Awesome store awesome location fantastic variety!
This is my go to for supplements in Austin. I’m one of those people that really wants to hold something in my hand and stare at it for an hour before purchasing, Which doesn’t help much in this virtual world today.
But here they have all the supplements and most top sellers on the market especially off the bible of
. I was just in there today and had a very pleasant experience, It was quiet and relaxing and not busy at all, and when my phone’s internet wasn’t working, the (I think) manager Brenda, helped me log on to one of there store computers to help me retrieve the info I was looking for. I got everything I was looking for at a very competitive price to online.

Best place for inexpensive supplements and vitamins and all things health food. I like the location and it is never busy, although most supplements shops are not. Even though online shopping has been having more competitive prices lately, I feel that the Vitamin Shoppe has kept up better than other nutrition store chains. They even honor their online pricing! You can’t beat it.
The manager helped me get the online pricing for a container of protein powder and I find the salespeople too not be too pushy and they definitely seem more knowledgeable than another large and well known supplement chain. Also, it seems like there is always street parking on Lamar. They have everything I could want – even some obscure and lesser-​known supplements that I research on Amazon and

Its great having a place where I can pick up my supplements and save money on shipping/​handling. They have an ample selection and staff are quite helpful. Instead of upselling my friend they offered a cheaper alternative to a brand he was considering while explaining the background of the product. They also have a rewards card that accumulates points with each purchase. Looks like my days of online supp buying are done.
