High price, but low quality. I just picked up my suit from Mesa at the Triange and immediately hung it up in my car. When I got home, I noticed both my suit sleeves are still COMPLETELY wrinkled. I used this location twice now because of convenience, but will take my items elsewhere next time. They are also very expensive. I took my 3 piece suit to a different dry cleaner’s also on Lamar, and my total as only about $ 12. Here the same suit is almost $ 19.

They did a good job on the dress I brought in… just extremely overpriced. I did have a friend go in who claimed she got a discount because they were of the same ethnicity(she and the owner). Not sure if that’s true… but weird if it is.

If I could give negative stars to this place, I would. We decided to use Mesa Cleaners to simply launder our client’s two twin bed sheet sets. I got on the phone and priced out multiple locations to get the best deal for our client. When I talked to the horribly unprofessional woman at Mesa Cleaners, I requested a quote to launder the two sets of sheets. She gave me a price of $ 12, substantially lower than any other place I called. When I picked up, however, she hands me a bill for $ 66. $ 66 to simply launder, not dry clean some sheets. I become instantly confused, explaining to her that I was quoted a $ 12 price. She conveniently didn’t mention to me that it was $ 12 per piece. Price confusion constantly happens in my line work, but when a vendor quotes a specific price, I expect to be charged that price, or at least work with me, knowing there was confusion with the quote. This woman did no such thing. I had to get my boss to call and clarify what happened. She sat right behind me when I made the first phone call to get the quote, so she knew I was not in the wrong. This horrid woman decides it is professional to start yelling at my boss and hang up on her. Not to mention the sheets were wrinkled when I picked them up! I urge you not to use Mesa Cleaners. We will be contacting the BBB regarding this issue.

My husband and I live in The Triangle, and Mesa Cleaners is super convenient for us! They’re great! I’ve never had any issues with them. The only time I had an issue with them was once when they told me my clothes would be done by 5pm, but they weren’t. I wasn’t in a big hurry, so it wasn’t as big of a deal to me. Also, I had a dress that had gotten stained, and they did a great job getting the stain out.

My girlfriend really had a bad experience here with one of her dresses, and I can understand the confusion, but I’ve personally never had a problem. They’re fast, they’re good, they’re cheap, and they have nice people working for them. I don’t do a lot of thinking about my cleaners, but I certainly notice if anything is awry. In some ways, it’s not a very enviable place for a business to be in — there’s few ways to be memorable and almost all of those ways are bad. Is Mesa perfect? Certainly not. They’ve been doing my clothes for a few years now and every once in a while, there’s something they don’t get quite right. But it’s never ruinous and they’re always happy to make it right.

I don’t dry clean many of my clothes, but I had used this place for several years. They’re convenient to me, so it made sense to take my clothes here. I looked the other way when they turned the white fur ruff on my Santa costume pink(and took 4 months to fix it). But today took the cake, and I’m done with this place for good. I took a dress in to be cleaned a few weeks ago. It has cute pleats in it, from which the fabric is meant to drape gracefully. When I took it out of the plastic to put it on, I found that the pleats had been pressed into sharp creases. Not good. I took it back a few days ago and asked for them to repress it and and NOT put creases in it. When the girl behind the counter wrote minimal notes on the ticket and acted apathetic, I asked her to have the manager call me. Fast forward to today: no manager call. I go by to pick it up and find that the creases that I had objected to are now pressed in all the way to the hem of the dress. WTF? The notes on the ticket, as suspected, said nothing about NOCREASES, it said something cryptic about being careful about the pleats. What the fried F$#^ was that supposed to mean? I told her that the dress looked like crap, and she said that her manager told her that that was how it was SUPPOSED to look(so now, even though I’ve specified exactly how I wanted it done, *I*, the paying customer, am wrong because YOU didn’t do what I asked for specifically?) Now I’m mad. I asked for a refund; the girl refused. I asked to speak to a manager; she said that one would call me tomorrow. Well one never called me LAST time you said you’d have one call me, so I find it hard to believe that they will call me back THIS time either. Adiós, mo fos. You just lost my boyfriend’s and MY business.

Fastest and least expensive cleaners in town. They’ve gotten stains out when requested and add just the right amount of starch when I’ve asked. They used to have a website for coupons to make your dry cleaning even cheaper, but apparently that’s no longer there. Either way, I’ve been to many dry cleaning places in town and Mesa Cleaners is the absolute best!

Horrible at what they do. In all my years, I’ve never had my clothes returned to me still stinking. They just pressed my dirty clothes and charged me over $ 20 for 3 items. I was on my way out of town on business and was mortified. Luckily, I was able to scrounge a few items to wear on my trip… however, I’ll never return to this place again. Horrible. Horrible.
