Visited for lunch. Had the wild boar, cheese and jalapeño pizzita. Disappointing. The boar was a sausage that tasted pepperoni-salami like. Expected meat not sausage. I could not taste the jalapeño. Server was very good but overloaded. I will try again, but not so quickly as there are many other pizza joints in town.

I’ve been here twice and the pluses and minuses are the same. The pluses: PIZZAS! SOMANYPIZZAS! I love the variety. I want to try them all. This reason alone is a reason to return. The location is pretty cool. A great view of Downtown Austin. Overall just a neat little eatery. The minuses: service is painfully slow. Just takes forever. Though understaffing may be an issue. Only one server(might of also been the cook and the bartender). Still, it’s the biggest put off for me. Also, just get the mini pizzas. The apps are so-so. The deserts are a MAJOR let down. Took them fifteen minutes to bring a pizza desert that looked like a toddler made his mom for breakfast for mothers day. Akin to Hershey syrup spread over a flour tortilla and sprinkled with m&ms. Go for the pizzas and the booze and don’t plan on being anywhere anytime soon after. Group-on is your friend. I’ll be back though.

Are everyones taste buds broken? I thought the pizza was absolutely awful. It was like eating pizza from chuckie cheese. The crust was very thin, not crispy, almost doughy in some parts. It had a sour«play dough» flavor. The sauce was like basic Prego pizza sauce straight out of the can. I wished I wasn’t so hungry so I didn’t have to choke the food down. The entire pizza menu is bizarre. It’s like this restaurant can’t decide whether to be Italian or Mexican or American. Service was fine. The entire playlist on the patio was only Smashmouth.(Yes.) we actually had to ask them to change the music. The only reason this place gets two stars is because the view from the patio and the fact that they have alcohol.

Love the concept behind this place, as well as the amazing views of the city if you sit on the back patio. 100 pizzitas offers a ‘tapas’ take on pizza, with little hand stretched pizzas with a near infinite amount of possible combinations. After a few visits I found that quite a few pizzas were similar flavor wise out of their 100, but don’t take that as too much of as knock. Just be sure to order some standard ones as well as as few crazy ones(The carbonara is a must) to round out your experience. The starter salads were the only part I found to be nothing out of the ordinary, but as a whole I find myself coming back time and time again for more. It’s a fun idea, and the best type of place to eat with friends and share a meal. Really worth checking out, and it’s nestled in a nice and relatively quiet spot near E 6th.

Excellent and interesting restaurant to try out with a group. Lots of choices in mini pizzas and large groups can try out a lot more at once. I’d be hesitant about going by myself though since I wouldn’t eat as much. Service was fast and courteous and had heat lamps outside for customers to keep us warm.

The service was very friendly. I like the small size pizzas where you still have an appetite to try the 99 other pizzas. However, the taste of the pizza is just ok. I hope they can improve their recipe especially when you have so many good pizza joints near by.

COMEHEREFORAMAZINGPASTA! I know they’re mainly a pizza place(literally 100 pizza combinations on the menu to choose from), but I was absolutely blown away by the handmade fettuccine and bolognese sauce. The chef personally recommended it himself and it exceeded my expectations. The pasta was fresh, perfectly al dente. The sauce was slightly sweet, juicy, meaty. I will come back for this dish and also try his other pasta and sauces. All made from scratch in the kitchen — truly a gem. The view of the Austin skyline is lovely from the patio. The entire staff was kind and down-to-earth. The pizza was fine and definitely a good snack if you enjoy lots of choices in small amounts. But…100 Pizzitas needs to get some more buzz for their pasta. Yum.

100 pizzitas is like tapas meets pizza. The pizza is not any style that I know has a name like NY or Chicago or Napoletana. The only way I can describe it is «crispy thin crust» although I assume it’s Spanish style based on the rest of the restaurant. The amount of choices is daunting, in fact off-putting. They offer two sizes, 12″ pizzas and 6.5″ pizzitas. We got a staple to be able to compare — margherita pizza. It was more like a cheese pizza with a lot of oregano. Pretty tasty but not a margherita. We also got three pizzitas. They were all unique and interesting. A good date spot for lots of conversation starters and adventure but I don’t think a good they’ll ever be on my regular list. For two people, four or five pizzitas might be enough. We definitely over ordered. Bonus: They have six dollar glasses of Texas red wine. Minus points: there’s no parking to speak of. I’m willing to not return based on that fact alone.

I adore Cien Pizzitas. The location is so adorable and has such an awesome back patio when the weather is warmer. They are the first US location of this Spanish restaurant serving up 100 different chef-inspired unique baby sized pizzas. In the tapas style you are encouraged to get 2 – 3 pizzas and hell why not finish off with a sweet pizza for dessert. Yes, I said sweet pizza. I started going soon after open when the weather wasn’t as crisp here in Austin and the patio had someone band or individual on guitar performing every night I went and it was so awesome. The staff love what they are doing and are all ready to run about and make things perfect for you. I will say when in a larger group the delivery of the pizzas is needing some work. They have these gorgeous slates that they place all the tiny pizzas on for bringing to the table. Once that’s done we all, staff included, play the«Which pizzas are which?» game to figure out who gets what. On one occasion one of my pizzas got lost in that game and they were prompt to remake and deliver a replacement on the house. Again, they’re on point to make the experience right and they do it better every time I go. I’ll keep going back to try all 100 pizzas because who could turn down experiencing blood sausage pizza or fois gras pizza?

