Always super friendly and polite and overly helpful. It’s a bit embarrassing and frustrating shopping for clothes when you are super super large, I think they understand that. They treat their customers with the utmost respect and you walk out of there feeling dignified.

They are in their new store just north of the Domain, these guys do it right. Great selection, top notch customer service and a price point to fit every budget.

I love this store! My husband and I went in there today looking to buy a couple of shirts and a pair of shorts for him. We had already looked online and knew what brands we were looking for, and luckily, the store is divided by brand names! The sales associate greeted us when we entered, asked if she could help (we said no), and she let us browse around. The thing I love most about this store is that my husband usually hates shopping. As a guy who wears a 3XL, it’s rare to find his size most places, and if we do, it’s normally something he doesn’t like. This store had a GREAT selection. We found four shirt, and he came out of the dressing room smiling and modeling his clothes. The sales associate then came back to check on us, took the clothes to the register, and brought us back ice cold waters. The store has a really good range of high end pricey stuff to casual and affordable brands.
I will be taking my husband there whenever he needs to shop from now on. Thank you DXL for providing a place where my husband can shop and feel good about himself. He looks great in his new clothes!

Please ask them if alterations are included when you purchase a $ 800 suit. For the record they are not included. Kind of a ripoff if you ask me. I also let the sales girl grab a button down shirt to go under my new suit and I should of tried it on before I left. It was about three sizes to big.
They are great at customer service because they are all on commission. The prices are very high, but they are the only game in town and you have to pay the big bucks for over sized men’s cloths. Other than that not much else to say.
