Oddly enough, it felt like this place was never open. On our last day, we caught it open and got 2 coffees and 4 donuts. The coffee was drinkable, but not great. The donuts were fine, but slightly dry. We tried strawberry — 1 star, cranberry-3 stars, Nutella– 2 stars, pnb-2 stars. We decided not to try the liquor filled based on prior reviews. I probably wouldn’t get these again, except that they are more reasonably priced then most other food in Harrahs.

Very short … Just very very short! The concept & names of the sweet concoctions they have are the only big thrills here. The donuts themselves are not that great! I mean they are edible but not at all delectable. I was kinda disappointed as this was my last impression of the Harrah’s resort when I decided to take some for the ride home. The cashier was extremely friendly during my 7:30AM visit & the display was adorable. I would say try just one donut out before you buy an assortment. It could be a hit or miss! Favs: Concept & customer service Would Change: The donuts aren’t that great! Thick consistency & not as much flavor as my taste buds had hoped for! :(

Only got to try 2 donuts but they were both awesome. Although the fruity pebbles non alcoholic was very good, the cranberry walnut alcoholic donut was the best donut I ever had! Something about adding alcohol to the donut that really makes it that much more rich. They have other non-donut pastries, ice cream and all sorts of cool milkshakes. Cashier was very knowledgeable and able to tell me what kind of liquor was in each donut as well as give recommendations. Look forward to trying everything else out!

Fun concept but I don’t really know what’s in the donuts. The cashier was t super friendly so I didn’t bother to ask. We got the apple ones and the apple jacks were stale. The donut part seemed ok but the staleness of the cereal really ruined it. Maybe these www from the day before but we were not very impressed. I doubt we will go here again.

Decided to take home a few doughnuts and chose the«Can’t Even»(alcohol-infused pumpkin cream filled yeast doughnut), the Jersey Peach Blueberry Cobbler(also alcohol-infused), and some non-alcoholic maple pumpkin brulee cake doughnuts. To begin with, it’s a little annoying that no descriptions are posted for the alcoholic doughnuts beyond very small signs with the basic flavors written(pumpkin, banana, etc.) I asked the cashier what type of alcohol was in the pumpkin doughnut and he didn’t know. It just so happened a pastry chef had come out of the kitchen at that point, so she was able to tell me. I then asked what alcohol was in the Elvis and she seemed a little annoyed, and asked me, «Which ones are you interested in?» then rattled off lengthy explanations in a hurried pace. I would think that this is a pretty basic question. If you don’t feel like answering it, train your cashiers to be able to answer, or better yet, have printed brochures or a permanent sign describing the ingredients of each doughnut. The first doughnut I tried was the Can’t Even. It was loaded with a thick white glaze, walnuts(not pointed out anywhere on the small sign describing the doughnut — good thing I’m not allergic to nuts), crumb topping, and a decorative orange icing. When I bit into the doughnut, most of these toppings fell off. The doughnut dough is light, soft, and squishy, which overall is pleasant, but makes it hard to take a solid bite. The pumpkin cream filling was just OK — mildly spiced, slight pumpkin flavor, no taste of any alcohol at all, just kind of bland overall. Next tried the Jersey Blueberry Peach Cobbler — same structure as the Can’t Even, but with a better flavored crumb topping. The sign said that the filling was made with real Jersey peaches, so I was expecting a fruit compote inside. Unfortunately, it was just more bland cream — couldn’t taste any peach flavor whatsoever, and as for the alcohol infusion, who knows what that was — couldn’t taste that either. The only blueberries in the entire doughnut were a few dried blueberries stuck to the outside. Very disappointing. I realized that if you had blindfolded me and not told me what the flavors of the doughnut were supposed to be, I would have just said«sugar.» The only saving grace(and the only thing that got this place a 2 star rating instead of 1) were the non-alcoholic cake doughnuts. The maple pumpkin brulee had a nice bruleed glaze topping with a hint of maple in it, and the cake doughnut had a good spice flavor and had been rolled in sugar before being glazed. The pricepoint in general is good(alcohol infused doughnuts 2 for $ 5; non-alcoholic 3 for $ 5). I wouldn’t make a special trip to have these doughnuts, though, and if I did find myself at Harrah’s, I wouldn’t waste my time and money on the alcohol-infused ones.

Had the Cookies and Cream(infused with Baileys). YUM! Plus, it was on sale for 2/$ 5 :) Can’t go wrong with that!

If you’re in Atlantic City, you have to visit Harrah’s if for nothing else but the doughnuts! Outside of traveling to Philadelphia, you’ll not get doughnuts like these in any place close to Atlantic City. Loved the brownies too! Haven’t had a tipsy milkshake, maybe next trip.
