I was excited to try Night Fever, to take me back to the old days of clubs. I was in Night Fever for a total of 2 hours. Upon entering it seems to be a room that is converted into a club for Friday and Saturday night. Resorts must use it as a banquet hall during the week, or maybe a meeting room. Regardless, it took away from the experience. The club advertises itself as a 70’s and 80’s experience, but this is not the case. I didn’t hear 180’s tune the whole 120 minutes I was there. No Nocera, No Debbie Deb, No Stevie B, No Taylor Dayne, No Shaka Kahn, no laser lights or fog lamps. This would have been an authentic 80’s experience, so… if you are going to advertise as such, then do it. All I heard was all the 70’s classic disco tunes, which I could have stayed home and played on the radio. Since I refuse to drink alcohol, I had water, which was $ 4.50 a bottle. Where the fuck am I, a strip club? Washed up blondes from some of the local strip clubs or off the street, I don’t know which, danced half naked on the stage as the DJ played. Not much eye candy or talent here at all. $ 10.00 cover? Get the fuck out of here, I’ll stay home and play Nintendo. An overall total disappointment.
