La Pizza Loca

This place is such a rip of I ordered pizza from them a couple times not my last order but the one before that a couple months ago they screwed up my order, was late for delivery, and the pizza they sent me was super greasy I called in to complain to a female manager I can’t remember her name she apologized for the pizza gave me a coupon code and told me this would be for a free large pizza I wrote down the code to save now just right now I call in to this location to see if she could give me my code because I misplaced mine she said that she couldn’t look up codes so I ask her to look up my account seeing how I’ve ordered with them before over the phone, online and even in person I give her my number she says nothing has come up I ask if there is any other way she can look she says no, it probably isn’t coming up because we got a new system, so I say I lost my coupon because you guys got a new system she says yes. The only thing she says she can do is give me 50% off my pizza for pick up I say ok so a large pizza is $ 5 plus tax she calculates my order in her system and says my total is going to be $ 4.95 I was like but that’s not half off she says well that’s the amount my system gives me, I’m just like but that’s not half off she blames her system again. This place is beyond ridiculous your employees can’t even do basic math anyway tomorrow I will be calling to speak with the current manager to discuss there many issues

Fucken horrible. Don’t waste your hard earned money on this place guys. Do yourself a favor and go to Costco and get a waaayyy better piece of pie there. Any other pizza place you can think of. You thought about it? Well guess what it’s 10X better than PIZZA LOCA. Your welcome

Worst service in Baldwin Park. Called 4 times and was left on hold every time for a long period of time! Never will i buy from them again.

The price is tempting, but I wouldn’t order food from here for my worst enemy.
I used to be a regular customer. It tasted good and was prepared well.
The first thing that made me reconsider was the owner (?) or top manager of the store could care less about customer service. The workers are more conscientious than she is. I was the only customer waiting to pick up my order. She kept the only employee from helping me by blabbing on and on. She knew I was there, yet couldn’t pause for 2 minutes to give me my order. When I mentioned this to her, she couldn’t care less.
Her ignorant attitude I can overlook since she’s rarely there. But what really made up my mind for me later was finding a little COCKROACH baked in under the cheese layer of my pizza. I haven’t been back since…

It’s a good pizza place when you’re on a budget! Or when you’re with a bunch of friends. 12 bucks will get you 32 slices of pizza. I always call for pick up so I never have to wait and usually the place has no more than two people in line so there’s never a wait.

Horrible. That’s all I have to say.

well, my experience with the pizza loca have been positive. To be perfectly honest… they are one of the places that the cheese tastes really good!!! the location on Francisquito has been there for a very long time, they always have great deals and the pizza is really good! I live a block away and walk over to pick up a pie. to be perfectly honest, this location is not the best… lets just say I would lock my car doors at night, so if your not from around here now you have a heads up!

I don’t remember La Pizza Loca being this bad.
It’s been more than 10 years since I last tried this pizza when I lived back in South Central LA, back then it was tasty and they put lots of cheese and pepperonni, but not this time around.
I saw a commercial on a latin channel about la gigante being $ 9.99. (fine print, take out only). We decided to order 1 La Gigante and 1 order of wings. I was told it would be ready to be picked up in 20 mins.
I picked it up, took it home. The pizza and the wings were both pale and tasteless. I agree with the other reviewer, it was like eating a cardboard.
There was hardly any cheese or pepperonni. The wings tasted like they have been taken out of the freezer and put in the microwave to defrost for 2 minutes. Totally awful. I will never buy from this place again. I do not recommend anyone to try this pizza.

i just moved to la puente and got a coupon for a free large pizza from la pizza loca, had a friend over for her birthday and to watch the nba playoff game and it was BY FAR, the worst pizza either one of us has ‘ever’ had. crust was like cardboard AND, i had called ahead to see if they were open on sunday, the guy i talked to (i got his name but won’t write it here) asked me how much my coupon was for and i told him 7.49 and he said ‘large pizza is 4.49 right now so you can use the remainder to add toppings’…when i got there, the rude girl at the counter acted like i was speaking another language and said ‘everything that guy told me was wrong’ and since he wasn’t there, it was just my word and it would be about 30 min. till our crappy pizza was done. i added the ‘crappy’ after we tasted it.
