I’ve been through the drive through several times, and order the same thing each time; sausage, egg, and cheddar on a croissant. It tastes good, but their customer service is terrible. Pretty much every time I’m greeted with«what do you want?» Instead of something nice like«Hello». It also takes way too long to get your food. I suspect that Panera will bury this place by the end of the year.

I have been to this Kneaders location twice now. Both times I left dissatisfied with my purchase. The salads are plentiful if you’re looking for a bowl of romaine lettuce and nearly no toppings. The salad dressings are like I would buy from the grocery store shelf. Definitely not worth the $ 8 I paid. On the first visit, my husband had a baked potato soup that had little-to-no flavor and smooth like milky instant potatoes. Again, dissatisfied. I have tried the bread and those are fresh soft and enjoyable. As of today, I do not intend on revisiting Kneaders.

I’m really surprised to see so many negative reviews. I come here frequently and I’ve always left happy. I’ll take Kneaders over the competition around the block any day of the week… except Sunday.

I just got home with my $ 8 veggie avacado croissant and bag of chips. There are three thin slices of avacado and hardly any veggies! The whole sandwich name is veggie avacado! I won’t be back. I was disappointed with the vegetarian options list on the menu. Should have taken that as a sign and gone somewhere else.

The sandwiches are actually pretty good here. I gave the place a shot and I don’t regret it. The smoothies, however, are not anything special and are not too great. If I am in the area I will definitely come back. But, this isn’t a place I would go out of my way for. The sandwiches are indeed good, but that partially comes from the higher price in relation to other restaurants

We love this place! Every time we go there the food is amazing and the employees are super nice! Much better food than Panera across the street!

The employees don’t seem to happy about their employment at Kneaders and don’t expect a please or thank you. I felt it’s a bit pricey for what you get and the dining area was congested with shelving full of nicknacks to buy. Maybe the nicknacks are there to distract you from how long the wait to get your order is.

I’ve never been inside(except for 2 seconds sorely after they opened, arms they ate busy so I drove through instead because I had to get to work) The pricing isn’t bad. The cinnamon roll was pretty good. I don’t know many places I can get a good cinnamon roll unless I make them at home. I algal enjoy the strawberry tsunami smoothie. It’s pretty tasty The place is petty normal as far as I can tell, and I still miss Dennys, but it’s pretty decent consisting those are the only two things I’ve tried

Yah, this blows. If I pulled the meat out of this sandwich, I could probably see through it. Panera blows this place away.

We had the same experience as Michele I. from 09⁄17. When ordering, I asked what soups they had, and the cashier simply said«They’re behind me.» It took an additional 30 seconds for me to find where the hell they were listed on their 5+ overhead menu boards. I ordered a French dip sandwich and my dining companion ordered a portabella panini. An employee brought out another table’s order and tried to give it to us. Then«our» sandwiches came(or, well, they were supposed to be ours). They got the French dip right, but gave my dining companion a «harvest veggie» sandwich instead of the panini. My French dip was mostly bread, with hardly any meat. It came with nothing else — no chips, no cookie.. . nothing. The harvest veggie was filled with grease-soaked vegetables and some sort of weird cream-cheese-like cheese. We weren’t impressed. We thought Kneaders would be similar to Panera, but it was nowhere close. The only positive note: The Halloween decorations were adorable(and were also for sale).

Front door was locked and open sign was turned off at 7pm at night. We got in through the side door. We ordered three sandwiches and got two. We had to reorder the third. When did get them all, they did taste fine. When we ordered our dessert, we were told they would bring it to us, after waiting 10 minutes we went back up and asked about our order and was told it was coming. When it came out it, they told us that they were out of a one the desserts, which they had when we ordered them. They had sold it to someone who had ordered after us but tried to tell us that someone before us had ordered it, which we knew was not true. Instead of admitting the mistake and apologizing the just flat out tried to lie to us. We ended up not getting any of the desserts and asked for our money back and left. The problem is the staff is poorly trained at this Kneaders.

I got the bread pudding, it was cold and there was a long hair in it! My boyfriend and I were going to share it however the menu didn’t specify that there were nuts! Lucky I tasted it first but it could have been bad! The staff is really rude and unhelpful. I will not be going back.

This place has been open for a little while now and yet they’re still pretty slow in preparing your food. The breakfast and baked goods are good but the amount of time it takes to receive your food is long. Do go if you have time to wait or if you only want to pick up baked goods.

