This is the first Cold Stone that I’ve actually liked. Not sure what they do differently than the 4 other locations I’ve been to, but it’s magical. Pretty sure they mix it better and add slightly more of the add-ins. Only thing is that they could use more seating.

Please please fire that black girl that’s working there TONIGHT! She Is not only slow but lazy! She doesn’t know how to properly mix the ice cream and so cheap on putting ingredients like fruits and nuts. Always putting ¾ full on milkshakes. This is the 2nd she did this., so annoying!

I recently tried the Salted Caramel ice cream and fell in love! I noticed that it’s a fairly new flavor for Cold Stone so I’m hoping they keep it around. I’ve tried the Salted Caramel by itself, as well as half Salted Caramel and half Sweet Cream ice cream. Both are to die for!

Great mix in options and great wait staff(polite teens) whod’ve thunk it! I’m more of a «like it» or kids scoop ice cream size fan but many get the gotta have it or quarts. I’m trying to watch my weight so this is a guilty treat. Almost always a line out the door, you’d think they were giving stuff away.

The ice cream is good but service is slow due to one person preparing the ice cream and one on the point of sale checking people out with a line of over 30 waiting to place their orders. The wait is daunting but then there are the tables inside and out have not been cleaned. The lack of attention to cleaning the seating and tables is an obvious point for improvement. Also the floors were dirty out front which is a turnoff for many customers with small children.

Cold Stone is consistent usually as far as flavors go. What I don’t love about this particular location is the friendliness/promptness of the staff. We’ve been two or three times, and each time we stop in, it seems like the line is incredibly long and the staff never seems happy to serve the customer. It always feels like I am a burden when I place my order and I am met with a blank stare if I say«hi» before placing my order. Overall, there’s not much else to say. I would likely go somewhere else over this location if I am craving ice cream.

Was a little frustrated with this visit. All seating was full inside(too cold to eat outside) and customers were standing around trying to enjoy their dessert. Wait wasn’t long but the strawberry mango banana sherbert was too sweet. Staff seemed tired and not very friendly. For $ 4 for a small cup, I was expecting a more enjoyable visit.

I take the kids a couple times a month. Not once has the group that works there sang as we walked in… service is mediocre, but the ice cream is good. Friday Hot Stones for 3.99 on a Belgian Waffle(can’t be beat)… The same girl has helped us the last 3 weeks consecutively and when we said hello, she said hi as we thanked her for helping us again, she said oh i’ve seen you before? SERIOUSLY?! We have been here the last 3 weeks at least once and this week twice — Tuesday and Friday! OMG… talk about going to your local ice cream store! I gave it a 3 because the product is consistent, but not the service.

Like Cold Stone! Love Cold Stone! Gotta have Cold Stone! I have just about all of their specialty/Signature Creations, and also the new ones like the churro charamel, chocolate lava cake, strawberry funnel cake. This location is a bit smaller than others I have been, but I never see it too busy; maybe I always arrive at non-peak hours. Sometimes they keep that door opens, which on a good sunny day it’s great, not so much if it’s kind of windy or chilly or warm. It is true. You can indulge in glutinous sin but without guilt, because they also have low-fat and sugar-free options like the sorbet and such, and the non-dairy is a personal god-send for me: I love ice cream, I gotta have ice cream, but I am lactose intolerance. Go figures.

I really like coldstone. I don’t go often(I am trying the whole diet thing), but when I do go the icecream is so yummy. For the past two years I have ordered my childrens’ birthday cakes from this location and we have been very happy with the outcome. On the not so happy side the lines are always long and the staff is not always cheerful. I also do not like the sticky/dirty tables. I know that in the summer things get busy, but please staff accordingly. Also make sure your staff knows that you have to wipe tables down frequenly when dealing with a messy product. I am not hating on young workers, but it seems like coldstone hires a bunch of highschoolers and sometimes their social life takes a front seat to their icecream scooping. Don’t get me wrong… I will still go to coldstone.

The location is great, but the service isn’t too wonderful and the line moves incredibly slowly. I understand that that isn’t always the staffs fault, but when it’s 100 degrees outside, and NOT that much cooler inside the store, I’d rather not wait for 10 minutes to get ice cream. On my last visit there was no place to sit inside which was fine because they do offer outdoor seating, however, the tables outside were so incredibly filthy I wouldn’t touch them with a 10-foot pole. We sat in the car eating our dessert and after only a few bites felt nauseous and threw the rest away.

I went in with a party of four. The counter person served ice cream to the first two people in our party and then took my order. After placing part of my order in the microwave, the counter person left to help another customer that had come in to buy some cakes. Meanwhile, my apple dumpling that was in the microwave was getting cold. When the girl returned to finish my order, she dropped the ice cream scoop on the floor and then proceed to place it back into the well with the other scoops and grab a different scoop. After seeing that my wife opted not to get any ice cream. The Hot apple dumping that I received was room temperature and disgusting. At this point, the first two members of my party were already finished with their ice cream. I asked for a manger to refund my money. The girl that came from the back room asked me how much i wanted back because she didn’t know how issue a refund on the cash register. I was in the store for 30 minutes and left without any ice cream. Maybe poor customer service can be explained away as an isolated incident, but there is simply no excuse for reusing something that fell on the floor.
