No way! I’ve had cheesecake all over the US for eons and these little round cheesecake bites are the most flavorable I’ve ever eaten. Pound for pound the all time champion cheesecake! Her main trailer is in a cool trailer food park a tad outside of town, and whichever flavors you go for you will not be disappointed. The trailer graphics are really cool too! However if you’re downtown her cheesecakes are also offered at a taco trailer on Rainey(Don’t ask, I have no idea. I’m just glad they are). If you’re a cheesecake fan, or just crave a very flavorable dessert, these are not to be missed!

YUM! After a late lunch/early dinner(and at a terrible restaurant) we wanted to find some cheesecake to end our vacation before our flight out the next day. I googled and up popped this gem. All the other trailers were closed for the day(I think it was around 4pm) since it was a little cold but their Facebook page said they’d be there so she we headed over. I’m so glad we did. The co-owner was fantastic! We asked lots of questions(we don’t exactly have food truck parks in MN since they can basically park freely here) and she was great with answering everything our inquiring minds wanted to know. We decided on 3 — 1 of each flavor(plain, chocolate pretzel, mixed berry). I then left for the restroom while my mom stayed to pay. When I came back, we had been given 6, including 1 with a birthday candle for my mom who was celebrating her 60th birthday. We sang her happy birthday there! This visit/the cheesecakes were just the icing on top of an already fantastic vacation. Thank you!

Cheesecakes were delicious and perfect sizes for an after dinner dessert and Celia is as sweet as her baking.

5⁄5 stars after 33 reviews says a lot. These cheesecakes were delicious! They rotate 4 different cheesecakes flavors daily, but they always have the classic cheesecake. They are $ 3 each for a small sized portion that take about 3 bites to eat. 4 bites if you want to savor each bite(as we did). Like the other reviews have said before me, the lady who sold us our cheesecakes was also really friendly! We ordered 4 different cheesecakes for a friend’s birthday. Each of the cheesecake flavors was perfection. The graham crust was the perfect amount of size/crumbly/crunchy flavor for the overall cheesecake. I’m so glad we chose to get these bites for my friend’s birthday instead of going with a store-bought cake. My only complaint is that the small portion size was not enough for the price. $ 3 easily adds up.

EATHERE! This was my first food truck experience and I loved it! The lady who was running the truck was super nice and even gave us a Halloween treat which was cute decorated original cheesecake! I had a pumpkin cheesecake, white chocolate raspberry(obviously a good choice!) and smores. I loved that it was bite size so I could try multiple flavors as I do not live in Texas. GREAT cheese cake and a great value. Do yourself a favor and try it! Thank you for a fantastic first food truck experience!

The Cheesecake comes in super cute small cakes and is delicious! We got all 4 flavors of the day and the apple pie one was so good! Not to mention the atmosphere here is also unique and chill. Definitely a new dessert favorite! The flavor, environment, and music makes it a true experience. Totally stopping by whenever I’m in town!

I am such a fan of The Celia Jacobs Cheesecake Experience! I was out«passbooking» with a friend and we for sure heard the hype about the cheesecake bites so naturally we had to stop by! The trailer is so fitting for the bites of cheesecake! Midway trailer park is such a great place to hang out with friends, hang out with your dog, hang out with your kids, or just plain hang out! We tried one of each cheesecake bite that she had that day and they were all GREAT! I think the mini bites are perfect because I personally feel sick when I try and eat a huge piece of cheesecake! This way you can try many different flavors and not feel like you need to spend a year in the gym! Totally pleased with my cheesecake experience!

Love the cheesecakes here! So good! They have different flavors to pick from, and they usually have different on daily basis. The lady who works there is so friendly. I think I just discovered my new addiction!

My fiancé and I always go to midway food truck for this food truck. The owners are the sweetest ladies you will ever meet. They even give us advice on what to do for the weekend! and their cheesecakes are just soooo good, you will have to order a box! In fact, we are so fond of their cheesecakes, we requested to have them make us lots of cheesecake for our engagement party! They always change and rotate flavors, which keeps us coming back for more! It’s addicting!!!

I was already stuffed when I got the mixed berry cheesecake. I still stuffed it down and it was delicious. Next time I come here with an empty stomach and order all the cheesecake. I don’t even like cheesecake that much.

