to ignore you. I’ve seen some bad KFC locations before, but this one is THE worst. I didn’t even get a simple greeting, and those are free.

Ordered a 10 piece chicken ala carte and 10 piece family meal and the guy told us they only have dark meat. Don’t get me wrong — I l love dark meat, but everyone knows that the dark meat pieces are smaller than the white meat pieces (chicken breasts), so basically we got ripped off. A big chain like KFC should not be out of one of their main items like chicken breasts.

Not much to say about this place except when did chicken get sooooo small… we’re talking chicken here not pigeon! High prices, small pieces… not the best combination.

Busy busy, but never acknowledged my presence at the walk up window after close to 5+ min. Won’t be back — Bouganville Rd is much better location.

They did not honor the $ 4.99 coupon from the Sunday newspaper. Plus had to park for 5 minutes to wait for wedges and this was at noon. Prime time for lunch. Will not be back.

Sad that the pot pie is gone again. Hopefully they will bring it back sooner rather than later. But they do have the mac and cheese that is being featured in commercials. Similar to the Wendy’s mac and cheese, not as rich and creamy as Panera Bread’s but somewhat better than the make-​your-​own boxed variety.
Ordered a $ 6 chicken strip meal this time. The 3 boneless strips were pretty good — not quite as juicy as Church’s but much more tender than the last ones I had at Popeye’s. The mashed potatoes and gravy were good but then I’ve always liked KFC’s gravy. Same goes for the biscuit. I could just eat the biscuit and gravy for a meal, in fact. No open soft drink fountain to refill the medium drink but for $ 6, I’m not going to complain.

I used to really like their chicken. I am not sure what they did to it but it seems to be alot more slimy. It used to taste good if you ate it cold the next day but not anymore.
It seems like they give you very minimal amounts and charge as much as they possibly can. They have the nerve to even call their 2 – 3 piece boxes dinner. If you want white meat pieces those will cost you alot extra. For the price of one 3 pc «dinner» I could go to foodland and get 8 pieces. I really used to like KFC but now their chicken aint as good as it was before They keep raising their prices and lowering the portions (similar to zippys). I used to think that they were only good for potlucks and picnics but now I feel if they keep up their practices they won’t even be good for that. They should just go away.

Their doubalicious sandwich was a rip off even if it was free with a drink! The bun was twice as big as the lone chicken strip they gave you. My husband opened the box and we were both like «that’s it»? You’re better off getting something else on the menu and paying for it. He enjoyed his mountain dew that he paid for more than his free sandwich. Other than that, service is not the friendliest and they’re more interested in talking with themselves than customers.
I still don’t get why fried chicken is so much more expensive? It’s unhealthy and it’s fast food… it should be cheap! How people get fat from eating this is beyond me? I wouldn’t pay so much money to get fat… from here at least. You’re better off with paying less money (ie a $ 5 Costco roti chicken) and be healthier… that’s just my opinion anyway.

Seriously, how come KFC in Hawaii doesn’t have collard greens and black eye peas? I’m a big fan of white rice (I’m filipino) but c’mon!

KFC FIERY GRILLED CHICKEN WINGS!
Figured I’d flash that first thing so none of you think its just another standard review of the place. Nope! I was just here tonight to pick up a bucket of chix (sadly, not THAT kind) and saw their ad for the fiery grilled chicken wings. Even if aunty at the counter was getting slammed and was stressing that they were running out of food, she still was nice enough to run to the back and hook me up with a free piece.
First off, KFC grilled (my current favorite since it 1^st came out) has a very similar to taste to huli-​huli chicken but not as salty. That same smoky flavor us locals have come to love, cept not cooked on coals and wood but in an oven (same with their fiery wings). Now with the grilled fiery wings, I’ll admit, its pretty hot. On an out of 10 scale, it gets a 7 or 8. Almost forgot to NOT to give «half marks», right? LOL! *AHRMM*.
I remember when aunty at the counter said, «Boy, ting stey hot chu-​know.» I remember walking away, waving bye, going «No worries, handles!» Your talking to a guy who takes shots of habanero chili peppah water before he drinks his beer or with his food regularly. Though it didn’t make my eyes water, it did make me wince after I chewed into it. We all know that smoky and spicy shag well together, making this new KFC item both spectacular and «money shot» worthy! So glad a mainstream food chain is finally catering to the people with these type of taste buds! Not the watered (or seasoned) down crap like most other places.
When I was waiting for my bucket of original to come out, I couldn’t help but notice the statuesque hunneys working the drive-​thru and kitchen. Looked at the more manly one and wondered if he cut «it» off yet. None of my damn binness i guess.
4 stars, for this KFC’s service but mostly their grilled fiery chicken wings!
