Usually ok but this is the third time We ordered food and it wasn’t ready when we got there it. They«rushed» to make it leaving the meat and rice out for a while before they put the rest of the ingredients in the Burritos. They still messed up the order and it was wrong. They did give us a card for one free burrito but both were cold and not what either one of us had asked for. We most likely not come back to this location and caution people if they do they should call to confirm it will be ready at the promised time. Really very disappointed with this location.

Didn’t even wait because this is the slowest chipotle I’ve ever been in!!! I have been in many chipotles before but this one was a very low quality. Considering that it’s right next to Foxchase complex I would expect the service to be so much better. More people than just us walked out because we simply couldn’t wait. I watched the service line too and the assembly on 1 menu item was so slow. STAYAWAY!

So the food is good. it’s Chipotle. BUT.customer service is what makes people come back, and this place definitely needs an attitude adjustment! I witnessed a family request a cup for water and were REFUSED. The lady behind the counter got sassy and told them they could buy a bottle or buy a soda and just kept repeating herself. Then the cashier finally stepped up and gave them a cup. A plain plastic cup could be used in situations like that. Any restaurant no matter how low or high end offers complimentary tap water. The owner of this chain should take note of all the reviews commenting about the poor and inexcusable customer service! A letter to corporate isn’t far! I may not be frequenting this Chipotle anymore as the overall experience is skewed by the service.

My wife just found a dead fly in her burrito salad. The manager gave us a refund and a coupon to make it right. But it’s too late it ruined our appetite and probably won’t comeback to chipotle. Even though it happened to us but I felt that everything there was affected by that bug.

Such a disappointing experience here! I’ve had better food and I’ve definitely had MUCH better service… What made the experience so disappointing was the service. Dude, this was the MOST inefficient assembly line ever. The ordering conversation would go like this: Chipotle: Brown rice or white rice? Me: Brown Rice Chipotle: So white rice? Me: No, Brown rice. Chipotle: *talks to a co-worker, jokes around a little, turns back to me* Sorry, what did you say? *while scooping white rice* Me: –_____-« Then at the end, while I was paying, the guy answers the phone and takes a call: Chipotle: Hi, what’s the problem? Oh, we didn’t give you ANY meat? Oh, you ordered *Double Meat*? Oh, sorry! Next time, you can get a free meal. Another Chipotle: Wait, no! Give me the phone, let me talk to them. Then all 3 employees at that section forgot I existed and start making fun of each other and then filling each other in on what the caller said and blaming each other for making the mistake. Finally, someone noticed me and I took my money. The line was horrendous… probably because people behind the counter were all too busy joking around with each other to take orders. Wow, not coming here again.

Very friendly and they are never stingy with the food, I always get triple rice, double beans, double tomatoes and double corn. my bowl weighs about 2 pounds. have never really had a problem. when I had 3 free burritos bc of there special on sofritas I lost my receipt but they remember my face 2 weeks later. great place as I go here all the time!

What happened here? I’ve noticed some recent changes in décor so I’m wondering if this location is under new management or something. My daughter ate her chicken quesadilla(which isn’t saying much since she’s 3 ½)… but I just finished(and by finished I mean threw away half of) the most bland burrito bowl I’ve had from any chipotle… ever. The steak was not seasoned at all… tomatoes were watery… even the guacamole was blah(and VERY lumpy). I got some spicy sauce on the side and that didn’t even help. It began to feel like I was eating forkfuls of wet rice, so I gave up. It was bad enough that I will now drive an extra 10 – 15 minutes out of my way to the next closest one. Not gambling $ 15 on this location anymore.

I personally love Chipotle and I love this location when it first opened few years back. The boyfriend tells me Chipotle has a tendency to increase or decrease their spice usage when prepping food based on customer feedback. And I believe that is true. This location in particular has not been consistent hence why I do not come back. They are in a very good location, they just need to work on consistency. The best Chipotle I have had is yet still in Greensboro, NC.

Really wasnt satisfied after having a beef burrito here. Yes, I do appreciate the quality of the food but it just doesn’t have any real taste to it anymore. The service was fine. The line moved along quickly. There was no seating here so we ended up having to take it home. The cilantro rice was really hard and the chicken is always a bit burned and dry to me. I miss the pork hope it comes back sooner than later.