Love, Love, Love Celia Jacobs Cheesecake experience. Some of the nicest staff I have meet. They always have NY style cheesecake and they alternate at least 3 other unique cheesecake flavors. The cheesecake is delicious and the graham crust is perfection. My partner is not much of a cheesecake person, but he loves to try all their innovative flavors. They are also very active on facebook and Instagram, so you can check out their daily flavors.

On a Saturday when my wife was at a work event, I thought I’d wander around town and see what I could dig my face into. Midway Food Park crossed my radar, and what better item to get your sticky hands on when you don’t have accountability than a piece of cheesecake? Apparently, they have an army of flavors, cycling through 4 of them each day. On the occasion that I dropped by, I got the variety pack – cookies and cream, NY original, coconut cream, and caramel apple. The coconut cream went above and beyond. When you think about everything you need in a quality cheesecake, you would be hard-pressed to find another that rivals that of Celia Jacobs. The goods here offer fullness of mouthfeel(which, obviously, can only be found in full-fat, full-dairy products), the perfect balance of sweetness and tartness, and ideal crust. If you know what is good for you and can stomach cheesecake on top of your lunch, you would do well to get a couple bites down the hatch from Celia Jacobs.

If you haven’t tried this yet, no big deal. You just need to drop everything you’re doing and get down there immediately. Fair warning though, once you’ve tried their cheesecake bites, you’ll be able to die happy. People who aren’t big on dessert love this cheesecake. People who don’t like cheesecake love this cheesecake. People who love cheesecake and have been eating it their whole lives enough to be picky about their cheesecake love this cheesecake. To top if off, the two ladies who run this trailer will be two of the nicest people you’ve met. My favorite flavors: Lemonade(and I don’t like lemonade the drink, nor lemon-flavored desserts) Strawberry Strawberry Lemonade Chocolate-covered strawberry Blueberry Mixed berry Caramel Apple Coconut Cream Espresso Truffle Whatever else they have at any given time. Even the NY Style is delicious. It’s just really good cheesecake. The cheesecake bites are a 3– or 4– bite dessert. Small enough to get a few flavors if you’re going to want to try all the flavors they have for the day(and they’ll pack you a cute pink box if you’d like to take some home). My advice to you while eating these cheesecake bites is to sit down, use a fork, and savor. Whatever you do, don’t leave Austin without trying this.

This brightly colored hippie themed airstream with«Bake Love Not War» and peace signs sprawled on the sides is located at the Midway Food Park. The trailer’s name is very fitting as biting into the«bite sized» cheesecakes is a blissful experience. They make over 30 flavors of their artisan cheesecakes and are priced at $ 3. I took a classic, apple cinnamon and the raspberry white chocolate to go. When I got home and opened the pretty pink box Jesse and I spilt them in halves so we could indulge in all 3 flavors. All of them had the perfect texture and were delicious! The classic stood up well on its own but I do prefer something a little extra on my cheesecake. The apple and cinnamon was subtle and light. The richer raspberry chocolate was my absolute favorite! Midway is very kid friendly and dog friendly. They are also BYOB so grab a bottle and a friend or two and come enjoy lobster rolls, sliders or Italian food from the other excellent trailers but do save room for cheesecake.

Extremely friendly staff and the type of people you want to support and you hope does well. Upon visiting today I realized this was the same place that used to be on Rainey Street, which I visited a year or so ago. Both times I’ve been here, Celia and/or her staff have been extremely warm and friendly and the Cheesecake was easily warranting of a 5 star review as well. Perfectly rich, creamy and not overly sweet at all, and the crusts are perfection on the NY Cheesecake. Typically I go for more adventurous flavors of anything when given the option, and I probably never would have chosen the standard NY Cheesecake flavor on my own, but I came for Truck by Truckwest today and had a sample of it and have to say it was amazing. Simple, but perfect and good enough to get me to buy 4 more to bring home with me. The miniature sizes are perfect for a non-gluttonous dessert or to sample a few different flavors. Definitely will be back!

