To condo sellers: Please beware. This company does not always bring in a serious buyer. Often times their buyers are also considering leasing. I was informed by one of their agents that our condo was 1 of 94 condos for sale in the UT area (which that stat itself is a stretch of the UT area), and that we were so lucky their buyer had made a low ball offer on our condo. When we passed on the offer, I researched TCAD months later to find that his client never purchased anything.
