This is the worst choice when choosing a pizza delivery. I give everything 3 chances and on the 3rd late delivery/​wrong order (each delivery was at least 20 minutes late and I live 3 blocks away, and they never got the order correct even though I was ordering online) I wrote a review to corporate. The manager at this location called and gave me a credit to use at this location for my next order. Of course when I actually attempted to use this location again, the credit didn’t exist.

Hands down the absolute worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to and the worst service I’ve ever seen from management in all my life. I do not suggest going here. Went in to pick up my order and they said they had no record of it first of all, and when I requested to have my order cancelled after paying for it, the manager argued with me and then left the front area without clearing up the issue. Highly unprofessional.

This is for the Roswell location… But might as well post here also. My order was incomplete and not what we wanted. I called and asked for the manger. Sean/​Shawn the manager was a total jackass… blaming the customer… I will never purchase a pizza from them until Sean is fired. I recommend Marcos Pizza (678)381−2888

We were staying at the Homewood Suites in the area and needed some food around 11pm. So, I placed my order online at 10:50pm and was given an estimated delivery time of 11:35pm. Around 11:55pm I finally called to check on the status of my order, but while I was on hold the delivery showed up. The driver seemed unapologetic for being about 20 minutes late, and he had shoved the boxes of wings in the bag so sloppily that the sauce was dripping all over the boxes and the bags. This made a mess when I was unpacking the food. The taste and temperature of the food was fine, but order elsewhere if you are looking for prompt and polite service.

So now when you are placing a order with this Pizza Hut the phone gets answered by a call center. What a hot mess that was. I was put on hold 3 times… then I was only hold for over 15 minutes then hung up on. I called back… I gave my order. They said how would you like to pay I said Credit Card… was told to hold again… I was then sent to another person. That person was suppose to be a supervisor. I was told by the 2nd person my total was 13.58…now the order is over 17.00. After trying to order a pizza for now 25 minutes I just told them to cancel. I figure if it took all that just to place the order I was afraid what the order would even be once it was delivered. No more Pizza Hut for me.
