These people are crooks. They insist that you MUST purchase TWO beverages for the National Sandwich Day promotion.
Very rude and condescending. That’s okay… Subway kinda sucks anyway. Especially when Bubs Subs and Algonquin Sub Shop are only minutes away. Shit, even Jewel makes better sandwiches and they are right across the street!
Subway, your promotion backfired in Algonquin due to the crooks running this location. I won’t be back to this location.

I don’t understand the NEGATIVE comments here. I’ve personally never had a bad experience. Orders filled quickly, staff curt and attentive the owner seams nice and keeps a nice place. Line sometimes can get a little long but the manage it well.

I don’t usually review fast food restaurants, because well… for instance this subway tastes like every other subway. When I do review a fast food chain it’s because of service, and in this case the customer service is HORRIBLE! Every time! We have been going to this Subway for years now ONLY because it’s close. We are done giving them chance after chance to clean up their act. They are rude, the employee’s carry on conversions and act as though your order is an inconvenience! On the rare occasion I want to «slum it» and have a cheap tasteless sub I go across town to a different subway.

I eat at subways about 3 – 4 times a week. Just moved to this area, and this is by far one of the more dirty ones I have ever seen. I know this place is WAY below Subway standards. The work area was a real mess. It looked like a health hazard, and was never sufficiently wiped down. There was goo around all the canisters, and and brackets where they make the sandwiches. The floor was dirty outside, and behind the counter. An odd smell was in the air too. If there is a health inspector out there, please visit!
