I’ll start off with the positive: the service here is GREAT. The people are really nice.
The downside though is the quality of the food, as the other review states. My side dish was just… ehh. It had clearly been sitting around for ages and was cold. On the upside though, my fish was freshly cooked, though it could’ve been a little hotter. Someone I was with got a wrong side, so they not only brought him the correct side, but gave him an extra piece of fish. The tea was oooooooold though, no clue when it had been brewed.

The employees are just so friendly! It’s just a shame that the quality isn’t there. Overcooked EVERYTHING.
Not sure if the oil is always old or what. Everything is just saturated to the core with grease and overdone.
I LOVE other Long John Silvers. But this one just isn’t doing it right. Corporate needs to overhaul the store.