Yummy breakfast for our first visit. Chunky French toast, egg & sausage croissant, Carmel trap & fruit smoothie. Staff was very friendly. The outside patio is wonderful. However the fireplace in side will be nice in winter. The drive thru will be nice for on the go.

Meh, found this ancient, black hot lettuce on my sandwich and it ruined the rest of my meal. The staff seemed very confused and the menu offers very little explanations or descriptions of the food. The layout of the restaurant is bizarre sort of like the weird love child of a Hobby Lobby and Panera romance. Baked goods looked good, but was too grossed out to try one.

They’re pastries are pretty good, but apparently Roast Beef is supposed to be white now?

I tried them for lunch today. I ordered a French dip, fruit salad, and iced tea with extra ice. The sandwich had very little roast beef, the fruit salad was far from ripe, and the tea was good once I got it home and added ice to the few cubes that melted immediately. Service was friendly, but I don’t think I’ll go there again. The food was«meh.»

I was super excited to try this place. As in, I tried to go there twice before they had even opened. Alas, they were still training employees. To be fair, I’m super pregnant and love me some breakfast food. Today I finally got to try them out and while I was pleased with the customer service the food fell flat. I had a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich served on a croissant. The sandwich was poorly assembled, read: sloppy. Worst of all, the egg was undercooked. I don’t mean the yolk was runny… The WHITES were runny. That’s kind of gross, and also borderline unsafe.

Going to Kneaders for brunch on their opening weekend probably wasn’t our best idea, but we were excited for a new breakfast option in what really is a breakfast desert. We were more than fine to stand in line for a bit as everyone in the neighborhood clearly had the same idea as us. At least we had plenty to look at. In the center of the restaurant is a large double-sided display unit full of what can only be described as American kitsch. Apparently you can pick out an assortment of these, ahem, lovely items, and they’ll wrap it up in a gift basket for you. Perfect for Mother’s Day… if you hate your mother. But I digress, I ordered the Greek omelette and added on a cup of fruit and an iced coffee for $ 2.99. Husband ordered the sausage croissant breakfast sandwich, cinnamon roll, and a mocha(because he’s a growing boy). They took our order and our name and told us it would be right out, which was very confusing to me as I wasn’t quite sure how the heck they planned on finding us once our food was ready. Luckily, we got a table right by the cashier so we could spot our food coming out, which it did… eventually. Now I know it’s their first week, but it’s not like they are the first every fast-casual restaurant. It’s not freakin’ rocket science. The poor bus boy walked by us several times asking if we had ordered the mango smoothie?(No.) French toast?(No.) Poor guy. It would make much more sense if they gave you one of those little order flags like pretty much every other fast casual place. Maybe they are still waiting for that box to arrive… Once we did get our food husband was immediately even more grumpy than he usually is in the morning because the cinnamon roll came out cold. Yup, all they did was scoop it onto the plate and plop it down on the table. Even Starbucks offers to heat up their pastries. Although if they had heated up the roll, it still would have tasted like something we could have gotten across the street from Kings Soopers. For a place that prides itself on it’s bread, I would’ve expected way better. My omelette was fine, nothing special that I would ever order again. I didn’t finish it(which is weird for me). Fruit salad was typical fruit salad(lot’s of honey dew and red grapes with a couple pieces of strawberry, cantaloupe, and one piece of pineapple). You’ll notice that I’ve said nothing about our coffees. That’s because we were able to finish our entire meal before my husband’s mocha(essentially super sweet hot chocolate with some espresso waved over top) arrived. No iced coffee for me apparently. Even though my coffee was clearly on our receipt, it didn’t make it onto the order ticket. I will chalk that up to their opening week, and the friendly server did apologize and bring my coffee out right away. If you’re craving iced coffee, don’t bother. It’s about 8 oz of crushed ice with 4 oz of «meh» coffee. Again, some of these issues were because it was their opening week, but that doesn’t excuse super forgettable food. We have no desire to go back.* We both agreed that Panera(which my husband doesn’t even like) is better. *I will say that some of their pastries looked delicious, but I can’t imagine myself making a special trip just to pick up a piece of cheesecake.

Wow, great food! This is new in the area and they did it right. Everything was well made and delicious. Service was good and the employees were friendly and helpful. We will be back.
