Red cyps for life. I am a christan but I also support all other religions in the world and Starbucks. Honestly I think I better idea would have been a better idea to keep Christmas on the cups but also add Muslims and catholics

Typical Starbucks but this is my favorite! I have been here many times times and for a Starbucks it is a good place to go to get a jolt. I use the Starbucks app and the order is ALWAYS ready when I walk in, no matter how many people are there Friendly staff and clean. Bathrooms are unisex, and are inspected and usually very clean. However, I have seen slobs for customers go in and come out without even bothering to flush. Just mention to a staff member. They always have cute sayings on little blackboards. After Church crowds can be large, so that is when the app comes in handy. An excellent Money Machine is in a drive through at the bank next door. Traffic can be a problem and it is a bit hard to find the first time, but that makes it even better.

Fast service. Quiet relatively compared to other Starbucks. Driving through is convenient.

I’m a regular and the staff is always on it and friendly. Drink is always right and never wrong. Come to think of it, the drinks have always been great. I do drive thru and walk inside; depends on my daughter(2).

Their Wi-Fi is out and has been since Saturday. They didn’t seem like they were in a hurry to get it fixed, nor did they have a sign up to let you know it wasn’t working. Not an easy Starbucks to get in and out of, and I spent almost twenty minutes trying to log on until I finally asked about the internet connection. If you want high priced and average Starbucks coffee, this place is as good as any, but if you want to use some Wi-Fi go to another place or location.

When a momma wants coffee… You look for a Starbucks. I wouldn’t say this is my favorite place to get coffee but it is what I look for when i NEED coffee

My service here has been 50⁄50. Sometimes they are awesome. Sometimes they are far from awesome. I have gotten some major attitude from one if the girls at the drive thru when they gave me the wrong drink. Annie was Very unapologetic and snotty. Even walking around the corner and not dealing with me. I was being way more patient then I normally am.

i was there last thursday oct 30th around 1020am getting a drink before work. The mostly bald, puffy, red eyed gentlemen at the drive thru was stoned, drunk or incompetent or all the above. I ordered a half decaffeinated iced pumpkin spice latte, EZ ice. He hands me my drink annoyed like it was the end of the world & that my drink was JUST too complicated for him to comprehend. and goes«hello…there… here… is…your…drink…here.is.your.card.» it was in a sarcastic mocking tone. After he hands me my drink, i said thank you… then he tells me «don’t text and drive» and laughs. I could hear the staff behind him laughing either b/c this barista is half retarded or cheering him on. This was extremely rude to be mocking your customer & tell them what to do especially when they aren’t even texting and driving. won’t go back to this starbucks for a while. terrible customer service.

Wish this location was easier to get to… traffic makes it difficult. But I love my chai lattes!

The first coffee order was incorrect & they quickly remade it with no complaints & gave the extra one back us asking if anyone else in the car would like it

Great coffee is how I like to start my day and this is has plenty. With a great tasty pasty or a good tasting morning sandwich to go with that, it helps to start the day right, nevertheless I always stop by when I get a chance.

The service is mediocre. Often there will be 5 – 7 employees milling around, chatting, and dragging their feet while we wait in line. Cashiers are very slow. They could really learn a few things from the 24th& Nueces location, which ROCKS on the service.

Back to my morning kickstart spot but this time it’s for my freebee! I love this location because it’s never a ridiculous wait. Seems like they get cars through faster too. It’s kinda tough to get to, but it’s worth the roundabout. …even for a $ 5 coffee!

Very difficult to get to if you’re coming up 290 from downtown. Do not attempt to U-turn to get into the parking lot. Assuming a U-turn was fine, as it was not marked not to attempt that complete death move, I U-turned and just about died from fear trying to maneuver through the oncoming traffic. Bad planning. Put up a sign! Also, you have to go through the back neighborhood to get back on 290. So lame. Hate bad road planning. Not Starbuck’s fault. Starbucks is just Starbucks, so they are always great in my book.

I couldn’t imagine starting my work day without stopping by this Starbuck’s beforehand. The employees are always so darling and chipper and the coffee is great — the best way to begin my day.

Not the easiest of locations to get to, but once you figure it out it isn’t as difficult to maneuver 290 as it looks. Quality drinks and snacks like all Starbucks. They have a good set up for seating for reading or studying. The service is stellar as usual.

Okay, so its a Starbucks, if you need to know more about it, see my other reviews. Otherwise, this one is cool– They collect rainwater to filter and treat for use on the property, it has lovely natural lighting, and the staff was so stoned when I went here, that they had trouble understanding a simple order and had to remake it twice because the first two times weren’t even close.

I was visiting my parents in Dripping Springs and popped into here two times. It was the only coffee shop open at 7am in the area. The ones in Dripping Springs do not open till 9am or 10am on the weekend. Like one of the other reviewers said you can easily miss this location if you are not looking. I had to u-turn to go back to it. I used the drive thru service both times. They have their drive-thru system down and you will never be waiting terribly long. The employees that I talked to were very nice. The only thing that bothers me about starbucks drive thru is they do not list all the pastries and foods on their menu. Sort of a bother to have to ask the barista about what they actually have inside.

As much as I claim to hate the corporate machinery of Starbucks, I find myself here a lot because it’s on my way to work and they make my coffee just the way I like it. They also stand out for having pretty much the nicest, most cheerful employees I have ever seen at a Starbucks, or for any coffee place, for that matter. Well, except for that one guy. :) (he he he, now they will be trying to figure out who«that guy» is.)

Day 4 of interviewing for a Daily cheers for my morning coffee since they recently closed my Sunset Valley Starbucks after 8 years of me going in daily :(… The Fabulous — — Katrina, Michael and Brian are all here — YAY, friendly faces. — Katrina was there to greet me today, which made it feel less like being a stranger. The Good — — They have the ovens to make hot breakfast sandwiches — They have a Drive Through — Free Wi-Fi — Large lounge area including a conference table — New building The not so good — — They have a Drive Through… so café service feels rushed and you don’t get the same interaction you get in this store than you do in the store that is a stand alone café. The drive through action brings an impersonal feeling to the counter service. I know Mc Donalds is trying to compete with Starbucks, but Starbucks cannot be Mc Starbucks. — Most of the parking spaces are situated to where you have to walk in from the patio, I walked in through a cloud of an employee’s smoke(YUK) — Automation stickers on the cups feel less personal — I miss the markers and smiley faces — This is literally the hardest location to get to, if you are headed west on 290, you have to go through the light at the«Y» and hang a u-turn… and for some reason, drivers on 290 are not nice about letting you into traffic… and there is always traffic. — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — The verdict, I will have to give this a few more visits to have a proper review. It was good Katrina was there, and I did not have to call my drink order, but I still need the feel of cheers, and today, I was just a person getting coffee to all but Katrina. I would imagine if I frequent, it would change. I just hope the customers are NOT the ones on 290 that don’t let people into traffic.
