Great service when they aren’t so busy on normal business days. On a Sunday, I get a soggy turkey tom almost 30min after ordering. So much for freaky fast.

What kind of jimmy johns closes at 10 on the weekends?!? Pathetic considering we are in a college town! The one near my actually house is at least open until 12, and that’s a mom and pop area.

Everyone knows Jimmy Johns is only «good» because it’s fast. And fast means minimal quality. However, what gives them a 4-​star review is what just happened 4 minutes ago. I ordered the wrong sandwich. (Yes, it was my fault.) However, I called and let Mike know I didn’t realize I was ordering a sandwich with just meat and bread. (Ew.) He told me to come in and he’d fix it. I got there and he already cancelled the prior charge from my card and had already prepared the sandwich I really wanted (roast beef, lettuce, tomatoes, mayo). I was in shock at the seamlessness! I was in and out in less than 20 seconds. It was amazing! Jimmy John’s now has a special place in my heart for customer service. Mike, you’re the real MVP!

My wife and I ordered and as we paid a sandwich was already done and handed to us! Can get an «Amen!»?
Great fresh sandwiched for a good value. Zesty and tasty. We liked our sandwiches. I had the Turkey Tom and she god a Vito. I like hers better.
Have not had delivery yet, bit I plan on it. Who needs to wait an hour for pizza when you can get a sandwich in minutes? I know they are quick because my friends would always order JJ’s for lunch.
No need for those fat burgers (from 30 – 45 minutes ago) or microwaved burritos (you know who you are). Please be sensible. It’s the same cost, but better food.

I must agree that their service is freaky fast. My friend and I ordered online, and minutes later, this guy shows up to the Student Learning Center and knocked on the door of where we were studying. Who’d think it was that quick.
Their sandwiches aren’t that superb for the prices you’re paying. I haven’t tried the warm subs, just the cold ones. Put a bit of mustard and mayo and call it a day if you’re just lazy.

When you’re feeling too lazy to even make a sandwich, this place rocks. Their tuna salad is infinitely better than other sub places, and their wheat bread makes the sandwich seem homemade. I do wish they had other sides, but hey, I can’t be lazy and picky.