Saw ad in the Chronicle, and tried the place the very same day. Very pleasant experience all around! The service and hospitality is bar none. Our waiter was very helpful but not obtrusive and didn’t become annoyed even when I moved tables 3 times before settling in. The sangria is delicious, they have a few really nice beers on draft and will give you little samples. Multiple salad options, and of course, 99 pizzas. They are extremely thin crusted and about 6 inch diameter, so you order multiples; I suggest three. They also sell 12 inch pizzas, but what’s the fun in that? We tried a seafood one with anchovies, goat cheese with walnuts and honey, four cheese with Gorgonzola(YUM!!!), pineapple and ham, and more. All good. One neat thing is a large fixed window in the hallway to the bathrooms that gives you a view into the kitchen, so you can check that everything is up to par. For me, the pizza was very good but not incredible or rare. The five stars are for the overall experience, value, and satisfaction.

There is a paradox of choice, which claims that the more choices you have, the less satisfied you will be with the choice you make. If that is true, it will hard to ever be satisfied at 100 Pizzitas. They do have LITERALLY100 choices of just the little mini pizzas. We had a Groupon for 6 of the pizzas plus a sweet dessert one, so we went for some of the more unusual choices, figuring we could have pepperoni pie anywhere. Overall, we mostly found them to be just ok. The crust is very thin, but not crispy, which is how I like it. We had one with blood sausage(#14) which was fine(the sausage itself was very good), #29 with salmon, which was just very…salmony-y(something I would not normally complain about, but it overwhelmed), #10(with beef carpaccio), which I really wanted to like, but found kind of meh, #74 which was just overwhelmed by anchovy, didn’t notice the shrimp at all, and didn’t care for the apparently canned tuna, #57(with pisto, a Spanish stir-fry), which was also just kind of meh, and, finally, #63, which was TERRIFIC. This one had sirloin and Pedro Ximenez Sauce, which I have never heard of, but apparently love. We would absolutely get this one again. For dessert we had the one with mascarpone, honey, and berries, which was good. Messy, but good. The staff were extremely friendly, and the atmosphere was home-y and fun. Also, there were some funny posters with some funny misspellings(like pasta makes you more inteligent, things like that). The experience overall was fun. And you should make it an evening — the food is varied, so it’s not fast. Go for the experience(remember when pizza used to take an hour, instead of coming out in 10 minutes?), not the speed. We plan to give it another try, and see if we can find a few more winners like the #63. It’s in a convenient location, so after another. .. 15 or 16 visits we can have tried them all. I doubt we’ll do that, but we will try a variety(although probably not 6 at a time, that was a little too much for 2).

You want to come here with a group and order a bunch of different small pizzas to really have the full experience of this place. The parking lot is located behind the building and is treacherous so, make sure you wear flats and come prepared to be good at maneuverability. If you are looking for regular pizza combinations you should skip this place because their insane flavor combinations are so surprisingly pleasing and delicious. We ordered a bunch of different pizzas(10 between 4 of us). They were all awesome and I can’t even remember which one’s that we ordered. The crust is thin and the toppings are plentiful. The service is top notch and I really enjoy this concept of small gourmet pizzas so, you can eat more combinations.

Solid selection of drinks and the outdoor patio is lovely with a great view. Service and décor were reasonable, but the pizzitas were amazing! We got 6 for the 2 of us, plus 2 ciders each, and 2 dessert pizzitas and we were stuffed(and didn’t spend that much money for how much food and drink we got). All of the pizzitas were good(thin crust usually isn’t my favorite, but it works with the amazing toppings here), but the 27(Frankfurt sausage — i.e., hot dog — bacon, BBQ sauce, and mustard) and the 38(goat cheese, beef sirloin, and mushroom) were amazing! Also, the 94(chocolate and M&M’s) and 100(chocolate and Oreos) were also incredibly good! The jamon Serrano was OK on a pizza, but amazing by itself! We definitely plan to come back and try a bunch more of the pizzas and desserts and maybe some of the appetizers!

You must go here! A fresh take on tapas! Order the sangria — it’s so refreshing and wonderful! We split 5 pizzas for our meal and 2 dessert pizzas. Each one was better than the last! Goat cheese, Brie, mince meat, dulce de leche, and raspberry were some of the incredible flavors we enjoyed! We also had the carpaccio appetizer. The patio has a lovely atmosphere and great view. It is a child friendly place — older kids will love all of the games available including giant jenga! Will return if we are ever in the area and will strive to replicate these flavors at home!

Finally got a chance to check this place out and I already can’t wait to go back. We tried the brisket, Brie and honey — chorizo and sage — ham and pineapple — cream cheese, onion, and bacon — zucchini, eggplant and sundried tomato, and sirloin and caramelized onions. And ended it with an apple/custard dessert pizza. Freaking amazing. The back patio has an amazing view over the city. I can’t wait to check it out during a sunset. Our server, Trevor, was incredible. When I open my restaurant I hope all my servers are as pleasant as him! Great job guys!
