Non existent service. I arrived at 9.30pm and an employee closed the door behind me telling others the store was closed. The would-be customers complained that the sign on the door points out that they close at 10pm but they were told that they were running out of chicken. They closed the door but never locked it so customers continued to arrive and walk in only to be told to leave because they were not open using the same excuse that they did not have enough food. Once I was served, every single employee went back to the kitchen like they had not eaten in weeks. In fact they continued to cook for themselves and all sat down to eat. 8 employees sitting together to eat while customers were still in the store. The employees were just helping themselves to the bottled drinks like they owned the place and the whole dining room was disgustingly dirty. I live only a block from this location and I would never go back. I assume most customers were tourists because I would think this would have been the last visit for anyone who came in to this place.

I’ve been to number of stores at different locations within the chipotle chain, and this new store definitely caught my attention. Not only is it conveniently located, the service is also better than many of the stores in the Baltimore area. Servers are happy and not too stingy. Food is good. The one downside is that they no longer have fresh lemons by the sauce station.

I eat at Chipotle a lot and generally walk down to the Chipotle on the harbor when in Baltimore. I was happy to find a new location right near the hotel corridor. All I can say about this new location is «Whatever you do… don’t get the „steak“ in your burrito!» Nasty tendons and fat was like trying to chew a big wad of bubble gum. Had to discreetly spit it out into a napkin and was stuck with a vegetarian burrito. Someone has to get on top of quality control at this location!

Didn’t go well. It smelled strange when we entered, the server didn’t care and gave half portions, place was pretty dirty. Overall, the worst Chipotle I’ve been to.

Doesn’t deserve the name Chipotle. How can a Mexican food establishment be out f steak, cheese and sour cream? At least they weren’t eating on the line today, probably because they were out of cheese. It’s a shame there isn’t a whole foods that sells cheese within walking distance. Oh wait, there is. Will not be going back.

I have loved this location for the past few years. However, they have recently dropped the ball. I got a burrito from here recently. The brown rice was hard and the chicken didn’t have any flavor. This is the 2nd Chipotle location in Baltimore that has disappointed me.

Chipotle is awesome but this chain isn’t. The serving sizes here are weak & disappointing! I have to ask for extra just to get the normal/regular portion at other Chipotle locations! And then you’re charged extra, what a joke. The staff workers here need to communicate better with each other! The line was held up because they were out of chicken and we had to wait for them to cook & prep more! They were also out of the red hot sauce! I don’t know why but they just didn’t offer it at all. Every time I’ve ordered from here, there was always a delay due to meats and/or toppings needing to be replenished.

It’s a staple. Can’t complain too much about the chain. Who can argue with the chicken or steak bowl combo?(other than the $ 2.50 guac) Although lately I’ve noticed when scooping out the salsas into a burrito bowl, it gets a little soupy. The end result looks like a trough of slop. And I smack myself for not getting the chips! Can’t they use a strainer spoon? I hate to be a negative Nancy… but the other day at lunch I was ordering the soupy burrito bowl when one of the teenage girls working the toppings station skipped all of the toppings after the sour cream and shoved it straight to the cash register. I was polite and said excuse me could you put the rest of the toppings on mine? and pointed to which ones. She flipped out at me: DON’T POINTNEARTHEGLASS!!. I was caught off guard by her hostility. She was pleasant to the rest of my coworkers after me. She also hooked them up. So I couldn’t help but feel if this was a female thing or a racial thing against me. My only suggestion is to teach the workers some proper etiquette to deal with all customers. Btw, I wasn’t going to say anything but I’m on a roll… does anyone else notice how dirty the place always looks? I would have given 3 stars since it still is Chipotle but that nasty teenager bumped it way down

This is one of my guilty pleasures. I work right across the street from this location and end up here 2 – 3 times a week for lunch. I just can’t say no to a good burrito bowl. This place is always busy for lunch, but the line crew does a great job of getting everyone’s order done in a timely fashion with rare mistakes. The ingredients are fresh, and the meat is prepared well. My ONLY gripe is that they don’t ever seem to have any spoons available at the drink station.

I do love Chipotle… but not this one. A mild case of food poisoning can ruin any day. I set my lifetime record for pooping yesterday… at least 10 times. Eaks. Started right after my burrito so there is no confusing the cause and effect here.

Service is good. This place is packed during the lunchtime rush, but the staff moves extremely quick so I’ve never had to wait long at all. Chipotle is Chipotle — you know what to expect. I do like that this location has an ample amount of outdoor seating which has a nice view of the water.

I’m always a fan of chipotle, but the service falls short. Which is probably due to the long crowded short. I noticed that the work area where the food sat wasn’t kept clean and food was dropping into another bowls.

I always love going to Chipotle. No matter how the service is the food makes up for it. At this location though the food and service were both excellent. When i arrived there was a very long line out the door, but quickly was worked through. Upon arriving to the counter to order, the employees were very nice and help me with everything quickly. The whole experience was great, the employees had me laughing the whole order process. I will definitely be back to this location.

This review is specific to this particular location as overall, Chipotle is a great chain with fresh ingredients and tasty food. However, the Inner Harbor location always seems to fall short of expectations. I can overlook the crowds because I think people dining in the Inner Harbor should know what they’re getting into, but the quality of food and service, more often than not, is poor. Oftentimes, the servings aren’t too generous, and on my recent visit the rice was incredibly crunchy. I’ve had much better experiences at other locations.

I still dont know what the big deal is about Chipotle and why there is always a massive line here. Being that this is in the inner harbor tons of tourists are going to be there. Most of which are the kind that will lean over the serving glass and reach their hand over to point at the topping they want on their burrito. People the glass is there for a reason! Dont lean over it or reach over it with your dirty hands from petting the sting rays at the aquarium!!! Tips: You can order 1 taco and order online before you go. Also they do the Quesarito here.

K, I am generally a Chipotle fan, but this one is the pitts. AVOID. Here’s why: 1) NO A/C — we went on a weekend and the inside was actually hotter than the outside. Gross. 2) Excruciatingly slow service. 3) Very skimpy on the portions — not usually an issue with Chipotle, where you walk out 12 pounds heavier, lol! My recommendation if you’re looking in the Inner Harbor? Hit up the Aquarium cafeteria instead — food there’s actually pretty reasonable and you’ll avoid the cluster *f* that is this awful Chipotle.
