Low-key, divey type of bar that’s not quite in the center of activity in Fells Point. They have great edamame and hummus. Decent prices on drinks, and patio seating where people — watching is the only entertainment you’ll need. Actually, the night we were there we got to see a high speed chase with circling helicopters, a unicyclist, and a constant parade of buzzed, wannabe comedians. I’ll be back!

Hanging out down fells point and my friend wanted something to eat, she apparently eats there frequently and said the food was good. i will agree with here the crab cakes were delicious and I’m very picky about crab cakes. I also had sirrachi honey wings they were ok. It wasn’t a lot of people in the bar which I enjoyed all to much. Bartenders seem to be attentive. My only dislike was the music bartender played 80’s music I was born in 81 and didn’t enjoy anything he played basically because I didn’t know it. All in all its a pretty good place to hang. I was also introduced to my 2nd favorite ale here not your fathers root beer.

Awesome food, good beer, good service — what more could you ask for? The bar is not the biggest so big groups are ill advised but I had an awesome chicken sandwich and mac’n’cheese. As other reviewers noted, it’s not the quickest to get food, but it’s all very good food and well worth the wait. I hope they’re here for a while!

Great wings. Great crabcakes. Nice atmosphere. Love sitting outside when the weather is nice. Waitstaff very attentive and personable. Even when I don’t feel like venturing out for a meal, GrubHub delivers their food to my house. Winning!

We went on Saturday afternoon. Beer was cold. Food was good, interesting choices. We tried the fried goat cheese. Needs some sort of sauce, otherwise was tasty. Had the breakfast burger. It had bacon and a fried egg on it. Burger was good but the ciabatta bun was too thick and pretty dry. Fries are very good, seasoned. Kids had Mac n cheese– delish, and a plane olé grilled cheese. Waiter was nice. Food took longer than ‘usual’ but it was a relaxing afternoon, no reason to rush.

We ate here on a weekday afternoon, with only 3 – 4 other parties in the restaurant. Despite this, we waited 40 minutes for a sandwich and a salad. That was after waiting 10 – 15 minutes for our order to be taken. The sandwich was good, but not worth $ 13, and the salad was mediocre at best. Overall, this place is simply overpriced for the quality of food and service.

Best burgers in BALTIMORE. Mystery beer happy hour is a great deal! The service is awesome. Honey Sri racha wings are also worth checking out.

Todd Conner is hands down the worst establishment I ever set foot in. The food was not only overpriced but the presentation was awful! It was as if someone sent a code to the kitchen that an undesirable customer was present. I noticed this same trend of awful service in the other one star reviews that was similar to my experience. Perhaps this restaraunt has a Janus face and is capable of producing a five star experience but there simply are too many alternatives to give this place a second chance. Perhaps your experience will be sublime. Mine was most decidedly not!

I usually really enjoy the bartenders’ service here. They have great food specials that rotates every couple weeks, and they are usually prepared very well. I used to come here for their delicious homemade potato chips that were oily, garlic-y, salty, and absolutely delicious. But they stopped making them this way! Now they taste quite generic, so that is a bit of a let-down, but I still really enjoy how they season them. I also really would like to enjoy their mini corn-dogs. But they are never cooked fully! The dough near the sausage is always still uncooked, which has always let me down, especially since the honey-mustard dipping sauce it comes with and the batter they use are both delicious. I definitely think they have great real estate, right on the corner of two busy streets in Fell’s Point, and although the bar is quite narrow and might seem very packed at times, they also have a full dining area(stallion the small side, but good enough for Fells Point) with plenty of TV watching space for diners who want to sit and eat, drink and enjoy a game. I would recommend this place for people coming into town as visitors, but also for Baltimore natives. They do well with classic bar food but the seasoning and cook of most of their dishes are very well done.

The best fries in Fells and they serve food until 1am! Fries are battered and served in a gigantic portion. Great for late night :)

Came in during the blizzard! I swear to God the patio tables were moving down curb-side due to the heavy winds. My boyfriend and I came in here after we ate at the Blue Moon Café. We were in need of some alcohol and decided to go to the nearest bar since we could barely see outside due to the snow! Once we walked a few feet and entered the bar we were greeted by two super-overly-friendly singing bartenders, who were absolutely adorable. They had great taste in music and also had the dunk contest on which was awesome, because that is exactly what we wanted to watch. We could tell that the other five people in the bar were regulars and we were out of place, however, we moved forward with ordering two glasses of pinot noir. Our bill came to $ 18.00 and we would not come here again. Two glasses of the smallest serving of wine, is NOT for us.

