Shoes are great, however, I would say they do not honor the VIP shopper coupon book if you have it (you cannot use it if the store has ongoing promotions).
Also, they are always trying to upsell you to buy things in addition to the shoes (like belts, shoe polish, socks).
I wouldn’t say the salespersons are friendly — they’re okay, but I’m not there for their service, just the shoes.