Groovy, baby. This van looks like it came out of an Austin Powers movie. Look for the one with hippie flowers painted all over– you can’t miss it. The ladies at the truck were really talkative, and they are clearly passionate about their cheesecakes. They gave me a preview of what’s to come on their fall menu– pumpkin and winter spice(AKA snickerdoodle). Um, YES. Yet another reason to look forward to the fall, in addition to Starbucks PSL’s, oversized sweaters, and leaves changing colors(oh wait, that doesn’t happen here). I tried all of the flavors that day– Oreo, Chai, caramel apple, and New York style. It’s really everything you’d want in a cheesecake. Creamy, rich, and good crust to cheese ratio. Oh, that crust. I especially liked the caramel apple. You get cheesecake and apple pie in one– best of both worlds! The New York style was weakest; I’d skip that one. I only wish these mini cheesecakes weren’t so mini, because I could easily eat 4 of these, and before I know it, I’ve spent $ 12 on a few bites.

I’m not generally a cheesecake person… except here. They make the BEST cheesecake I’ve ever, ever had. That’s pretty much all you need to know to get yourself there asap, but Unilocal tells me this review is shorter than most, and I could certainly say more about this place. I first had their little cakes on Rainey Street, where I discovered their big green airstream and met the wonderful women who both bake and sell the cakes themselves. I have more recently tried their Midway location, which is super far from me, but worth it for the aesthetic of the place. I’ve had a shameful number of their flavors by now, including(but not limited to) some of my favorites: NYC vanilla, strawberry, blueberry, lemonade, peanut butter, coffee, cookies n crème, butter crunch(like a butterfinger but waaaaaay better) cookie dough, red velvet, dark chocolate, white chocolate, and that crazy one they had at the 4th of July that had three flavors?! Oh man, now that I list them, that really IS a shameful amount of cheese cake. Whatever. It’s worth it and I have no plans to stop eating cheesecake in the future. I love you, TCJCE. Thanks for being my one and only cheesecakery.

Thank you, Dessert God, for placing Celia Jacobs’ delectable cheesecakes so near to my home. I’m not a big dessert person, so I almost missed out on these tasty delights. I’m eager to fulfill my intermittent sweets cravings with one of her many cheesecake varieties. Each day, she offers different cheesecake varieties. When we stopped by her food truck at the Midway Food Park on 360 South, she had Oreo, strawberry, turtle, and New York-style cheesecake bites. Though they are BITES, I’d say they’re a solid 3 bites if you tend to scarf your food. If you’re going to enjoy every blissful taste, it could be up to 8 bites. And those bites are worth it. After enjoying our 1st of 3 cheese cakes(Oreo, strawberry, New York-style), I looked Celia up on Facebook to see her other varieties. My God. She has about 30 varieties and all of them sound equally as decadent as the ones I tasted. Having recently had the most disappointing cheesecake at Siena, I was pleasantly surprised to learn of a nice local truck producing quality cheesecake Wednesday-Sunday from 11am-9pm(check for daily hour changes). Celia needs to show up at Siena with her own version of lemon marscapone cheesecakes to blow the Siena chefs out of the water. How awesome would it be to get a cheesecake gig with Siena? Now, I know how it is. Sometimes, when you hear great things about a restaurant or a movie, you set this unreasonable expectation when you experience that thing. No, the cheesecakes aren’t magical. You’re not going to eat them and get skinny, eat them and discover the cure for cancer, or eat them and become a 5-star pastry chef. Disappointment comes from having expectations that aren’t met. So don’t put unreasonable expectations on these cheesecakes and enjoy them for what they are: rich, creamy, flavorful, and shared with you by a women who takes joy in making cheesecake for the Austin community.

Bite size morsels of fluffy heaven packed full of flavor, and they don’t leave you feeling like a lead weight has dropped into your stomach, a steal for only $ 3 each. Their flavors rotate each day, and the window is at the front of the trailer, not the side like most food trucks. If you follow them on Facebook you can stay up to date on the daily menu. The service was super friendly and informative. For those with wheat sensitivities, I was able to just scrape off the thin crumb bottom without any issues. Some of her flavors have ingredients that have wheat baked in like the butter crunch, so I went for the strawberry instead. The cheesecake actually had bits of strawberry baked throughout. The flavor was well balanced between strawberry and cheese and wasn’t too sweet. The texture was light and fluffy and it melted with every bite. You can get a box to take them away, or eat them onsite. A great addition to the midway park, but will definitely miss them on rainey street.
