I’ve eaten breakfast here for years, the drive thru has never been great. This is the third time in two weeks that I’ve driven through the drive thru without being able to place an order. At 5:30 in the morning it’s not that busy. There are two lanes and once the car in front of me moved forward I went into the left lane. While I sat waiting a car drove up to the other side and put in an order and while I still sat there another car drove up and placed an order. I’m still waiting, nothing. I drove on through. If they cannot handle having 2 lanes open, then they should close one. Monday I sat for 5 minutes and no one even asked for an order. I drove through, there was someone inside just not taking orders I guess. It also happened last week. I will not return to MacDonald’s as there are two Jack in the Box restaurants on my way to work and a Burger King as soon as you turn on to Mahogany Way.

This place has been horrible almost since it’s opening. I’ve watched the grand opening fan fare of this place sadly and slowly degrade to a place where dirty shoeless people are allowed to rummage through the garbage inside the dinning area. Thank goodness for hand sanitizer. The store manager seems a little too nice for his own good. Where he should be thinking of the dinning experience of his paying customers, he’s being super sweet to the homeless or drug attics who are taking up space and making the whole thing uncomfortable for families. The food is what it is. I’m a fan of the pancake. The coffee is pretty good too. Especially when it’s $ 1 for any size. This place should be closed down, even though it’s been through a remodel, and left to corporate to run. It is not a compliment to the Mc Donalds industry, to Antioch and it’s an insult to families wanting to share meal time.

They Suck. Drive through got our entire order wrong. As the old saying goes You always get screwed through the drive thru. Should have sat in car and made everyone behind me wait. But I’m not that mean. But should have cause the dining room was closed. Got home to only find out like I said You get screwed through the drive through. Tried calling the # receipt no answer. Drove back they were closed but employees were still there. Manager on shift wouldn’t and refused to talk to me through the window. She didn’t have to open the window to hear me all she could do is make a Stupid face and wave her hand. So in the end all I can say is I’ll never return to this place again. And will file a complaint to their Corporate Office.

So I came in with my daughter and mother to order breakfast. And when we ordered they told us they stopped serving the breakfast meals but yet the lady next to the person serving us let the family order from the breakfast meal menu. So it was unfair for us. So we left and came to Burger King since it was on the same block. Next time maybe the employees should acknowledge what time is it and change the menu accordingly. Very disappointed.

(Written a few weeks ago, just getting around to posting) Received friendly service during my first and possibly last visit to this location’s drive-thru, sadly my experience was marred by onions. Yup, onions. They were incredibly accommodating with my special request of 2 Egg Biscuits without sausage, egg whites and white cheddar cheese. I eat these quite often and have never had an issue until today. I took my first bite and all I could taste was onions! My lips swelled up and my entire mouth started to itch. I have a slight allergy to onions so avoid them, plus I abhor the way they taste. My companion, a person who will usually eat just about anything, including onions, attempted to eat my unwanted sandwiches but couldn’t get past two bites because as he put it, «there’s something wrong with them.» Seems onions weren’t the only issue.

1 person in line ahead of me on 2 occasions at 1AM. Both times it took over 10 minutes to get out. #1 lady wants to pay using smartphone, but it isn’t working. They work on it for 7 – 8 minutes(I watched clock). Absurd. Tell her to drive back around, nobody else is here. Or ask for another payment method. Nobody should have to wait for someone to pay this long. JUSTTOPAY! #2 guy orders 15 mcchicken sandwiches. It took 7 minutes for all the food to come, then 3 minutes for him to get his sauce. 3 minutes to get sauce!!! They asked for more sauce 3 times, and each time it took the lady an entire minute to hand a handful of sauce. Should have had them park out front and let the workers bring the food so the cars behind don’t wait forever. 4 cars piled up and honking began near the end. NEVER coming back

Fries always seem skimpy, drive thru gets served quicker than dine in at lunch. Giving 4 because the indoor play place is nice and has touch screens with games for all ages. My 2 year old enjoys it.

I try to avoid this location as much as i can. They are open all the time so i tend to give in and come here. Given a choice i wish they would make bay point open 24 hours cuz then i would always be there. Drive through is very terrible, i often have to either pull up to the window and order or i have to have my order corrected a few times. There have been nights where i have waited more then 25 minutes for my food because i had gotten home to find out an employee had purposely made my food wrong… because it was the complete opposite of what i ordered. I feel i always get a snicker or two when i order my fave dipping sauce in batches… i loved their wraps. until the employees forgot how to make them properly. so i make them at home now. I hate the fact that i have to dig and dig through my bag to ensure its right because they never give me all my food. on purpose or not im not sure. Manager has a very horrible demeanor about her and douse not provide any kind of customer service. When you bluntly tell your customer that your food is going to be cold in five minutes anyway… makes me want to call corporate and let you repeat that for them. Poorly run… nothing is ever right. food is cold and old. you get snickers if you ask for fresh. Ive never ever had a decent experience here… ever…

I know, I know. Fast food is Fast food and nobody should have to high expectations on the staff or the food. However, this place is managing to underperform even low standards. Not only is the staff much slower and more rude, but even the food is worse than the other McDonald locations. The food is not cooked well at all and is either cooked too long or still a bit raw. You can actually taste that the food tastes different than the other Mcdonald locations. The soda is not connected correctly or simply watered down. I wonder if this has something to do with the location and that it is located in a low income area? I noticed that the McDonalds in Brentwood for instance tastes so different and so much better. Pretty sad.

Worst Place ever food cold! Took forever! Lady at the window lazy and lack of professionalism(but then again its McDonald’s) and the managers couldn’t speak english clear(not racist just couldn’t understand her) always some type of issues with certain crews it seems but the best crew I seen there is the African American young lady with green/hazel eyes great customer service always and a Latino women round face orange skin(best I got at describing her lol) anyways there great but hey once again its McDonald’s. So what the hell should I expect!

I have to be fair — their service is much improved. Staff changes? Better training? At any rate, they now have intelligent folks taking orders and have not messed up for 4 months now. Impressive.

I went and ask for lite mayo on my sandwich and they decided to only give me a chicken patty with two buns, the fries were cold and nasty, worse service ever! check you order when going through the drive-thur!!! Went back for a refund and nothing was offered for the inconvenience.

Not only are they extremely slow at getting your order and through the line, I got my food through the first payment window. However, the car in front of me didn’t and was still waiting at the second window. I had to wait another good ten minutes behind that car until I was able to leave. Wtf. Worst drive thru ever. It took me longer to get through the line than it did for me to get there from Pinole.

Food: I actually enjoyed their Mango Pineapple smoothie. I guess I have to thank the broken shake machine. It was tasty and soothing for my throat. I usually order their McChicken Sandwiches. It was salty today. Strange! As for breakfast, their sausage egg with biscuit and sausage egg with McMuffin were decent. The big breakfast with hot cakes were pretty good. However, you have to make sure that they give you some butter before you leave the restaurant. Drive Thru & Service: The drive thru has two lanes. It is pretty convenient. They are pretty quick with their service and food. Environment: They play soft rock music inside the restaurant. It is clean and bright as well.

They recently got a face-lift. Everything is brand new. Two lines… open 24 hours… what isn’t to like besides your new increasing waistline? Haha. I’ll be back in no time…
