Ok Superbowl Sunday so I should be understanding. But I’m not going to be I came in and ordered my food at 12:30 and came back at 2:10 to be told they where running 30 minutes behind. I understand that they are busy but to not be ready for this day is not acceptable. I decided to wait 30 minutes for my food since I did not have a back up plan. Good wings but they need to do something about the customer service and there approach to opening on superbowl Sunday especially if they are going to take your money quote you a time and then decided to make you wait additional time.

Ever since I can remember I’ve been a fan of fried chicken, let alone chicken wings and when I moved to Bakersfield many years ago found this place. Since finding Wingstop I have been hooked on their wings, the primary reason is how consistent they have been with their wings and sauces.
I’ve visited on several occasions whether for myself or for family and always have been happy with my food and the service. One thing you need to know is that the line to order can get long cause this place is popular, mostly in the evenings and weekends. The one way you can avoid that is by ordering online, then you come in and get your order. You still have to get in line but your wait time is not as long if you ordered then and there.
Wingstop offers a variety of sauces and now even offer a few different options for your wings, from traditional to boneless. The sauces I frequent are Original, Garlic Parmesan, BBQ and Cajun, but I recently tried another flavor and it was the perfect balance of sweet and heat. This would be the Mango Habanero, I’m not huge on sweet but this was a great contrast to the amount of heat coming from the habanero.
Besides the wings they also have fries which are quite good and veggie sticks, Celery and Carrot. They are actually fresh tasting and paired with ranch can be that side dish to accommodate the wings. They offer a cheese dip, blue cheese dip and ranch, all are great to dip your fries or veggie sticks. I’m not a Coke fan but then do have the 100 Flavor Coke machine which is not bad, but I prefer Pepsi. They also offer bottled Rootbeer, can’t remember the name but it is good. And I believe they offer some beer, not on my ordering list when I go here so not entirely sure.
I have to admit that in comparison to a few other places that do wings, Wingstop is my choice, but then again I haven’t tried all the wings spots here in Bakersfield. Am I missing out, probably… do I care… not right now.

I’ve have been working by this Wingstop and never stopped untill today … I ordered the Mild Original Wing Combo .The cashier was nice and courteous, It took 20 minutes for my order. The fries have a weird taste and where soggy. I did like the Soda machine, it has all kinds of Varieties of drink. I got the grape poweraid which was a blessing since I had been working. The restaurant is very small and very loud. I’m not picky and will eat just about anything but Unfortunately I will not be returning to this establishment. I just do not understand the hype.

Nothing special. My boyfriend and I ordered the 15 piece boneless wings, mild, and we both got a couple pieces of chicken that were very rubbery with fat. Gross. We prefer Buffalo’s wings better. They got the 2 stars for the decent service. We ordered online and only waited a minute or two for the food.

I got here at 11:30pm and they close at 12am and they were still rushing me out when I was trying to enjoy my meal. I found it rude and disrespectful.

Best wings you can eat! Love there fries too! You all should try the mango habanero.

Second time I tried ordering directly from this app and my order never arrived… again!
First off, I’d leave zero stars, but it isn’t allowed.
I was craving boneless wings and fries. Love this place, so I decided to try ordering online to speed things up. Ordering process is easy. Got a confirmation email. Finished my shopping and went to pick up my lunch.
Line was out the door. They don’t have a line specifically for call in or online orders. I waited about five minutes to get to the register to pay. My order was not there. Guy asked for my confirmation number. I showed him the confirmation email. Order had never been placed. I left a little sad, foodless and hungry!

Got my kid the three chicken tender combo and two boneless chicken wing combos. We waited over 20 min, when asked why everyone after us was getting there food they said it was because of the tenders. When we finally did get are order the boneless wings were Cold and three tenders hot. Was running sort on time so I didn’t say anything. Ever disappointed. The fries were over salted to.