I used to eat at chipotle all the time. The service used to be good but its starting to deteriorate. 1. When I used to go to chipotle they would give a fair amount of food now they hardly give you any. 2. I went to have lunch at chipotle and the«manager» was being very rude and unprofressional with an employee. The least you could do is take him or her to the back so that everyone who is eatting doesn’t have to hear it. 3. When you order online and you put a pick up time, they usually don’t start making your order until after the pick up time has passed.

I love Chipotle, but this one in particular is a love/hate for me. While it’s the closet restaurant to my house it’s not my first choice. During lunch breaks when you order online you have a 50⁄50 of actually receiving your food at the time you selected online. If it’s not ready by the time you arrive it could take anywhere between 5 – 10 minutes for them to prepare it, or it’s been siting in a cooler and it tastes like it was prepared 25 minutes earlier. Anyone who has a 30 minutes lunch break in the area knows that it takes 15 minutes to get anywhere; so to wait for your food while your lunch break passes by can be extremely frustrating. Oh! And just wait until you unwrap your food and see the bow barely filled with food. I’m lucky to find 10 pieces of meat in the bowls. While the in house service is okay, the staff could be a little less rude at times. The time it takes them to clean a dirty table for the next customers could be a while, so be prepared to just wipe whatever was left onto the floor. Last week I noticed management yelling at what I assumed was an off-duty employee in the middle of the lobby. The female manager shamed the poor girl in front of other customer and the rest of the employees. That kind of rude, public shaming is why I’m giving this place 1 star.

Oh Chipotle, how do I love thee? Let me count the ways. You feed me for seven dollars and change and your burritos satisfy me to my core. How do you do it? Probably with your fresh and awesome ingredients! Yes, the employees can be hit or miss(but they are always changing) and the place can get grungy by the end of the night(when I am usually there), but the food is always good. Want to take Chipotle for granted(like so many of the other reviewers here)? Go down Duke Street to Baja Fresh and try a burrito there. You will appreciate this place in a hurry. And here is a pro tip — their best meat is also their cheapest. Stick with the delicious chicken rubbed in adobo seasoning and it will make anything you order better. Also, don’t be shy about asking for more of something if one of the employees cheaps out on you(though they usually don’t). Who needs chips and salsa when one burrito from here will be a full meal(and then some)? And when you add in the top-notch ingredients, a price of $ 7.00 to $ 8.00 for dinner is one of the best deals in town!

Avoid this location as much as you can. The food isn’t cooked properly, especially the chicken, burned. Staff is always rude unfriendly and arrogant every time i come here. And the portions are so small I’m hungry almost every time I finish a bowl. They just don’t seem to care very much about the food they serve or how they treat customers.

Okay, after working 10+ hours without a single bite, I wanted to grab something quick to eat. I understand probably all Chipotles can have long lines but this place has the added slow service. Everything was at a snails pace… and I’m about to pass out from hunger here! On top of that, every time I stop by(it’s the closest one to me), everyone skimps on the stuff… I may look like I’m anorexic but I could eat a cow when I’m hungry! It’s just frustrating. Additionally, whomever is serving me always gives me a «whatever» look when I ask for more rice or chicken… or anything! C’mon now! I’m going to have to stop by the Chipotle by my office in the future.

They are always packed, but they are fast to serve. They have never given me the wrong order, but you may feel occasionally rushed! I prefer this chipotle, the flavor of there food is much better than others around. The employees serve a fair amount of food.

If I could give no stars I would. I don’t know what happened to this place in the last few months but it’s gone downhill. Don’t bother ordering food online because apparently once they receive it, they don’t do anything with it. They wait for you to show up and then prepare your meal. Even after calling to see if my order was received and being told it would be ready when I arrived. It wasn’t. They also forgot to give me the chips I payed for. So when I go in to get them, one of the employees throws the chips in my direction and gets an attitude. I’ve never given a place a bad review on Unilocal but this one is deserved. I will not be returning to this location until they get their sh*t together.

By far the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. The staff is extremely rude and totally arrogant. They mess up my order every time I’ve been there. They’re the closest location to my house but at this point convenience isn’t going to be enough for us to go back. Food is done half heartedly and tye staff is horrid. Avoid if possible.
