I saw this new trailer on the way to class and I had to try it. I went for the falafel kebab. I saw the guy working inside the trailer fry them up to order. It came with the standard accouterments, like lettuce, tomato, and tahini, but also pickled beet and some kind of pickled pepper. Honestly, I bailed on the pickled beets and peppers have way through the pita, but it was definitely interesting. Most importantly, the falafel were tasty and fragrant, but not as crunchy as I like on the outside. Still, a great place to get a fresh falafel for a competitive price. Everything on the menu was around 4 dollars.