Worst service slow workers and they lie to you how long it will be a lot flies!!! Very disappointed no management insight no leadership 40 minute wait

This is the only place I’ll come when I have a wing craving. They recently updated their menu board to make it look more sleek. I normally order the wingless 10 piece combo that comes with fries and a drink ($ 10.99). The sauce I get is the mild, but I decided to also try their new Spicy Korean sauce. The new sauce is now my favorite. It has the taste of teriyaki sauce mixed with sriracha and chili paste meaning it has a nice spicy kick. Occasionally their fries can be greasy but for the most part are pretty good.

Been coming here since it opened and I still love the Cajun flavor wings and that great french fry seasoning. I would’ve given 4 stars if they could just get wings with a tad more meat on them.

Went to Wing — stop on Sunday at around 2:00 p.m.
I ordered the mix of three to go, it came with regular hot, Louisiana dry rub, and Garlic Parmessan. After ordering I was told that it would be about a 15 minute wait. I then waited 15 minutes, and I took it home only to realize that the meat was dry and everything was like chicken jerky. The regular hot was good only because of the sauce. The Louisiana dry rub was ok only because because of the dry rub. And the garlic parmessan had no flavor. Don’t waist your money on dry food.

Tasty, hott and fresh out of the deep fryer. Original hot wings with a side of fries with no shake, and an ice cold orange soda. Yum!

This is my go to place for wings!
It’s a small place on the inside. If you’re coming with a big group of people then you’ll have to put tables together and get dirty looks from others since they only have like 9 tables in there.
I usually always order online and take my food home. I’ve never had to wait for my order and I’ve never received old wings. The wings are always fresh and I order the fries extra crispy so those are fresh as well.
I love the lemon pepper & bbq wings! The garlic parmesan are just okay to me & I like the cajun too. You can also order lemon pepper on your fries along with a couple other flavors instead of the regular seasoning.
Service is sometimes just not that great and that’s why they get a star knocked off. Mostly the cashiers are easy going but you can tell when they are frustrated by how busy it is. I did have one experience where they gave me the wrong wings and I didn’t notice until I was already home but when I called the cashier admitted the mistake, was apologetic, and had another order for us ready to pick up again.
I always recommend Wingstop and I’ll always eat here.

I’ve been here multiple times and it’s been good well not this time!
They shorted me wings, fries taste old and wilted. They gave me the wrong flavors. I get home and open my food up and not happy one bit! & our food took 30 min when 3 people who ordered after Us got their order first

I wanted to try out wingstop since i have not tried them in many years. When we walked in, we waited in line for several mins and then it was our turn to order. We ordered the 10 Piece wing combo special. The sauce we ordered was lemon pepper and mango habanero. It comes with fries and a drink. It took about 15 mins for us to get the order. The wings weren’t that big but it was delicious. The fries I like the most. I like the seasoning on the fries. Its crunchy and very tasty. When Im in the mood for wings, i will be back again.

I Have Been to this WingStop Location Multiple Times And I Love It!
The Food Is Always Straight Out of the Fryer to the Sauce Station To the Costumer, Always Nice And Warm.
My Favorite Flavors Are Cajun and Lemon Pepper.
Really Good! The Fries are Always Great also the Little Powder They Put On The Top Is So Good.
Service Wise I have Nothing But Good Experience They are Always Quick and Friendly, I have Never Had To Wait more than 15 Minutes For My Food.
Love WingStop On Gosford and I Will Continue to enjoy there Good Food! =)

Didn’t wait too long for our order, to-​go.
We ordered 10 pc classic wing meal and added 5 wings to it. Came with fries and a 20 oz drink.
We tried mango habanero, original hot, and Cajun.
All for less than 16 bucks, pretty good desl for two people.
It was satisfying, not the best wings I’ve ever had but for being a chain restaurant… It met my craving for wings.
The flavors were yummy, they forgot our ranch dressing that came with the meal :/​
And no napkins???
Plenty of tv’s to watch the game. Feels too uncomfortably crowded to eat in. I say take it to go and watch a game at movie at home.
All in all, it was okay.

Im a chicken wing addict and Wingstop is my dealer. Its a franchise restaurant but they are great at what they do. Great for parties great for dine in or take out AND they have a military discount which works for me.
