SLOWEST drive through service ever! There’s no reason at 10:43AM for the service to be this slow. Plenty of employees, no customers inside, manager standing around chitchatting with employees. Unacceptable! I waited three minutes at the speaker before anyone asked me if they could help me. Then I waited an additional three minutes waiting for my food at the window. Disappointing.

I’ve found that the drive-thru at this location can be pretty slow(about a 15 minute wait at times). I’ve seen cars sit at the pickup window for 2 – 3 minutes before they’re handed anything. At lunchtime, the parking lot can get a little hectic due to people pulling out of the line.

I have worked right by this location for several years. The staff was always friendly and helpful. But it seems to be going downhill lately. The last time I went through the drive-thru the person that was preparing the drinks and handing out the food was also eating a hamburger at the same time. They seemed to be trying to hide it some from other employees but, not the customers in the drive-thru. The time before that the person in back cash seemed to not only have trouble getting my order right(they didn’t even after much time and effort)) but with taking orders in general and knowing the menu and specials. There is a learning period with people that are new to the job but it shouldn’t come with a side of attitude when the customer is being understanding, polite, and knows what they are doing since they once worked the job themself.

This is one of the better McDs in A2. They never mess up my order and my food is hot. Plus you don’t have these wise guys in the back trying to sing some Top 40 song! The play space for young kids is popular. Worth the drive!

it was quite congested area. Obviously hardly any choice for vegetarians and I don’t know why. Seeing there menu, it looks like they take some kind of revenge with vegetarian’s. If McDonald reads Unilocal,vegetarians in USA hates you since you(Sorry but that’s true) are good in Asia for veggie lovers but rude for vegetarians in USA. Looks like they added better move. I never visited to Mc Ds in USA as I heard they don’t have any choice for vegetarians which are getting rise in this world when people are understanding animals also have right to live. I hope they get better and have more of it and I wish people become vegetarians. Serve Veg guys. Another thing that I fet second time was that they are quite limited on fries ;). Medium fries means probably they count each fries in it and give: P Moved rating to 2 after they start serving a veggie wrap which is kind of ok but good move.(thanks)

I went through the drive through, which was fine. The service was good. HOWEVER, my drink was terrible. I ordered a caramel iced coffee. I’m not expecting much here, I know it’s McDonald’s and not a fancy coffee place. What I got was a large, non-drinkable amount of what tasted like non-dairy creamer. It didn’t taste like coffee at all. It didn’t even taste like caramel, it tasted like hazelnut. I would strongly avoid getting any iced coffee product, unless you love drinking a random flavor of non-dairy creamer.

Nope nope nope nope nope. Not coming back to this McDonald’s ever again. My boyfriend and I went here for breakfast this morning, around 9 am, and it didn’t seem too busy. But they were out of hash browns and told us that we should get seated, and they would bring our hash browns out to us when they were ready. Well, about 10 minutes passed by, but still no hash browns. So I went to the front and saw a line building up, but then I saw an employee bring out a fresh batch of hash browns and decided to sit a little longer. 10 minutes later, still nothing, and the line had gotten even longer. So my boyfriend and I waited in line to remind them about the hash browns they forgot to bring us. At this point, it had been well over 20 minutes, and we didn’t get an apology or acknowledgment of their error. Shame. Treat your customers better than this. Don’t tell them you’ll do something and then not do it.

I stop for breakfast ocassionally when I’m running late and very hungry(not often). Every time I stop this d*ck at the window treats you like dirt. He acts like he lives in his mothers basement and only leaves the house to buy more lotion, or sling his french fries. His tone is off, his demeanor is strange, and his people skills are far below average. Other people I’ve encountered there are very friendly. This one guys ruins it for me though… So much so that I rarely ever go.
