Bellezza Salon

1. Overpriced for the service and end result. My nail polish chipped off the next day.
2. The pedicure massage was painful. My Achilles’ tendon is black and blue.
3. The girl painting my nails painted like a 4 year old playing around with fingerprints. The nail polish ended up everywhere but my nails, and what did make it was in clumps.
4. Very very very limited nail polish colors.
5. Anywhere else is a better choice. DON’T DO IT!
6. They do give you orange infused water upon arrival which is why they are getting one star. Actually I couldn’t pick zero.

I wouldn’t go here if someone paid me. I went for a blowout. Quoted at $ 50. Lady at front desk tells me my hair is not too long or thick at all so she can’t imagine it’d be more than $ 55. Prices are up to the stylist. The Stylist charged me $ 65. They need to tell you this stuff upfront. AND…Blowout lasted about 2.5 hours before it started coming apart. DO NOT GO HERE! its a waste of money!
The staff was nice, which is the only reason I gave it one additional star.

Had the best experience ever at the Caesars location! For two days the women at Bellezza catered to mine and a friend’s needs. They changed appointments (multiple times), squeezed us into their already busy schedules to accommodate our changing schedules and did amazing blow outs and updos. We looked perfectly coiffed for our evening outings. On top of that, they offered beverages, helped me dress for a formal and made arrangements for my things after I left the salon… even offered to have the wrap and card I left at the salon brought over to me at the event I was attending. Many, many thanks to Denise and Jennifer. THE best service… I will not go anyplace but Bellezza before a night out in AC :)

Bellezza was the only negative aspect of my wedding. I had gone for a makeup trial with my mom. We both didn’t like it, so we canceled our wedding day appointments. The makeup girl did our makeup like we were old ladies, and wouldn’t listen when we said we didn’t like certain aspects, replying «well this is how they taught me in makeup school.» Yet, I still kept the appointments for my bridesmaids to have their hair done here. Big mistake. All of the girls hated their hair. Some were almost in tears. The staff were not nice to them and when they asked to have something fixed, the staff would say something like «No, I think it looks fine.» When I found out about this I went to the manager and asked that the girls either had their hair fixed until they liked it, or they received a refund. One girl went and received a refund. Then when two more girls went to get their refunds, the manager got very mad. She actually GRABBED one of my girl’s heads and YANKED down on her hair. They were extremely unprofessional and just provided incredibly horrible service. I would NOT recommend anyone to go to this salon.
