I went to this Quizno’s for lunch and ordered the Classic Italian sandwich. They accepted the $ 1 off coupon I printed off from the Quizno’s website. I changed my mind and asked for a refund. I came in really wishy-washy and not really knowing what I wanted(one of those days). They obliged without any issue. I can’t comment on the food, since I didn’t eat anything. I will comment on the customer service. It was simply fantastic. This location is staffed(and I assume) owned by a Korean, with a blond chick doing some of the sandwiches, and a Caucasian guy(or Latino?) at the register, and the rest are Korean seniors making your sandwiches. They were all so super-nice, especially the cashier guy who happily gave me a refund. The next time I’m at work and I have a craving for a sandwich, I will definitely come back and support this business. It’s so rare nowadays to find this level of customer service in a national chain like Quizno’s. The people in this place are some of the nicest I’ve ever encountered, and I felt a bit awful about having to cancel my order.

Wow, what a difference a location can make! We were up in Wichita a couple weeks ago, and had Quiznos for the first time in years and it was awesome! So when I saw one in Austin last night I was excited. We ordered the same thing we had in Wichita(if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!). I could not believe the difference! The sandwich I had was the Carbonara, and I was very much looking forward to it. It was a measly half as big. Hardly anything in it. Dried out. Just plain bad. The cookies were dry, and falling apart. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

You want a decent priced quick meal downtown, then come to Quiznos! This was my first time eating at this location and the service was fast and very friendly. While I was waiting for my turkey club, a long time customer brought the staff a cake that she had made especially for them. So sweet! This says alot about the people there. My club was hot and delicious! Will be back here again and again!

The staff are thieves. I am CERTAIN I put thirteen dollars on the counter, looked away, turned back, and there was only eleven(the cashier asked for two more, while adjusting her sleeve in a way I thought was suspicious). The food was awful, too. They put lettuce on it even though I told them not to, and they neglected to put olives on it like I had asked. Their«pepper bar» which is supposed to be one of the appeals of Quiznos had only pickles. :/

BLEH. I had the most awful, spoiled, nasty salad yesterday for lunch. Slimey & chewy ‘chicken’, wilted lettuce and overly sweet dressing. STAYAWAYFROMTHESALADS!!! Sandwiches are good though… BUT — do I go back & make myself look at that nasty thing that got me sick?

Quizno’s is my very favorite fast food restaurant EVER! I’ve probably been to every location in Austin at this point and I’m happy with the downtown location because it is the closest one to my house.

As far as I know this place is the best deal in the capitol area for a quick lunch. I had training near the capitol yesterday and today and went here both days. Large turkey and cheddar sub for under $ 6. The spicy mustard is really good too. The serving line is efficient and the workers are friendly and know the regulars. That is a big plus because some of the other delis near 15th st. have long, slow lines. I had 45 minutes for lunch today and this did the trick.

1.5 stars maybe about as good as you can get with a fast food sandwich joint. I didn’t like the fact that it’s supposed to be toasted but it was soggy. I will note that I got a coupon for a free sandwich but the sandwich wasn’t that bad.

Eeew. This place sucks ass. I have eaten there twice, due to my locale at the day job. Bleeeeeeeggghhhhhh. Each time I noticed a weird metallic taste. The chunky Emo chick that takes your order doesn’t listen if you ask NOT to put on the way-too-sweet Mayo-spooge on your lunch. oooh, it’s already in the toast-o-lator. Too bad. Sorry. Very processed. Very ersatz. I thought it would be better than Subway, but it’s just as shitty. This place was renovated back in 1986, and the sticky film still remains.
