The service here is great. Came in March and now back again in June. Shout outs to the server Sarah for being super friendly! The portions here are so good and you can get a whole lot of everything. If you’re coming to the dells, don’t forget to stop by :)

This is one restaurant chain that my family always enjoy. Whether we’re in Michigan or Wisconsin the service and the food is always the same. The portions are also always great. We had breakfast here this morning and I’m still feeling full at 6pm.

I love their food. Hashbrown casserole is my favorite along with the fried apples. The waitress we had was great. She dealt with me my hubby and 2 kids very well. She was fast on my sons sweet tea refill as well. I took one star away cause of another waitress that walked by and clipped our table knocking down the little game with the deserts paper that was on it. She didnt even acknowledge she did that. Didnt say sorry or anything. That was very ignorant. She was a taller woman with a pink shirt that did it.

Came here on a Sunday and it was packed for lunch. I had the chicken with hash browns and fried apples. Chicken was crispy outside and tender inside. Friend had a salad with muffins and those were pretty good also. Service was excellent.

By far worst Cracker Barrel ever. Half of the food came out wrong, OJ had to be chewed, had to ask multiple times for things that were ordered and requested,(never received some things) eggs were brought out wrong, server spilled water on the table and never cleaned it up, and then joked about it to another server in front of us and asked the table if it would be effecting her tip! Restaurant was not that busy for a Thur at 10am. Service should not have been that bad.

I was so underwhelmed by this place. Part of my food was not at temperature. Plate was SOHOT, but not the food. Idk how that happened. Tasted good, but luke warm breakfast is not exactly my cup of tea. Was on a roadtrip and stopped here, was hungry and excited. The service was great. But the food fell short. Probably won’t be back.

Great food. Food took a long time to arrived. I found a bit strange the waitress ignored my order since I was ready and she asked the man instead what he wanted to order. Coffee was a bit weak as usual of most breakfast places. Other than that the cuality of all the food was very good. Price was not bad. Portions where not bad. I liked the black eye beans good luck for new years. Will definitely come here again when im in the area.

Cracker Barrel is the ONLY place I will eat out at for breakfast because they use REALSYRUP!!! Not to mention their pancakes(especially the pecan ones) are pure heaven. Ordered these when I went with my nut allergic son and he had no issues with cross contamination when I alerted server to the allergy. GREAT job Cracker Barrel.

In relation to Denny’s and IHOP, far superior. Coffee was hot and tasty. Pecan Pancakes were great. Asked for them well done and browned. Saw the waitress tell cook thats not well done and give it back to him. Excellent. Eggs, biscuits, and Ham were above average. French Toast has way too much fruit topping and whipped cream. Clean restaurant and bathrooms and friendly faces working there. For DELLS breakfast, this place is your best option.

I haven’t been to Cracker Barrel in ages, and never been to this location, but it brought good memories of my childhood. The location is in a busy are, tourist area; the smell as you enter, just reminds you of home – in love. The service well attended, friendly from all of the workers. Honestly, words can’t explain. Just homey, friendly place. Food– delicious, feels like your grandma made it, just all in all brings good times. Place is clean and top notch. Come here and you’ll enjoy it! Our server was Scott, and he did a good job, kept us well attended. I had double meat breakfast, and it was delicious. Well cooked, grits, and etc. Bacon delicious! Seriously come in here; food was warm, well presented and well served.

I am a fan of GREAT Country Food and Service. Each time I go to a Cracker Barrel either close to home or traveling, I am treated like royalty and the food at each location is superb. A gem not to be missed by anyone! Hey check out the small store in each location. Treasures galore!

First time to a Cracker Barrel and was disappointed. Biscuits were not fresh, sausage patties tasted freezer burnt, and the napkin smelled moldy. Staff was pleasant.

I told myself I would never come back, but maybe breakfast would be a better experience NOT. Don’t come here during summer service is too slow or maybe our waiter just didn’t care, no tip for you buddy. Changing out the silverware once a month would be nice also.

We come to the Dells every year and always come here. It’s the best for down home cooking! The bestest!!! For sure get the fried apples as a side! Or breakfast all day :) We always get stuff from the gift store as well. We just love this place.

I do not know why people come to eat here. The food is so disgusting. Just terrible. The coffee is very weak too. I had an egg sandwich — not hard to mess up right? Wrong. Under cooked eggs, lackluster bread, and a glob of mayo not mentioned in the menu. I opted for a side of fresh fruit instead of the hashbrown casserole or fried apples(way to make a healthy side and ruin it…) Yet they still gave me the hashbrown casserole. Why did they have to make it into a casserole? What’s wrong with simple hash browns? My boyfriend got the chicken fried steak… The dish was even nastier than mine… And again undercooked eggs.

This is a regular stop for breakfast on our trip to the Dells each year, since we don’t have any near where we live. Great breakfast for a great price. We’ve had consistently good food and service at this location. Me and my son really like the biscuits and gravy with a side of bacon meal(you can choose a different meat too) and I want to say it’s around $ 5. The man child loves the country ham, and always gets a side of it with whatever meal he’s in the mood for. We also love the little peg game that they have on the tables while waiting for our food. They also have a checker board or two around the restaurant that I’ve seen people playing. The store is filled with all sorts of treasures to peruse through on your way in/out as well. My only complaint is they don’t have waffles(more my son’s complaint than mine).

Enjoyed sitting next to the warm fire when we stopped in early on a Sunday morning in January. To be honest we weren’t even sure they were open(big tall highway sign wasn’t lit up) and when we drove up there weren’t any cars out front but it turns out they open at 6. We arrived at 7 and were greeted warmly as we were the first customers for the day. The big advantage of being the first folks at a restaurant is the food comes out really quickly; not quite fast food fast but close enough to make it worth an early morning stop if you are passing by). We were in and out in under 25 minutes. They serve all the typical American and southern classics for breakfast. I got the pecan pancakes-3 large pancakes loaded with pecans. Each order comes with a small bottle of real maple syrup. Decent breakfast at a decent price.
