Panda Express

Honestly, I was in and out. Was out of there with two take outs in less than 10 mins. These other reviewers must come in at the busiest time of the day.
I came in @ 10p and they closed at 1030p. Already knew what I was looking for and what I wanted. They were in the middle of changing out old pans and food. Only thing I remember about this place is they were cleaning the floors and had all the chairs up at 10p when they closed at 1030p
And their orange chicken wasn’t what I remember it being, and I’ve been to Panda Express dozens of times (back in college, lol)
Friendly staff.
Location could be better.

Slow slow slow! The owners are cheap and never have anyone working so the line is out the door during rush hour. Plus they keep running out of food. delicious food tho like all panda expresses

Food is pretty good a little over priced but good. Sometimes I feel rushed to hurry and make the decisions and at times the staff can not be as friendly as they should be

I am giving this location two stars simply for the friendly individual who greeted me. I waited in line for over 10 minutes to get to the front to place my order. The shrimp was counted out 6pcs and when I got it home was over cooked and half kg the pieces were missing the breading. The food was not fresh and skimpy portions for the price.

This location does it right…
We went to Panda on a Tuesday night, and as expected, it was busy. This location does not have a drive thru, so there was a line 30 customers long. We thought that we would have a loooong wait, but were plesently suprised that the store was well staffed, and the line went quickly.
The restaurant was very clean and inviting. no complaints.
The food is consistant and pretty good for chinese fast food. We had a mix of orange chicken, beijing beef and teriyaki chicken. All were good, so no complaints.
The service was great. Like I said, they were well staffed, and were very pleasent. They kept the line moving, and the store clean.
Overall, you will get better chinese food at a genuine sit down chinese restaurant, but you should still enjoy the meal. The food, service and location are all above average, just nothing to push it to the next level. I will most likely return if I am in the mood for chicken dipped in sugar sauce.

Why do I have to beg for samples? They should offer them! And yes, my 9 year old daughter wants to try too! I’ve been disappointed with their front serving people a few times now.
Additionally, the portion sizes for the price are a little silly. Its fast food. Why have restaurant prices?

I’m giving only 3 stars because they do not accommodate vegans. No eggplant with tofu. I was a little annoyed that I drove out and they didn’t have it. Employees informed me that they haven’t had it for a while. It’s a disappointment that they do not serve this item as other panda expresses do. Will not be coming back to this location.

I like how they make orange chicken! Also I like their rice with vegetables. One good point that this Panda is really close to my house.

I love their Teriyaki chicken with white rice. It’s always fresh, delicious and perfect amount. I order it once a month. I would get it more often but it costs almost $ 9.

Well I’ll be darned. I wrote a pretty long winded 1-​star review a while ago after continuous terrible service/​food at this Panda location, and I stopped by today and was blown away by the progress.
To be completely honest; I hated this Panda location because the workers always seemed aloof and uninterested; some incredibly rude, and downright unpleasant. I guess a lot of them must have quit/​got fired/​got replaced because I came in today after a few months to find all new faces. All the new workers were polite and generally interested; smiled and felt inviting; the whole lot. Not only that, but the food looked incredibly fresh and everything tasted great; the veggies were nice, crisp, and cooked just the perfect amount, and the chicken was cooked very well. Probably the best Panda I’ve had anywhere.
After the renovations, the interior seating is amazing and comfortable, very homey while still retaining a classic Panda vibe. Oh, and they music? Gone is the interesting at best, annoying at worst oriental style Electronica that would distracting let play; they now just often play hits over the air and the music is a much more manageable and enjoyable volume level. Top notch!
My only complaint is that even thought it was not very busy, there was still trash and gunk on the floor and tables; pretty dirty. I used to work fast food, so I understand messy tabletops and dirty floors when it’s rush hour and super busy, but when there’s downtime; stuff needs to be restocked and tables need to be cleaned. We had to clean our own table and baby-​chair before we could even sit down. Yuck.
However, visiting this place for my quick Panda fix finally doesn’t feel like getting a tooth pulled anymore! Props to the management and the great workers! Just clean up the store a little better and we’re golden, okay?

Hit and miss place. Mostly miss though.
If you are looking to get a good Chinese food meal, then you should know better than to come here. It’s cheap and quick though, so I come here when I need to feed the kids fast. You can tell that the food just sits on the warmer way too long.
One positive, a very friendly and efficient staff.

Panda Express averages 2.5 stars wow I feel that it’s much better than that! Elverta location is very clean! Their walnut shrimp is Amazing !!! I do find it little bit overpriced $. Other wise it’s pretty good fast food place!

I went to this store two times. First one was about a year ago and second time was around 1:00PM of 4÷14÷15. On the second visit, I remembered what I felt at the first visit. The store was not busy, but the service was slow and many of tables were not cleaned. On the second visit, it was much worse.
I saw one of the staff making a funny face when a customer made a mistake on ordering.

Standing in line for over 10 mins. would leave but gf wants to get food here. I will probably never come back due to poor service. omg

Slow, slow, slow! Did I say slow? Downsizing staff is showing. The manager here really doesn’t get that she needs to up staff during dinner time. All the reviews on their website don’t seem to get it fixed. Too bad.

This specific Panda Express location is horrible with serving sizes. They gave me the smallest portions I’ve ever received from any Panda Express. The chicken was a little over cooked and the rushed the honey walnut shrimp so there was hardly any sauce on it. I do not recommend anyone to go eat at this Panda Express because you do not get your money’s worth.

We go to this location about 3 – 4 times a month. Tonight the service was super slow, and I got to hear about the employee gossip while I waited.
The honey walnut shrimp were so fishy tasting that my fiancé couldn’t even eat more than the first one. This usually isn’t the case.
The floors were so dirty that it looked like a Jackson Pollock painting near the soda machine.
It makes it hard to want to return to a dirty slow restaurant.

They’re quick, mushroom dishes are great, and the place is relatively clean. I come here when I’m in a hurry and absolutely starving. I haven’t had anything negative happen so this is pretty much my favorite Panda branch.

I’ve been eating at Panda for years, but this is by far the worst location I’ve encountered. The wait lines are absolutely ATROCIOUS. The first time I went there I was in line for literally 20 minutes. The food was your average Panda Express quality, and the girl serving the food was nice, but by the time I got through the line I really wasn’t in the mood to eat it.
Foolishly, I gave this place a second chance because it was late at night and I was close by. I can now confirm that long lines are the standard here, coupled with slow service. The wait time wasn’t AS long this time, but it was still 10 solid minutes. Once I was served, an unfriendly cashier told me my total and threw the receipt at me.
A lot of people have issues with Panda Express because it’s «chain» and the farthest thing from authentic, but I don’t hate it. However, I do hate this particular location and will not return.
If you need to waste time and have nothing better to do, this place will absolutely chew up some of your uneventful evening. If you want a place with good service and better food, go somewhere else.

Food is alwayse good hot and fresh. Employees are really nice and friendly … I alwayse come back to this panda and have a good experience each time