A hidden gem in Fells Point. Just two blocks off Thames’ congestion, Todd Conner’s is the quintessential Baltimore watering hole: long bar, excellent drafts, great food, and a terrific staff. I may be biased, as it’s also the official bar for Baltimore’s Charm City Reds. It has the quirky vibe that Baltimore’s famous for, and the patrons are a varied. It’s a bar that doesn’t take itself too seriously(in a good way). You may well bump into Reds, TC’s owner, at the bar next to you. The locals are friendly, even if you’re in to watch a Pittsburgh sporting event. It’s Steelers friendly(which for some is a cardinal sin in this town) but there’s no animosity. The atmosphere is too chill for that. The menu has a balance between traditional and tasty pub grub and creative concoctions(a deep fried cheese steak eggroll made with Guinness braised beef was on the special board last week). The creativity also comes to light in the house infused vodka cocktails, as well as the bacon bloody marys for the weekend brunch. You won’t need more than one trip to realize you’ll need to come back.

Steelers Bar! Not that there’s anything wrong with that… I personally am completely in favor of Baltimore having a Steelers bar, by all means please stop coming to Max’s and take your terrible towels over to Todd Conner’s. Seriously — all of you. These is no reason not to watch steelers games here. The food/service/prices are fine.

This is a ghetto ass, white trash, typical STEELERSBAR Shame on you if you go here as a B’more resident, and-or a Ravens fan There are PLENTY of better bars around with better food and better beer

If you are looking for a bar with decent food in Fell’s Point this isn’t a bad place to go. The food and service are fine, but nothing special. We went armed with a gift certificate from that required we spend at least $ 50, and had to be strategic about what we ordered to make sure we spent enough. Two drinks each, an appetizer, and two entrees bumped us up to $ 58. Pretty good price for decent food. We started with the sauteed pierogies, which had little flavor, but were fine if you took a bite of pierogi with a bite of the caramelized onion. The greens that accompanied the dish had no dressing or any sort of seasoning, so we didn’t eat them, and we felt bad wasting decent food. I ordered TC’s Mac & Cheese, and my fiancé had the fish and chips. It wasn’t the type of cheese I would have selected for Mac & Cheese, and the heat of the jalepeno didn’t come through unless you actually ate a jalepeno. The flavors didn’t seem to have gotten a chance to meld together. But it was a decent dish, and the fish and chips were pretty solid. I probably wouldn’t go back here for a full meal, but probably drinks and appetizers if we wanted to hang out in Fells.

I came here for brunch with my brother and was pleasantly surprised by the food. My brother got a certificate so we decided to check this place out. We got the Maple Bacon French Toast and Crab Eggs Benedict. Both were really good. Also, paired our food with a Mimosa and Screwdriver(both $ 4). I didn’t really expect too much out of this place since I haven’t really heard anything about this place but I was pleased that the food was delicious. Portions were kind of small so in my opinion, the food was a bit overpriced. Service was okay but I felt like he was a bit awkward some times. Although the food was good, nothing really blew my mind. I don’t think I would come back here.

In Fells Point, on the corner of Broadway and Aliceanna there’s Todd Conner’s which is kind of hard to miss. It’s a corner bar with great reviews so for brunch, my friend and I decided to give it a try. When we walked in, Todd Conner’s looks like your typical corner bar with a few games on the TVs and everyone enjoying their greasy brunch items. After looking over the menu and consulting with our helpful waiter, my friend decided to get the Fried PB&J. This was a peanut butter and jelly sandwich which was battered with french toast and then deep fried. This dish was insanely decadent and a little too sweet for one person to finish. But it was still an incredible dish. As a side, my friend ordered the Home Fries. These were your typical breakfast potatoes. For my meal, I went with the waiter’s recommendation for the Bacon, Egg & Cheese Grits Bowl. The dish was sheesy grits topped with bacon, fried egg, and toast. The grits were incredibly creamy and mixed well with the yolky egg. It’s hard to tell from the picture but it is a very generous portion of grits and a great brunch item. If you’re wandering around Fells Point looking for some great brunch, Todd Conner’s has plenty of great options.

Came here with my sister to use a livingsocial deal. We got two burgers(one beef and one chicken) and two craft beers(Southern Tier drafts). The beers were predictibly good and the selection was surprisingly varied. The food was awesome — simple meals but great detail. The service was attentive and friendly but not hovering. I had a great experience and will definitly be back.

Worst wings I have ever had in my entire life. Service did their best, but couldn’t make up for the bad food and beer. The Natty Boh tap was spitting out half a pint glass of foam each pour and the beer tasted stale or like the tap line was dirty. Atmosphere has a lot to offer if they can get the food and beer back on track.

A JMU and Steelers bar all in one? Sign. Me. Up. I recently moved to the great city of Baltimore and have been loving the food scene here thus far. I was initially excited to try out Blue Moon Café but when the line was out the door my friend and I popped into Todd Conner’s to grab a little brunch drink. The bartender asked us if we wanted the regular bloody mary or the bacon bloody mary… Is that even a question?! We both got the bacon bloody mary and it. was. everything! Not to mention the entire tab was only $ 9.00! And while we didn’t get any food there all I can say is FRIEDPB&J which I will definitely be going back for. Also, we started chatting with the owner who herself is a former Duke Dog and she was just so pleasant! I’m beginning to realize how friendly this city is. Even the bartenders are sweet!
